Continuing with fig. 1, a front rail 211 of the lifting outer frame sliding beam is fixed on the downward side of the right end of the front longitudinal frame tube 21, a rear rail 221 of the lifting outer frame sliding beam is fixed on the downward side of the right end of the rear longitudinal frame tube 22 and at a position corresponding to the front rail 211 of the lifting outer frame sliding beam, a lifting outer frame sliding beam 33 is formed on the right end of the lifting outer frame 3, the front end of the lifting outer frame sliding beam 33 is in sliding fit with the front rail 211 of the lifting outer frame sliding beam, and the rear end of the lifting outer frame sliding beam 33 is in sliding fit with the rear rail 221 of the lifting outer frame sliding beam.
A flip back frame front guide pin sliding groove 212 is formed at a position where the right end of the frame front longitudinal tube 21 faces one side of the frame rear longitudinal tube 22 and corresponds to the right side of the front end of the frame second intermediate transverse tube ii 26, a flip back frame rear guide pin sliding groove 222 is formed at a position where the right end of the frame rear longitudinal tube 22 faces one side of the frame front longitudinal tube 21 and corresponds to the flip back frame front guide pin sliding groove 212, the front left end and the rear left end of the flip back frame 5 are respectively slidably engaged with the flip back frame front guide pin sliding groove 212 and the flip back frame rear guide pin sliding groove 222 through a flip back frame sliding guide pin 51, wherein a flip back frame front support plate 52 is provided at the front middle portion of the flip back frame 5, a flip back frame rear support plate 53 is provided at the rear middle portion of the flip back frame 5, the flip back frame front support plate 52 is hinged between the front middle portion of the flip back frame 5 and the frame front longitudinal tube 21, the flip back frame rear support plate 53 is hinged between the rear middle part of the flip back frame 5 and the bed frame rear longitudinal tube 22.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, the left end of the lifting inner frame 4 has a lifting inner frame left support shaft 43, the lifting inner frame left support shaft 43 corresponds to the right side of the bed frame left cross tube 23 and the front end of the lifting inner frame left support shaft 43 is pivoted to the left end of the bed frame front longitudinal tube 21 through a lifting inner frame left support shaft front axle seat 431, and the rear end of the lifting inner frame left support shaft 43 is pivoted to the left end of the bed frame rear longitudinal tube 22 through a lifting inner frame left support shaft rear axle seat 432.
The aforementioned flip back frame lifting driving mechanism 8 includes a flip back frame lifting electric push rod driving motor 81 and a flip back frame lifting electric push rod 82, the flip back frame lifting electric push rod driving motor 81 is in transmission fit with the flip back frame lifting electric push rod 82 and is connected on the flip back frame lifting electric push rod connecting seat 822 by the flip back frame lifting electric push rod 82 together with the flip back frame lifting electric push rod driving motor 81, and the flip back frame lifting electric push rod connecting seat 822 is fixed at the middle part of the aforementioned horizontal tube ii 26 in the middle of the bed frame second, the end of the flip back frame lifting electric push rod column 821 of the flip back frame lifting electric push rod 82 is hinged with the flip back frame lifting electric push rod column hinged seat 8211, and the flip back frame lifting electric push rod column hinged seat 8211 is fixed at the middle part of the aforementioned flip back frame connecting tube 54.
Continuing with fig. 1, the forward and rearward ends of the tilt stand hinge bracket 61 are hingedly connected to the tilt stand 6 by a tilt stand hinge bracket pin 611 at a position corresponding to the disconnection.
The turning foot rest driving mechanism 9 comprises a turning foot rest electric push rod driving motor 91 and a turning foot rest electric push rod 92, the turning foot rest electric push rod driving motor 91 is in transmission fit with the turning foot rest electric push rod 92 and is connected to a turning foot rest electric push rod connecting seat 922 through the turning foot rest electric push rod 92 and the turning foot rest electric push rod driving motor 91, the turning foot rest electric push rod connecting seat 922 is fixed at the middle of the transverse pipe I25 in the first middle of the bedstead, and the tail end of the turning foot rest electric push rod column 921 of the turning foot rest electric push rod 92 is connected with the middle of the turning foot rest hinge frame 61 through a push rod column connecting head 9211.
A front pin hole 213 of the turning foot rest is arranged at the middle part of the front longitudinal frame 21 and at the position corresponding to the left side of the front end of the first middle transverse frame I25, a rear pin hole 223 of the turning foot rest is arranged at the middle part of the rear longitudinal frame 22 and at the position corresponding to the left side of the rear end of the first middle transverse frame I25, and the front pin hole 213 and the rear pin hole 223 of the turning foot rest correspond to each other; a front turning foot rest pin shaft 62 is fixed on the front side of the right end of the turning foot rest 6, a rear turning foot rest pin shaft 63 is fixed on the rear side of the right end of the turning foot rest 6, the front turning foot rest pin shaft 62 is in running fit with the front turning foot rest pin shaft hole 213, and the rear turning foot rest pin shaft 63 is in transmission fit with the rear turning foot rest pin shaft hole 223; a front lifting slide rail 65 of the turning foot rest is hinged on the front side of the left end of the turning foot rest 6, a rear lifting slide rail 64 of the turning foot rest is hinged on the rear side of the left end of the turning foot rest 6, the front lifting slide rail 65 of the turning foot rest is also hinged with the left end of the front longitudinal bedstead pipe 21, and the rear lifting slide rail 64 of the turning foot rest is also hinged with the left end of the rear longitudinal bedstead pipe 22.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, a front rail left hinge seat 214 is fixed on the front side of the middle part of the bed frame front longitudinal pipe 21, a front rail right hinge seat 215 is fixed on the front side of the right end of the bed frame front longitudinal pipe 21, and a bed frame front rail 27 is hinged between the front rail left hinge seat 214 and the front rail right hinge seat 215; a rear guardrail left hinge seat 224 is fixed at the rear side of the middle part of the bed frame rear longitudinal pipe 22, a rear guardrail right hinge seat 225 is fixed at the rear side of the right end of the bed frame rear longitudinal pipe 22, and a bed frame rear guardrail 28 is hinged between the rear guardrail left hinge seat 224 and the rear guardrail right hinge seat 225; a bed frame front longitudinal tube hanger tube socket 216 is fixed to the right end rear side of the bed frame front longitudinal tube 21, a bed frame rear longitudinal tube hanger tube socket 226 is fixed to the right end front side of the bed frame rear longitudinal tube 22 at a position corresponding to the bed frame front longitudinal tube hanger tube socket 216, a hanger tube 29 is inserted into and removed from the bed frame rear longitudinal tube hanger tube socket 226 or the bed frame front longitudinal tube hanger tube socket 216, and a hanger 291 is provided at the upper end of the hanger tube 29, the hanger 291 serving to assist a caregiver (i.e., a patient) to grasp and pull for necessary functional exercises.
Referring to fig. 2, since the structure of the rear lifting/lowering slide rail 64 of the tilt foot rest is the same as that of the front lifting/lowering slide rail 65 of the tilt foot rest and belongs to the conventional technical category, for example, CN103405314B (automatic folding electric multifunctional nursing bed) mentioned in the above background art column by the applicant, the applicant only briefly describes the front lifting/lowering slide rail 65 of the tilt foot rest below, the front lifting/lowering slide rail 65 of the tilt foot rest comprises a slide bar guide 651 with a cross-sectional shape of a Chinese character 'ji', a slide bar 652 and a spring 653, one end of the slide bar guide 651 facing to the tilt foot rest 6 (the left end in the position state shown in fig. 2) is hinged to the tilt foot rest 6 by a slide bar guide pin 6511, a tooth slot 6512 is spaced apart from the slide bar guide 61, one end of the slide bar 652 (the left end in the position state shown in fig. 2) is slidably fitted into a slide bar guide cavity 6513 of the slide bar guide 651, while the other end of the slide 652 (the right end in the position shown in fig. 2) is hinged to the aforementioned vertical bed frame tube 21 by means of a slide pin 6521, one end of the spring 653 (the right end in the position shown in fig. 2) is fixed to the side of the slide 652 facing away from the slide guide cavity 6513 by means of a spring fixing screw 6531, and the other end of the spring 653 (the left end in the position shown in fig. 2) is formed as a free end and is fixed with a ball stud 6532, which ball stud 6532 corresponds to a ball hole 6522 provided in the slide 652 and is fitted into the aforementioned spline 6512.
Referring to fig. 3, since the structure of the hanger pipe socket 216 for the front longitudinal pipe of the bed frame is the same as that of the hanger pipe socket 226 for the rear longitudinal pipe of the bed frame, and since the movable hanger pipe 29 can be inserted into the hanger pipe socket 216 for the front longitudinal pipe of the bed frame or the hanger pipe socket 226 for the rear longitudinal pipe of the bed frame, if the hanger pipe 29 is inserted into the latter, as shown in fig. 3, a hanger pipe insertion hole 2261 is formed on the hanger pipe socket 226 for the rear longitudinal pipe of the bed frame, and a stopper pin angle adjustment insertion cavity 22611 is formed on the wall of the hanger pipe insertion hole 2261. In return, a hanger tube stopper pin 292 is welded to the lower end of the hanger tube 29, and when the hanger tube 29 is inserted into the hanger tube insertion hole 2261, the hanger tube stopper pin 292 is engaged with the stopper pin angle adjustment insertion cavity 2611, so as to prevent the hanger tube 29 from rotating. The aforementioned hanger 291 is connected to the upper end of the hanger tube 29 by a hanger rope 2911. As shown in fig. 1, the entire hanger tube 29 is generally 7-shaped in configuration.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1, under the operation of the strut lift electric push rod driving motor 71, the strut lift electric push rod column 722 of the strut lift electric push rod 72 is driven to extend outward, i.e. to extend outward toward the strut lift electric push rod 72, so that the front end and the rear end of the lift outer strut sliding beam 33 at the right end of the lift outer strut 3 respectively follow the lift outer strut sliding beam front guide rail 211 and the lift outer strut sliding beam rear guide rail 221 to slide leftward, meanwhile, the right end of the lifting inner support frame 4 and the front end and the rear end of the sliding beam 42 of the lifting inner support frame slide leftwards along the front guide rail 111 of the lifting inner support frame and the rear guide rail 121 of the lifting inner support frame respectively, because the middle parts of the lifting inner and outer brackets 4, 3 are hinged with each other, in the process, the lifting inner and outer brackets 4, 3 synchronously rise upwards to drive the bed frame 2 to rise and take the state shown in fig. 4. The medical staff or the accompanying staff then pulls out the front and rear balustrades 27, 28 of the bed frame to the state shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 5, when the back-turning frame 5 is to be turned from the horizontal state of fig. 4 to the inclined state of fig. 5, the back-turning frame lifting electric push rod driving motor 81 is operated to make the back-turning frame lifting electric push rod column 821 of the back-turning frame lifting electric push rod 82 extend towards the right, i.e. towards the outside of the back-turning frame lifting electric push rod 82, so that the two back-turning frame sliding rail guide pins 51 at the left end of the back-turning frame 5 slide towards the right along the back-turning frame front guide pin sliding groove 212 and the back-turning frame rear guide pin sliding groove 222, and the back-turning frame 5 is in the state shown in fig. 5, wherein the size of the inclination angle of the back-turning frame 5 depends on the extent of the back-turning frame lifting electric push rod column 821 extending towards. In principle, the same principle as that described above is applied to the tilt foot rest 6 in a state of inverted v-shape as shown in fig. 5 by the tilt foot rest electric push rod driving motor 91, and the patient's lower leg and upper leg are placed on the tilt foot rest 6 in a bent state.
Referring to fig. 6, in the state of fig. 5, the left end of the tilt stand 6 (bounded by the tilt stand hinge frame 61) is manually lifted upwards, and under the action of the tilt stand front and rear lifting slide rails 64 and 65, the tilt stand is in a state of being inclined to the right from the whole body shown in fig. 6, and the thigh and the calf of the patient rest on the tilt stand 6 in an inclined manner.
Referring to fig. 7, the operation sequence is reversed from that of fig. 4, so that the lifting inner and outer frames 4, 3 and the frame 2 of the present invention are supported on the base frame 1 in the stacked folded state shown in fig. 7.
To sum up, the technical solution provided by the present invention remedies the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the invention task, and faithfully embodies the technical effects mentioned in the above technical effect column by the applicant.
