The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It is noted that directional terms, such as "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "inner," "outer," "side," and the like, referred to herein are solely for the purpose of reference to the orientation of the appended drawings and, thus, are used for better and clearer illustration and understanding of the present application, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be considered limiting of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a clamp according to the present application.
The clamp 100 in this embodiment may be provided at a side cover plate of a hand-held terminal (not shown) and used to clamp a belt or other clothing so that the hand-held terminal is vertically fixed at the waist of a user. The handheld terminal includes but is not limited to intercom, law enforcement recorder, mobile phone and other devices.
In this embodiment, the clamp 100 may include a housing 110, a bracket assembly 120, and a clamping plate 130. The housing 110 has a mounting portion 111 at one end thereof, the bracket assembly 120 is mounted on the mounting portion 111 and slidably connected to the mounting portion 111, and the clamping plate 130 is pivotally connected to the bracket assembly 120 at one end thereof. Taking an intercom as an example, the housing 110 in this embodiment may be used as a side cover of the intercom, and the housing 110 may be provided with a plurality of functional devices, such as a camera (not shown), a charging socket (not shown), and the like. From the habit of using the intercom, the length direction of the housing 110 is consistent with the vertical direction of the intercom during use. That is, the length direction of the housing 110 is the vertical direction during use.
Optionally, one side cover of the handheld terminal may be a rear cover thereof, and may also be a side cover or an end cover thereof, and in this embodiment, which side cover or end cover of the handheld terminal the housing 110 is used as is not further limited, and those skilled in the art may make appropriate adjustments.
Specifically, in the length direction (i.e., the vertical direction) of the housing 110, the bracket assembly 120 is provided with a first slide rail 121, and the mounting portion 111 is provided with a first slide slot 1111. The first sliding rail 121 is matched with the first sliding groove 1111 to realize the slidable connection between the bracket assembly 120 and the housing 110. The length of the first sliding groove 1111 is greater than that of the first sliding rail 121, so that when the bracket assembly 120 moves along the first sliding groove 1111 in the vertical direction, the clamping area of the clamping plate 130 on the housing 110 is adjusted.
Since one end of the clamping plate 130 is pivoted to the bracket assembly 120, and the bracket assembly 120 is slidably connected to the housing 110, the relative position between the two can be slidably changed. The clamping plate 130 can adjust a clamping area on the housing 110 through the bracket assembly 120 to selectively cover or expose a plurality of functional devices disposed on the housing 110.
Taking an intercom as an example, in a state of using only a conversation, the camera may be covered by the holding plate 130; when a user needs to take a picture, the bracket assembly 120 vertically slides downwards along the length direction of the shell 110, so that the camera is exposed; when the intercom needs to be charged, the bracket assembly 120 slides vertically upward along the length direction of the housing 110, so that the charging jack is exposed. In this way, the length of the clamping plate 130 of the clamp 100 can be kept longer, and the clamping effect on the handheld terminal is more stable.
In addition, the first sliding groove 1111 may be formed by the mounting portion 111 being recessed toward the inside of the housing 110, and the bracket assembly 120 may be detachably mounted by the first sliding rail 121 being engaged with the first sliding groove 1111. In actual use, the clamping plate 130 may be deformed or even broken after being bent for a plurality of times. Through the mode, the damaged clamping plate 130 can be conveniently replaced by a user, so that the service life of the handheld terminal is prolonged.
Further, for more clearly describing the bracket assembly 120 of the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in which fig. 2 is a structural diagram of the bracket assembly 120 in one direction of the present application, and fig. 3 is a sectional structural diagram of the bracket assembly in the direction of a-a in fig. 2. In the present embodiment, the bracket assembly 120 includes a bracket main body 122, a push button 123 and a slide button 125. The push-button element 123 and the sliding-buckle element 125 are respectively connected with the bracket main body 122 in a sliding manner, and the push-button element 123 and the sliding-buckle element 125 can slide relatively.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 3, fig. 4 is an exploded view of the cross-sectional structure in the direction B-B in fig. 2. The bracket main body 122 is provided with a second slide rail 1222 and a third slide groove 1221, the push-button element 123 is provided with a second slide groove 1231 matched with the second slide rail 1222, and the slide fastener element 125 is provided with a third slide rail 1251 matched with the third slide groove 1221. The second slide rail 1222 extends along the length direction of the housing 110, and the extending direction of the third sliding slot 1221 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the second slide rail 1222.
Optionally, the bracket assembly 120 of the present embodiment further includes a cover plate 126, and the cover plate 126 is fixed on the bracket main body 122 by the fastener 124. A bending portion 1261 bent toward the push-button element 123 is disposed on a side of the cover plate 126 away from the fastening element 124, so as to form a space with the bracket main body 122 for accommodating the slider 125. Alternatively, the fastener 124 may be a bolt, a screw or a stud, which is not further limited in this embodiment.
Further, in the present embodiment, an outer protrusion 1252 is disposed on one side of the sliding fastener 125 facing the push button 123, and the other end of the push button 123 abuts against the outer protrusion 1252. The surface of the outward protrusion 1252 contacting the other end of the push button 123 is an inclined surface, and the end surface 1233 of the other end of the push button 123 is engaged with the inclined surface. Wherein, at the junction of the push button 123 and the slider 125, the outer protrusion 1252 of the slider 125 is closer to the cover plate 126 than the other end of the push button 123.
In this way, when the push button 123 slides along the second slide rail 1222 toward the slider 125, the end surface 1233 of the other end of the push button 123 applies a force in the direction of the third sliding slot 1221 to the slider 125 via the convex portion 1252. The end surface 1233 of the other end of the push button 123 slides relative to the outer protrusion 1252, so that the slider 125 slides along the third sliding slot 1221 in a direction approaching the cover plate 126. In addition, the inclination angle of the end surface 1233 of the other end of the torque pushing member 123 can be adjusted by those skilled in the art, and is not further limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, a first elastic element 127 is further disposed between the slider 125 and the cover plate 126, and a mounting hole 1253 for mounting the first elastic element 127 is further disposed on a side of the slider 125 opposite to the cover plate 126. The first elastic element 127 is compressed to apply a force to the slider 125 along the third sliding slot 1221.
In this embodiment, one end of the push-button element 123 is exposed outside the bracket body 122, and the other end of the push-button element 123 abuts against the sliding fastener element 125; a stop 1232 is disposed on a side of the push button member 123 away from the cover plate 126 to prevent the push button member 123 from being released from the inner space formed by the bracket body 122 and the cover plate 126.
When the push button 123 slides along the second slide rail 1222 away from the slider 125, the force applied to the outer protrusion 1252 by the end surface 1233 at the other end of the push button 123 gradually decreases, and the end surface 1233 at the other end of the push button 123 slides back to the outer protrusion 1252, so that the first elastic member 127 pushes the slider 125 to slide along the third sliding slot 1221 away from the cover 126. Optionally, the first elastic member 127 is a spring.
Of course, in other embodiments, the bracket assembly 120 may also be composed of only the bracket main body 122, the push button 123 and the slide button 125. The slider 125 may be an elastic member mounted on the bracket body 122. The material of the slider 125 is an elastic material such as rubber; the slider 125 can slide in a direction perpendicular to the plane in which the housing 110 is located by its own deformation. That is, after the slide fastener 125 has elasticity, the bracket assembly 120 may directly omit the first elastic element 127 and the cover plate 126, thereby reducing the volume of the bracket assembly 120.
Further, the slide fastener 125 in this embodiment has a fastening portion 1254, the bracket main body 122 has an opening 1223 allowing the fastening portion 1254 to pass through, and one side of the mounting portion 111 contacting the bracket main body 122 has at least one limiting groove 112. When the sliding fastener 125 slides along the third sliding slot 1221 in a direction away from the cover plate 126, the fastening portion 1254 passes through the opening 1223 and is finally located in the limiting slot 112, so as to fix the bracket assembly 120 and the mounting portion 111.
Optionally, in the present embodiment, the width of the opening 1223 is smaller than the width of the third sliding slot 1221, that is, the width of the third sliding track 1251 disposed on the sliding fastener 125 is larger than the width of the opening 1223, so as to prevent the sliding fastener 125 from completely sliding out of the bracket main body 122 through the opening 1223.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the fixture 100 may further include a rotating shaft 150 and a second elastic element 140. The clamping plate 130 is rotatably connected to the bracket assembly 120 through a second elastic member 140. Specifically, the holding plate 130 is substantially in the shape of a flat plate, one end of the holding plate 130 close to the bracket assembly 120 is provided with a first ear 131 having a through hole, and the bracket assembly 120 is provided with a second ear 128 having a through hole (see fig. 3). After the clamping plate 130 is rotatably connected to the housing 110 via the bracket assembly 120, the length direction of the clamping plate 130 is identical to the length direction of the housing 110. Wherein, the second elastic member 140 may be a torsion spring.
Optionally, one end of the clamping plate 130, which is away from the housing 110, may further be provided with a pressing portion 134, and the pressing portion 134 is provided with a plurality of ribs for increasing friction, so that when a user presses the clamping plate 130, the friction between the clamping plate 130 and a finger is increased. Optionally, the pressing portion 134 may further have a structure such as a frosted structure or a protruding array, and those skilled in the art can adjust the structure according to actual situations.
Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the assembled clamp 100 of the present embodiment. One end of the clamping plate 130, which is far away from the bracket assembly 120, is provided with a barb 132 for forming an anti-falling structure. In other embodiments, the barb 132 can be disposed on the housing 110 opposite to the end of the clamping plate 130 away from the bracket assembly 120.
Optionally, a clamping opening 133 is further formed in a central portion of the clamping plate 130 on a side close to the housing 110, and the clamping opening 133 is used for increasing a friction force between the clamping plate 130 and a clamped object (not shown), so that a clamping effect of the clamp 100 is further ensured.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, each sliding groove, each sliding rail, and each ear portion that cooperate with each other are provided in pairs. Of course, in other embodiments, the arrangement areas of the sliding groove, the sliding rail and the lug part can be mutually exchanged. For example, the first sliding slot 1111 is disposed on the bracket assembly 120, and the first sliding rail 121 is disposed on the mounting portion 111, and the matching manner and the mounting area of the sliding rail, the sliding rail and the ear portion can be adjusted adaptively by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical framework of the present application.
Referring to fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a partially enlarged structure of a frame a in fig. 5. The bracket assembly 120 is mounted on the mounting portion 111 (see fig. 1) together with the housing 110, and the bracket assembly 120 can slide along the first sliding slot 1111 in the longitudinal direction of the housing 110. The rotating shaft 150 is disposed through the first ear 131 (see fig. 1) of the clamping plate 130, the second ear 128 of the bracket assembly 120 and the second elastic member 140, so as to mount the clamping plate 130 to the housing 110.
Specifically, the push button 123 of the bracket assembly 120 abuts against the sliding button 125, and the fastening portion 1254 of the sliding button 125 is located in the limiting groove 113 of the housing 110. Since the locking portion 1254 is locked in the limiting groove 113, the bracket assembly 120 can be prevented from sliding randomly during the normal use of the user. The number of the limiting grooves 113 may be multiple, and the limiting grooves are arranged side by side along the length direction of the housing 110 on the side where the housing 110 contacts the bracket main body 122, so that the user has a multi-stage adjustment function when selecting the sliding distance on the housing 110 of the clamping plate 130.
Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 6, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a partially enlarged structure of another embodiment of a region corresponding to the frame a in fig. 5. In the present embodiment, the bracket main body 122 of the bracket assembly 120 has slid to the end of the first sliding slot 1111. The other end of the push button 123 abuts against the sliding buckle 125, and raises the sliding buckle 125 through the inclined end surface 1233, so that the fastening portion 1254 of the sliding buckle 125 is separated from the limiting groove 113. After the locking portion 1254 is disengaged from the limiting groove 113, the bracket main body 122 can slide along the first sliding groove 1111. At this time, the latch portion 1254 contacts the side surface of the housing 110, and the first elastic member 127 is compressed and completely accommodated in the mounting hole 1253 of the slider 125.
The operation process of the clamp 100 in this embodiment includes:
1. and (6) mounting.
The catch 1254 of the slide catch 125 is exposed outside of the holder body 122 when the holder assembly 120 has not been fully mated with the mounting portion 111 of the housing 110. At this time, a force is applied to the push button 123 toward the slider 125, so that relative sliding between the push button and the slider 125 is generated. The sliding fastener 125 slides toward the cover 126 (see fig. 4) against the first elastic element 127 by the torsion element 123, so that the fastening portion 1254 is accommodated in the bracket body 122, and the fastening portion 1254 is prevented from being exposed outside the bracket body 122, which makes the mounting of the bracket assembly 120 and the housing 110 difficult.
After the bracket assembly 120 is in sliding fit with the first sliding groove 1111 through the first sliding rail 121 (see fig. 2), the force applied to the push button 123 can be removed, the sliding button 125 is acted by the first elastic element 127, the fastening portion 1254 is attached to the side surface of the housing 110 until encountering the limiting groove 113 arranged on the housing 110, and the fastening portion 1254 falls into the limiting groove 113, so that the bracket assembly 120 is fixed to the housing 110. Then, the clamping plate 130 and the second elastic member 140 are installed. And finally, the installation of the entire jig 100 is completed.
2. And adjusting the gear.
When the clamping plate 130 needs to be adjusted in the clamping area of the housing 110, the pushing button 123 is applied with a force toward the sliding fastener 125 again, and the fastening portion 1254 of the sliding fastener 125 overcomes the first elastic element 127 to be disengaged from the limiting groove 113, so that the position relationship between the clamping plate 130 pivoted to the bracket assembly 120 and the housing 110 is changed from the fixed state to the relatively slidable state.
After the bracket assembly 120 can slide with the housing 110, the force applied to the push button 123 can be removed, or can be continuously applied until the clamping area of the clamping plate 130 on the housing 110 is adjusted to a suitable range. After switching to the sliding state, the sliding direction of the clamping plate 130 relative to the housing 110 may not be limited, and only needs to satisfy the use situation.
Since there are a plurality of limiting grooves 113 disposed on the housing 110, after the clamping plate 130 is adjusted to a suitable clamping area, the fastening portion 1254 of the sliding fastener 125 can be re-fixed with the corresponding limiting groove 113, and the clamping plate 130 and the housing 110 are re-switched to a fixed state.
For example, in the initial state of the intercom, the housing 110 serves as a side cover of the intercom, and the holding plate 130 is mounted to the housing 110 through the bracket assembly 120. When the intercom function is not required for normal use, the grip plate 130 blocks a photosensitive port of a camera (not shown). When a camera needs to be used for shooting, the clamping plate 130 can be in sliding connection with the housing 110 through the bracket assembly 120 and can slide along the length direction of the housing 110 to expose a photosensitive port of the camera. After the photographing is completed, the clamping plate 130 may be returned to the original position again.
3. And (5) disassembling and replacing.
When the clamping plate 130 is damaged and needs to be replaced, a force is applied to the push button 123 toward the sliding fastener 125, and the locking portion 1254 of the sliding fastener 125 overcomes the first elastic element 127 to be disengaged from the limiting groove 113, so that the position relationship between the clamping plate 130 pivoted to the bracket assembly 120 and the housing 110 is changed from a fixed state to a relatively slidable state.
During the detachment process, a force towards the sliding fastener 125 needs to be continuously applied to the pushing button 123 to prevent the snap portion 1254 of the sliding fastener 125 from falling into the adjacent limiting groove 113 again until the bracket assembly 120 is completely separated from the housing 110 when encountering the limiting groove 113.
The present application further provides a handheld terminal 200, please refer to fig. 8, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the handheld terminal 200 in the present application. In this embodiment, the handheld terminal 200 includes a side cover 210, and a bracket assembly 220 and a clamping plate 230 disposed on the side cover 210. The side cover 210 is provided with a mounting portion 211 and a charging socket 212, the mounting portion 211 is used for mounting the bracket assembly 220, and the clamping plate 230 is slidably connected with the side cover 210 of the handheld terminal 200 through the bracket assembly 220.
