本实用新型实施例公开了一种电池模组老化柜,包括:柜体,其内部形成一老化腔;支撑板,其为L型,内置于老化腔内,支撑板包括横板以及与横板连接的竖板,横板水平布置,其边缘与柜体内壁连接,竖板上开设有多个老化线孔;阻燃热缩管,其内置于老化线孔内;缆线,其穿过阻燃热缩管布置。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的电池模组老化柜在缆线外套接有一个阻燃热缩管,当电池自燃,火焰顺着缆线燃烧时,阻燃热缩管受热收缩,紧密地包裹住燃烧的缆线,隔绝火焰和空气,将燃烧的缆线闷熄,避免火势沿缆线传播,降低火势传播的速度,为救援争取时间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电池生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池模组老化柜。
背景技术
电池生产出来并完成第一次充电之后,需进行高温老化,提高电池内部物质的活性,现有的老化方式一般是将电池集中放置于老化柜统一进行老化。由于老化时所需的条件温度较高,并且电池在老化过程中不断进行放热,一旦散热不畅极易导致温度过高电池自燃。并且由于这些电池都是通电的,起火之后,火焰极易沿着电线快速扩散,引燃别的电池,导致重大的财产损失甚至是人员伤亡。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提出一种电池模组老化柜,解决现有技术中电池在老化过程中一旦自燃现象发生,火势极易扩大,导致重大的财产损失的技术问题。
为了达到上述技术目的,本实用新型实施例提供了一种电池模组老化柜,该电池模组老化柜包括:
柜体,其内部形成一老化腔;
支撑板,其为L型,内置于老化腔内,支撑板包括横板以及与横板连接的竖板,横板水平布置,其边缘与柜体内壁连接,竖板上开设有多个老化线孔;
阻燃热缩管,其内置于老化线孔内;
缆线,其穿过阻燃热缩管布置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的电池模组老化柜在缆线外套接有一个阻燃热缩管,当电池自燃,火焰顺着缆线燃烧时,阻燃热缩管受热收缩,紧密地包裹住燃烧的缆线,隔绝火焰和空气,将燃烧的缆线闷熄,避免火势沿缆线传播,降低火势传播的速度,为救援争取时间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参见图1至图2,图1是本实用新型提供的电池模组老化柜的结构示意图;图2是耐磨管、阻燃热缩管以及隔热管的剖视图。
电池模组老化柜包括:柜体1、支撑板2、阻燃热缩管3、隔热管4、耐磨管5、缆线6以及滚轮7。
柜体1一个侧面开口,内部形成一老化腔,支撑板2内置于老化腔内,与柜体1可拆卸连接。柜体1与支撑板2的连接方式可以采取多种不同的形式,例如:螺栓连接、卡扣连接或是横梁抵接等。在本实施例中,柜体1上开设有卡口,支撑板2与柜体1卡接。柜体1下表面还设置有多个滚轮7,方便移动该电池模组老化柜。
支撑板2为L型,包括横板21和竖板22。横板21水平布置,边缘与柜体1的内壁可拆卸连接。竖板22下边缘与横板21连接,在竖板22上开设有多个老化线孔。
由于缆线6在燃烧的时候会放热,故火焰沿着缆线6燃烧,当火焰靠近阻燃热缩管3时,就容易导致阻燃热缩管3收缩,导致不能很好的闷熄火焰。所以在阻燃热缩管3内设置一根隔热管4,隔热管4包裹阻燃热缩管3靠近电池模组的那一端,并且厚度逐渐减小,控制隔热管4的厚度,使得缆线6燃烧到阻燃热缩管3的中部时,燃烧产生的热量正好能穿透隔热管4使得阻燃热缩管3受热收缩,紧密地包裹燃烧的缆线6,将缆线6闷熄。阻燃热缩管3外套接一根耐磨管5,耐磨管5的长度小于阻燃热缩管3,其外侧面与老化线孔连接,起到保护阻燃热缩管3的作用,避免阻燃热缩管3被老化线孔的边缘割伤。
实施本实用新型实施例,具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的电池模组老化柜在缆线外套接有一个阻燃热缩管,当电池自燃,火焰顺着缆线燃烧时,阻燃热缩管受热收缩,紧密地包裹住燃烧的缆线,隔绝火焰和空气,将燃烧的缆线闷熄,避免火势沿缆线传播,降低火势传播的速度,为救援争取时间。

1.一种电池模组老化柜,其特征在于,所述电池模组老化柜包括:
柜体,其内部形成一老化腔;
支撑板,其为L型,内置于所述老化腔内,所述支撑板包括横板以及与所述横板连接的竖板,所述横板水平布置,其边缘与所述柜体内壁连接,所述竖板上开设有多个老化线孔;
阻燃热缩管,其内置于所述老化线孔内;
缆线,其穿过所述阻燃热缩管布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池模组老化柜,其特征在于,所述电池模组老化柜还包括一隔热管,所述阻燃热缩管套接于所述隔热管外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池模组老化柜,其特征在于,所述电池模组老化柜还包括一耐磨管,所述耐磨管套接于所述阻燃热缩管外。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电池模组老化柜,其特征在于,所述柜体侧壁上开设有多个卡孔,所述支撑板与所述柜体卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池模组老化柜,其特征在于,所述电池模组老化柜还包括多个设置于所述柜体下表面的滚轮。
