背景技术
随着道路建设发展及现代化管理,以及人们对生活质量、环境条件的要求越来越高,清扫车已经是道路清扫保洁作业中使用广泛的一种清洁车具,相对于传统的清扫车作业,真空吸尘及湿式除尘相结合的清扫车更能够有效避免二次扬尘污染。然而现在的清扫车应用单一,对于道路边沿死角的清洁程度主要靠人工清扫,或者多种设备重复作业以及负压较低达不到清洁效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种道路污染清除车,所述清除车通过优化设计的负压***和高压喷射清扫装置,提升除车整车清洁性能,增加路面的清扫效果,以及增加路面的清扫宽度,杜绝扬尘对周围环境的影响。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种道路污染清除车,包括车辆底盘、副梁、负压***、清水罐总成、储料罐总成、高压水泵***和清扫装置总成,所述高压水泵***设在清水罐总成底部,副梁与车辆底盘固定连接,所述负压***和高压水泵***与副梁连接,设在车辆底盘上方,储料罐总成与副梁连接,设车辆底盘上方,清扫装置总成与副梁连接,设在车辆底盘下方,其特征在于:所述清扫装置总成包括升降油缸、左右横移油缸、高压喷射清扫装置、主水管、主阀门、旁通阀门和固定装置,高压喷射清扫装置与主水管相连,主阀门和旁通阀门设在主水管上,高压喷射清扫装置通过固定装置与升降油缸、左右横移油缸相连。

具体实施方式
如图1至7所示,一种道路污染清除车,包括车辆底盘1、副梁2、负压***3、清水罐总成4、储料罐总成5、高压水泵***6和清扫装置总成7,所述高压水泵***6设在清水罐总成4底部,副梁2与车辆底盘1固定连接,所述负压***3和高压水泵***6与副梁2连接,设在车辆底盘1 上方,储料罐总成5与副梁2连接,设车辆底盘1上方,清扫装置总成7 与副梁2连接,设在车辆底盘1下方,所述清扫装置总成7包括升降油缸、左右横移油缸、高压喷射清扫装置8、主水管9、主阀门10、旁通阀门11 和固定装置,高压喷射清扫装置8与主水管9相连,主阀门10和旁通阀门 11设在主水管9上,高压喷射清扫装置8通过固定装置与升降油缸、左右横移油缸相连。固定装置包括导轨,固定支架等,为现有技术的连接方式。
所述高压喷射清扫装置8,包括旋转喷杆组件12和罩体组件13,所述旋转喷杆组件12设在罩体组件13内部,所述旋转喷杆组件12包括旋转喷嘴15、旋转喷杆16和旋转接头17,旋转喷杆16的一端与旋转接头17连接,旋转喷杆16的另一端与旋转喷嘴15连接,所述旋转喷杆16数量为三个以上,所述旋转喷嘴15的数量为三个以上,旋转喷杆16和旋转喷嘴15 数量相等,所述旋转喷杆组件12中的三个以上旋转喷杆16绕着同一个旋转接头17做圆周旋转运动,且旋转方向相同,旋转喷嘴11喷射方向倾斜朝下。所述高压喷射清扫装置包括2组以上的旋转喷杆组件12,旋转喷杆组件12之间,轴向并排的设在罩体组件13内部。相邻两组旋转喷杆组件 12之间设有安全距离,保证彼此不干扰各自的旋转动作。旋转喷杆组件 12不需要外力作用,靠高压水的反冲力使多个旋转喷杆16带动自身的旋转喷嘴15绕旋转接头17做圆周旋转,实现高速旋转的高压水对地面形成射流。所述旋转喷嘴15的喷头采用扇形喷头,保证相邻两个旋转喷杆组件12 喷出的水圈具有重叠部分,即保证高压水可以清扫到整个罩体组件13宽度,不会出现漏扫现象。
所述高压喷射清扫装置还包括辅助喷杆组件14,所述辅助喷杆组件14 有两组,分别设在罩体组件13外沿的两侧。所述辅助喷杆组件14包括执行部件18、连接机构19、辅助喷杆20、辅助喷嘴21、辅助进水口22和辅助支架23,所述辅助喷杆20、辅助支架23和连接机构19的一端共同连接,连接机构19的另一端与执行部件18连接后设在辅助支架23上,所述辅助喷嘴21和辅助进水口22不重合的设在辅助喷杆20上。执行部件18为气缸或油缸等。所述辅助喷杆20可通过连接机构19的作用实现伸展和收缩,当路面比较宽时,作业状态,连接机构19在执行部件18的作用下将辅助喷杆20伸展至水平方向,当不需要辅助喷杆组件14作业时,连接机构19在气缸或油缸的作用下将辅助喷杆20收缩至竖直方向。辅助进水口 22外接高压水。具体的,辅助进水口22通过高压软管与主水管9连接,高压水通过辅助喷嘴21喷向地面,将废弃物和污水冲向罩体组件13内部,具体的冲向方向为车头方向,随着车辆行进,废弃物和污水将进入罩体组件13内部,随负压气流抽走。辅助喷嘴21的喷头采用扇形喷头。
所述罩体组件13包括壳体24、弹性挡板25、压板、支架26、脚轮27 和弹簧28,弹性挡板25通过压板固定在壳体24上,脚轮27通过弹簧28 与支架26连接,设在支架26的下方,通过弹性力对罩体组件13起缓冲支撑力,保证在路面局部不平时依然可以保证清扫装置整体离地间隙基本保持不变,保证罩体组件13内的负压及气流稳定,从而保证最终道路清扫效果。所述弹性挡板25包括前弹性挡板、两个侧弹性挡板和后弹性挡板,前弹性挡板、侧弹性挡板、后弹性挡板和侧弹性挡板首尾相连,围合形成与壳体24相同的形状。后弹性挡板与侧弹性挡板与地面达到无间隙状态或微间隙状态,前弹性挡板与地面之间的间隙大于后弹性挡板与地面之间的间隙,前弹性挡板与地面之间的间隙大于侧弹性挡板与地面之间的间隙。可以保证路面废弃物通过前弹性挡板的间隙进入罩体组件13内部,罩体组件 13除了遮挡水流四处飞溅之外,冲洗后的污水和地面垃圾在罩体内部通过负压气流运送到清扫车的污水收集装置。从而增加路面的清洗效果。当高压喷射清扫装置安装在清扫车上正常使用时,前弹性挡板位于靠近车头的方向,后弹性挡板位于靠近车尾的方向。
所述旋转喷杆组件12设在罩体组件13内部,多组旋转喷杆组件12均匀分布在罩体组件13内部,旋转喷杆组件12的旋转接头13与罩体组件13 的壳体24相连,并与主水管9通过高压软管连接,在主水管9上设有主阀门10和旁通阀门11。作业时,开启主阀门10,即打开旋转喷杆组件12高压水喷射,当路面比较宽,需要开启辅助喷杆组件14喷水时,在主阀门10开启的状态下,同时开启旁通阀门11可以开启辅助喷杆组件14的高压水喷射。所述辅助喷杆组件14有两组,分别设在罩体组件13外沿的两侧。具体的,辅助喷杆组件14通过其自身的辅助支架23固定在罩体组件13的支架上。
所述负压***3包括罗茨式真空泵29、进气消音器30、排气消音器31、进气雨帽管道32、排气雨帽管道33、吸入管道34、卡箍式橡胶接头、气流传送管和软连接管35,所述罗茨式真空泵29设有气流冷却口、气流出口及气流进口,进气消音器30一端通过橡胶接头、气流传送管与气流冷却口相连,进气消音器30另一端与进气雨帽管道32连接,排气消音器31一端通过橡胶接头、气流传送管与气流出口相连,排气消音器31另一端与排气雨帽管道33连接,软连接管35的一端通过吸入管道34与气流进口相连,软连接管35的另一端与风道连接,所述罗茨式真空泵29通过液压马达35传动。气流进口与吸入管道34通过法兰连接。橡胶接头可以是卡箍式或法兰式等。气流通路如此循环往复,实现高强负压吸尘功能,利用负压气流运动方式,降低空气中可吸入颗粒物的含量,避免二次扬尘现象发生。
所述高压水泵***6为现有技术,包括2个高压柱塞泵36、水过滤器装置37,所述水过滤器装置包括粗过滤器和2个细过滤器,粗过滤器一端通过水管与清水罐连接,另一端与2个细过滤器一端并联连接,2个细过滤器的另一端并联连接后与2个高压柱塞泵的进水口连通,通过柱塞泵将过滤后的清水加压,两个水泵的高压排出口连接后与清洗管汇、高压水枪连接,完成对罐内及整车的清洗,以及与主水管9连接,为高压喷射清扫装置8提供高压水,实现对路面的清洗。
清水罐总成4为现有技术,包括罐体38、外护罩39、上水管40、出水口等,通过主副驾驶两侧配置的上水管40将外部水源输送到罐体38内,用于装盛清除地面污染物所需水源,出水口与清水过滤器连接,为高压水泵提供水源。
储料罐总成5为现有技术,包括抽吸管41,空气过滤器42,气流出口 43,开门油缸44,导向销轴45,放水管路46,举升油缸47,吸尘口总成,舱门总成,储料罐体等;通过举升油缸47实现翻转倒料,通过空气过滤器 42将罗茨式真空泵29高压吸入的含灰尘的空气过滤后排出,抽吸管41吸取罩体组件13内的废弃物,舱门总成通过舱门48开启与密闭实现储料罐体的卸料与封闭。

1.一种道路污染清除车,包括车辆底盘、副梁、负压***、清水罐总成、储料罐总成、高压水泵***和清扫装置总成,所述高压水泵***设在清水罐总成底部,副梁与车辆底盘固定连接,所述负压***和高压水泵***与副梁连接,设在车辆底盘上方,储料罐总成与副梁连接,设车辆底盘上方,清扫装置总成与副梁连接,设在车辆底盘下方,其特征在于:所述清扫装置总成包括升降油缸、左右横移油缸、高压喷射清扫装置、主水管、主阀门、旁通阀门和固定装置,高压喷射清扫装置与主水管相连,主阀门和旁通阀门设在主水管上,高压喷射清扫装置通过固定装置与升降油缸、左右横移油缸相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的道路污染清除车,其特征在于:所述高压喷射清扫装置,包括旋转喷杆组件和罩体组件,所述旋转喷杆组件设在罩体组件内部,所述旋转喷杆组件包括旋转喷嘴、旋转喷杆和旋转接头,旋转喷杆的一端与旋转接头连接,旋转喷杆的另一端与旋转喷嘴连接,所述旋转喷杆数量为三个以上,所述旋转喷嘴的数量为三个以上,旋转喷杆和旋转喷嘴数量相等,所述旋转喷杆组件中的三个以上旋转喷杆绕着同一个旋转接头做圆周旋转运动,且旋转方向相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的道路污染清除车,其特征在于:所述高压喷射清扫装置包括2组以上的旋转喷杆组件,旋转喷杆组件之间,轴向并排的设在罩体组件内部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的道路污染清除车,其特征在于:所述高压喷射清扫装置还包括辅助喷杆组件,所述辅助喷杆组件有两组,分别设在罩体组件外沿的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的道路污染清除车,其特征在于:所述辅助喷杆组件包括执行部件、连接机构、辅助喷杆、辅助喷嘴、辅助进水口和辅助支架,所述辅助喷杆、辅助支架和连接机构的一端共同连接,连接机构的另一端与执行部件连接后设在辅助支架上,所述辅助喷嘴和辅助进水口不重合的设在辅助喷杆上。
