the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe of the evaporative crystallizer 1 is communicated with the hot fluid inlet of the heat exchanger 4; the hot fluid outlet of the heat exchanger 4 is communicated with the inlet of the desalting filter 5 through a pipeline; a cold fluid inlet of the heat exchanger 4 is communicated with a waste water conveying pipeline 16 to be evaporated; and a cold fluid outlet of the heat exchanger 4 is communicated with a water inlet of the evaporative crystallizer 1 through a pipeline.
The organic matter adsorption device 6 is provided with a mother liquor inlet, a mother liquor outlet, a resin cleaning liquid inlet and a resin cleaning waste liquid outlet, and the mother liquor inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 is communicated with the outlet of the desalting filter 5 through a pipeline; a mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 is communicated with a cold fluid inlet of the heat exchanger 4 through a pipeline;
a working resin column and a regeneration resin column which are connected in parallel are arranged in the organic matter adsorption device 6; each resin column 7 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and the inside of each resin column 7 is filled with adsorption resin;
the inlet of each resin column 7 is respectively communicated with the mother liquor inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline, and the inlet of each resin column 7 is respectively communicated with the resin cleaning solution inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline; the outlet of each resin column 7 is respectively communicated with the mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline, and the outlet of each resin column 7 is respectively communicated with the resin cleaning waste liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline;
a first valve 17 is arranged on a pipeline between the inlet of each resin column 7 and the mother liquor inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6; a second valve 18 is arranged on a pipeline between the outlet of each resin column 7 and the mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6; a third valve 19 is arranged on a pipeline between the inlet of each resin column 7 and the resin cleaning liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6; a fourth valve 20 is arranged on a pipeline between the outlet of each resin column 7 and the resin cleaning waste liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6;
a liquid storage area 11 is arranged at the upper part of the organic matter separation tower 9, and a resin cleaning liquid outlet is formed in the liquid storage area 11; the lower part of the organic matter separation tower 9 is provided with a heating zone 13, and the heating zone 13 is provided with a resin cleaning waste liquid inlet;
a resin cleaning waste liquid inlet of the organic matter separation tower 9 is communicated with a resin cleaning waste liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline; the resin cleaning liquid outlet of the organic matter separation tower 9 is communicated with the resin cleaning liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 through a pipeline;
a heater 12 is arranged in a heating zone 13 of the organic matter separation tower 9; a condenser 10 is arranged in a liquid storage area 11 of the organic matter separation tower 9;
the bottom of the organic matter separation tower 9 is provided with an organic pollutant discharge port 14;
and a sight glass (not shown in the figure) is also arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage area 11 of the organic matter separation tower 9, and the sight glass and the condenser 10 are arranged on the same horizontal line.
The method comprises the following steps of treating wastewater subjected to nanofiltration treatment in a certain coal chemical plant, wherein the Total Organic Carbon (TOC) concentration of the wastewater is 5-50 mg/L, and the wastewater is used as the wastewater to be evaporated and crystallized:
the wastewater after nanofiltration treatment in a certain coal chemical plant enters a to-be-evaporated waste liquid conveying pipeline 16 and enters an evaporation crystallizer 1 through a heat exchanger 4; the evaporation crystallization mother liquor left after evaporation crystallization is filtered by the solid-liquid separator 2 and then discharged out of the evaporation crystallizer 1; then, the mixture flows through the heat exchanger 4 and the desalting filter 5 in sequence; the mother liquor passing through the desalting filter 5 enters a working resin column of the organic matter adsorption device 6, and the ratio of the flow of the mother liquor entering the organic matter adsorption device 6 to the flow of the wastewater entering the waste liquid conveying pipeline 16 to be evaporated is 1: 20;
the first valve 17 and the second valve 18 corresponding to the working resin column in the organic matter adsorption device 6 are opened, and the third valve 19 and the fourth valve 20 are closed; the mother liquor treated by the working resin column flows back to the evaporative crystallizer 1 through the heat exchanger 4 again.
After the process is continuously carried out for 5 days, the purity of the sodium chloride crystal salt generated in the evaporative crystallizer 1 is higher than 99.5 percent and reaches the industrial salt standard, and the TOC concentration of the evaporative crystallization mother liquor is lower than 10 mg/L.
When the adsorption capacity of the adsorption resin in the working resin column on the organic matters in the mother liquor reaches a saturated state, closing a first valve 17 and a second valve 18 corresponding to the working resin column, and opening a third valve 19 and a fourth valve 20 corresponding to the working resin column; and the first valve 17 and the second valve 18 of the regenerated resin column are opened, and the third valve 19 and the fourth valve 20 of the regenerated resin column are closed, so that the switching between the working resin column and the regenerated resin column is realized;
the mother liquor passing through the desalting filter 5 enters a switched working resin column;
the resin cleaning liquid methanol in the liquid storage area 11 of the organic matter separation tower 9 enters the switched regenerated resin column, so that the adsorption resin in the resin cleaning liquid methanol is cleaned and regenerated;
when the regeneration of the adsorption resin in the regenerated resin column is finished, closing the third valve 19 and the fourth valve 20 corresponding to the regenerated resin column;
and when the adsorption capacity of the adsorption resin in the working resin column to be switched on the organic matters in the mother liquor reaches a saturated state, closing the first valve 17 and the second valve 18 corresponding to the working resin column after switching, opening the third valve 19 and the fourth valve 20 corresponding to the working resin column after switching, and opening the first valve 17 and the second valve 18 corresponding to the regenerated resin column after switching so as to realize the re-switching of the working resin after switching and the regenerated resin after switching.
The resin cleaning waste liquid generated after the methanol cleaning adsorption resin flows out from a resin cleaning waste liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device 6 and enters a heating zone 13 of the organic matter separation tower 9 through a pipeline; setting the temperature of a heater to 65 ℃, evaporating methanol in the resin cleaning waste liquid under the action of the heater 12, enabling methanol steam to rise to the liquid storage area 11, and condensing into liquid methanol to flow into the liquid storage area 11 after encountering the condenser 10; after the condensate droplets are no longer generated in the condenser 10 as observed through the sight glass of the liquid storage region 11, the waste liquid remaining after the heating evaporation in the heating region 13 is discharged from the organic pollutant discharge port 14.

Claims (8)

1. A processing system for evaporating a crystallization mother liquor, the system comprising: the system comprises an evaporation crystallizer, a heat exchanger, a desalting filter, an organic matter adsorption device and an organic matter separation tower;
a water outlet pipe is arranged at the position of the evaporative crystallizer, which is 1/4-1/3 away from the bottom, and the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe penetrates through the side wall of the evaporative crystallizer and is arranged in the evaporative crystallizer;
a solid-liquid separator is arranged in the evaporative crystallizer, and a water outlet of the solid-liquid separator is connected with a water inlet end of the water outlet pipe; the solid-liquid separator is used for separating crystallized salt in evaporative crystallization mother liquor to be discharged from a water outlet pipe of the evaporative crystallizer;
the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe of the evaporative crystallizer is communicated with a hot fluid inlet of the heat exchanger; a hot fluid outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with an inlet of the desalting filter through a pipeline; the desalting filter is used for filtering out crystallized salt in the mother liquor subjected to heat exchange and temperature reduction by the heat exchanger; a cold fluid inlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with a waste water conveying pipeline to be evaporated; a cold fluid outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with a water inlet of the evaporative crystallizer through a pipeline;
the organic matter adsorption device is provided with a mother liquid inlet, a mother liquid outlet, a resin cleaning liquid inlet and a resin cleaning waste liquid outlet, and the mother liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device is communicated with the outlet of the desalting filter through a pipeline; a mother liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device is communicated with the waste water conveying pipeline to be evaporated through a pipeline;
the organic matter separation tower is provided with a resin cleaning waste liquid inlet and a resin cleaning liquid outlet; a resin cleaning waste liquid inlet of the organic matter separation tower is communicated with a resin cleaning waste liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline; the resin cleaning liquid outlet of the organic matter separation tower is communicated with the resin cleaning liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline;
at least one working resin column and at least one regeneration resin column which are connected in parallel are arranged in the organic matter adsorption device; each resin column is provided with an inlet and an outlet;
the inlet of each resin column is respectively communicated with a mother liquor inlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline, and the inlet of each resin column is respectively communicated with a resin cleaning solution inlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline; the outlet of each resin column is respectively communicated with a mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline, and the outlet of each resin column is respectively communicated with a resin cleaning waste liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device through a pipeline;
a first valve is arranged on a pipeline between the inlet of each resin column and the mother liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device; a second valve is arranged on a pipeline between the outlet of each resin column and the mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device; a third valve is arranged on a pipeline between the inlet of each resin column and the resin cleaning liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device; a fourth valve is arranged on a pipeline between the outlet of each resin column and the resin cleaning waste liquid outlet of the organic matter adsorption device;
the upper part of the organic matter separation tower is provided with a liquid storage area, and the lower part of the organic matter separation tower is provided with a heating area; a heater is arranged in the heating zone and used for heating the resin cleaning waste liquid in the heating zone to gasify the resin cleaning liquid in the resin cleaning waste liquid; a condenser is arranged in the liquid storage area of the organic matter separation tower and is used for condensing the gasified resin cleaning liquid into liquid; the condensed resin cleaning liquid flows back to the liquid storage area;
the bottom of the organic matter separation tower is provided with an organic pollutant discharge port for discharging residual waste liquid after heating and evaporation in a heating zone.
2. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
and a circulating pump is arranged on a water outlet pipe outside the evaporative crystallizer.
3. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
and a check valve is arranged on a pipeline between the mother liquor outlet of the organic matter adsorption device and the waste water conveying pipeline to be evaporated.
4. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
and a resin cleaning pump is arranged on a pipeline between the resin cleaning liquid outlet of the organic matter separation tower and the resin cleaning liquid inlet of the organic matter adsorption device.
5. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
and a working resin column and a regeneration resin column which are connected in parallel are arranged in the organic matter adsorption device.
6. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
the heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger.
7. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
the heater is an electric heater.
8. The system for treating mother liquor of evaporative crystallization of claim 1,
and a sight glass is further arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage area of the organic matter separation tower, and the sight glass and the condenser are arranged on the same horizontal line.
