Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带UV灯的过滤装置,包括内设有过水腔的壳体,所述过水腔内设置有UV灯,所述过水腔内设置有位于UV灯外周的玻璃管组,本实用新型通过玻璃管组来实现同等大小的过滤装置内水流的行程,从而实现水能长时间的被UV灯照射,使水能更好的进行杀菌。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带UV灯的过滤装置。
背景技术
由于目前市面上已有带UV灯的过滤装置,其中UV灯主要实现的是过滤装置内的杀菌功能,分别是通过:1、使用导流块,实现对水流进行分散,将水均匀的分散到五金侧壁,使水流形成涡流。2、使用阻水板,实现对减缓水流流速,最终达到增加UV灯的照射时长,这些方式都无法很好的对水进行杀菌,都会残留细菌在水中。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带UV灯的过滤装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种带UV灯的过滤装置,包括内设有过水腔的壳体,所述过水腔内设置有UV灯,所述过水腔内设置有位于UV灯外周的玻璃管组。
本实用新型实施例中,所述玻璃管组包括位于UV灯外周的第一玻璃管,所述第一玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁配合联接,所述第一玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁断开;所述玻璃管组还包括第二玻璃管,所述第二玻璃管位于第一玻璃管外周,所述第二玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁断开,所述第二玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁配合联接,所述壳体上设置有位于第二玻璃管外周的进水道。
本实用新型实施例中,所述壳体上设置有位于第一玻璃管内周的出水道。
本实用新型的一种带UV灯的过滤装置,具有如下有益效果:通过玻璃管组来实现同等大小的过滤装置内水流的行程,从而实现水能长时间的被 UV灯照射,使水能更好的进行杀菌。

参考说明书附图,一种带UV灯的过滤装置,包括内设有过水腔11的壳体10,所述过水腔内设置有UV灯20,所述过水腔内设置有位于UV灯外周的玻璃管组。
具体的说:所述玻璃管组包括位于UV灯外周的第一玻璃管31,所述第一玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁配合联接,所述第一玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁断开;所述玻璃管组还包括第二玻璃管32,所述第二玻璃管位于第一玻璃管外周,所述第二玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁断开,所述第二玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁配合联接,所述壳体上设置有位于第二玻璃管外周的进水道12。所述壳体上设置有位于第一玻璃管内周的出水道13。本实用新型在使用中,水从壳体进入,经过进水道后到达过水腔,因为玻璃管组的原因,水从过水腔的上端往下端流,到达过水腔下端时,水从第一玻璃管和第二玻璃管间往上流,然后到达过水腔的上端,在转向往下流,此时的水从UV灯与第一玻璃管间往下流,然后从出水道流出壳体,本实用新型通过增加水流在壳体内的行程,从而实现水能长时间的被UV灯照射,到达充分杀菌的效果。

1.一种带UV灯的过滤装置,包括内设有过水腔的壳体,所述过水腔内设置有UV灯,其特征在于,所述过水腔内设置有位于UV灯外周的玻璃管组;所述玻璃管组包括位于UV灯外周的第一玻璃管,所述第一玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁配合联接,所述第一玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁断开;所述玻璃管组还包括第二玻璃管,所述第二玻璃管位于第一玻璃管外周,所述第二玻璃管的下端与过水腔的下端壁断开,所述第二玻璃管的上端与过水腔的上端壁配合联接,所述壳体上设置有位于第二玻璃管外周的进水道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带UV灯的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有位于第一玻璃管内周的出水道。
