The device for collecting condensed water in a breathing machine pipeline according to claim 1, further comprising a drainage structure for draining condensed water in the water collection tank out of the water collection tank, wherein the drainage structure comprises a negative pressure drainage pipe, one end of the negative pressure drainage pipe extends to the lowest water level of the water collection tank, and the other end of the negative pressure drainage pipe extends out of the water collection tank and is communicated with the negative pressure structure;
and/or the drain structure comprises a drain valve arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank.

The ventilator circuit condensate collection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drain structure for draining condensate within the header tank out of the header tank, the drain structure comprising a siphon tube having one end extending to a lowest level of the header tank and the other end extending out of the header tank below the header tank.
