本实用新型属于烧结机械领域，尤其涉及一种用于烧结机滑道的密封油板。
背景技术
烧结机在生产过程中，烧结台车与烧结机风箱滑道进行运动摩擦密封工艺。由于烧结机风箱与台车间密封采用的是直供给强制加压油润滑加密封，因此造成润滑油浪费严重；烧结机滑道的密封油板只有一道油槽，由于目前使用的是条状平面强制给油设计(烧结机润滑脂)，主要密封滑板与台车下游板工作面位置及侧面滑动密封，工作面给油覆盖小延一个方向。强制给油造成过量润滑油流出在烧结机外面及下层地面上，不仅污染环境，而且造成油脂的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可减少污染环境，避免油脂浪费的烧结机滑道的密封油板。
为此，本实用新型采取了如下技术解决方案：
一种烧结机滑道密封油板，所述密封油板采用注油与回油的两道油槽结构，即在密封油板上分别设有注油槽和回油槽，注油槽与回油槽相互连通，注油槽始端设有注油孔，回油槽尾端设有溢油孔。
本实用新型的有益效果为：
本实用新型采用注油与回油两道油槽，可提高密封油板含油量1倍以上，能提高密封效果，减少滑道密封油板更换频率，降低备件费用，有效防止污染环境，避免油脂浪费。

具体实施方式
由附图可见，本实用新型密封油板1采用注油与回油的两道油槽结构设计，在密封油板1上分别加工有注油槽4和回油槽2，注油槽4与回油槽2相互连通，在注油槽4的始端设有注油孔5，回油槽2的尾端设有溢油孔3。
采用注油与回油的两道油槽结构设计，相应增加了密封油板1的含油量、消除了一道油槽强制给油的弊端，避免了油脂流出的浪费和对环境的污染。
