5. The backpack of claim 1, wherein the first and second isolators are each sheet-like in shape and the peripheral portions of the first and second isolators are sealingly connected together to form the enclosed space between the first and second isolators.

6. The backpack according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the receiving space is defined by a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged, and a zipper is provided at the top ends of the first side wall and the second side wall.

7. The backpack of claim 6, wherein a circumferential portion of the first and second spacers are bonded to the first or second sidewall.

8. The backpack of claim 6, wherein a circumferential portion of the first and second spacers are sewn to the first or second sidewall.

9. A backpack according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the edges of the first and second spacers are reserved with edge portions having a width of 1mm to 3 mm.
