背景技术
在物流运输中包装箱主要是为了便于运输装卸和仓贮，木质包装箱是传统的包装材料，木质包装箱虽然制作方便、成本较低，但箱体不具备防撞击功能，或防撞击效果较差。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种防撞击木质包装箱，解决了现有的木质包装箱防撞击性能较差的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种防撞击木质包装箱，包括包装箱体、防撞柱和防护板，其特征在于：所述箱体的表面设有防撞缓冲垫，箱体侧面4角均设有防撞柱，防撞缓冲垫外设有防护板，箱体内壁设有减震板；对上述技术方案作进一步的说明：所述的防撞缓冲垫为硬质泡沫材料，防撞缓冲垫表面为波浪状；对上述技术方案作进一步的说明：所述减震板为弹性薄板；对上述技术方案作进一步的说明：所述的防撞柱为缓冲锥柱，防撞柱由橡胶材质制成；对上述技术方案作进一步的说明：所述防撞柱两端分别超出箱盖和底座。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的内容作进一步的说明：
为解决木质包装箱防撞击性能较差的问题，对木质包装箱进行全方位的防撞击防护，对箱体的外表面设置防撞缓冲垫，防撞缓冲垫表面采用波浪状结构，吸收冲击力的效果好，防撞缓冲垫外侧设有防护板，箱体的4侧角位置均设有橡胶材质的防撞柱，箱体内部的四侧内壁上设有减震板；
通过对木箱的内外的全方位缓冲材料的配置，大大提高了木箱的防撞击性能。

1.一种防撞击木质包装箱，包括包装箱体、防撞柱和防护板，其特征在于：所述箱体的表面设有防撞缓冲垫，箱体侧面4角均设有防撞柱，防撞缓冲垫外设有防护板，箱体内壁设有减震板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞击木质包装箱，其特征在于：所述的防撞缓冲垫为硬质泡沫材料，防撞缓冲垫表面为波浪状。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撞击木质包装箱，其特征在于：所述的防撞柱为缓冲锥柱，防撞柱由橡胶材质制成。
