本实用新型涉及一种电动机传动技术领域,特别是涉及一种饼式电动机传动连接机构。
背景技术
现有的饼式电动机要求其转子上的转轴与设备的工作轴直接连接,但在一般情况下,由于空间限制,饼式电动机在运转时会产生摆动,有时偏摆角度大于2°,工作转轴与电动机的转轴就不同心,这样会严重影响电动机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有饼式电动机摆动影响电机寿命的技术问题,提供一种允许一定偏摆角度的饼式电动机传动连接机构。
本实用新型提供一种饼式电动机传动连接机构,设有电机转轴、轴套和工作轴,轴套和工作轴通过工作键连接,电机转轴设有内花键,轴套外设有外花键,内花键和外花键形成花键啮合连接,外花键为球齿式外花键。
优选地,外花键为球齿式渐开线花键。
优选地,花键啮合处均布设有润滑脂。
优选地,润滑脂通过密封条密封,密封条与轴套外周和电机转轴内周构成封闭空间密封润滑脂。
优选地,轴套外端设有轴端挡板,轴套通过轴端挡板及工作键固定在工作轴上。
优选地,电机转轴轴伸处设有安装盘,安装盘通过螺纹连接与电机转轴紧固。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用球齿式渐开线花键,电机转轴与设备工作轴直联时,允许一定程度的偏摆,在不超过3°的偏摆时保持电动机运转平稳,延长电动机的使用寿命,同时能够承受较大的工作载荷;
本实用新型通过密封条形成润滑脂的密封,结构简单,密封效果好;
本实用新型还设有安装盘,安装过程中保证转轴与轴套的同心度,防止花键轴套与电机转轴发生偏摆,保护球齿式外花键,防止局部受力损伤,同时在运输过程中,也能起到防护作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对可本实用新型做进一步说明,以使本实用新型所属技术领域的技术人员能够容易实施本实用新型。
如图1-3所示,本实用新型设有外花键轴套20、密封条21、安装盘24和与外花键轴套20配合的内花键12,外花键轴套20外圆周设有外花键23与内花键12配合,内花键12位于饼式电动机10的电机转轴11内部,外花键23与内花键12形成花键啮合连接,外花键23为球齿式渐开线花键,花键啮合连接能够允许电机转轴11轴线与外花键轴套20轴线在任意方向不超过3°的偏摆,花键啮合连接处注入润滑脂22,两端分别通过密封条21进行密封,密封条与轴套外周和电机转轴内周构成封闭空间密封润滑脂,保证了润滑脂22的不流失。
外花键轴套20轴伸处加装有安装盘24,安装盘24通过内六角螺钉25分别与外花键轴套和饼式电动机10的电机转轴11固定连接,保证转轴与轴套的同心度,防止花键轴套与电机转轴安装过程中发生偏摆,保护球齿式外花键,防止局部受力损伤。
外花键轴套20内部设有键槽,该键槽与工作轴30上的工作轴用键31相互配合,工作轴30外端设有轴端挡板32,轴端挡板32通过外六角螺栓33和止动垫片34固定于工作轴30的外端,外花键轴套20通过轴端挡板32以及工作轴用键31固定在工作轴30上。
本实用新型将饼式电动机10的电机转轴11设计为内花键12,与外花键轴套20的球齿式外花键23配合,可使饼式电动机10的电机转轴11与设备工作轴30直联时,允许一定的偏摆,保证电动机运转平稳,延长电动机使用寿命,结构简单紧凑;通过密封条21有效保证了润滑脂22的不流失,密封效果好;安装盘24在运输过程中,起到防护作用。

1.一种饼式电动机传动连接机构,设有电机转轴、轴套和工作轴,所述轴套和工作轴通过工作键连接,所述电机转轴设有内花键,所述轴套外设有外花键,所述内花键和外花键形成花键啮合连接,其特征是,所述外花键为球齿式外花键。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饼式电动机传动连接机构,其特征在于,所述外花键为球齿式渐开线花键。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饼式电动机传动连接机构,其特征在于,所述花键啮合处均布有润滑脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的饼式电动机传动连接机构,其特征在于,所述润滑脂通过密封条密封,所述密封条与所述轴套外周和电机转轴内周构成封闭空间密封所述润滑脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的饼式电动机传动连接机构,其特征在于,所述轴套外端设有轴端挡板,所述轴套通过所述轴端挡板及所述工作键固定在所述工作轴上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的饼式电动机传动连接机构,其特征在于,所述电机转轴轴伸处设有安装盘,所述安装盘通过螺纹连接与电机转轴紧固。
