本实用新型涉及空气净化领域，特别是一种可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置。
背景技术
目前，市场上空气净化装置种类繁多，但由于在设计时偏向考虑化学滤芯的寿命，物理拦截颗粒物的过滤部分如HEPA类过滤部分，被设计在空气净化器的过滤单元的前端即进风位置，而化学过滤部分如配方活性炭过滤部分，则被设计在过滤单元的末端即出风位置。化学过滤的配方活性炭或其它配方载体本身由于其多孔的蓬松结构，表面强度不够，在一定风量的吹袭下，不可避免地产生颗粒载体间的摩擦而产生细小的粉尘颗粒，在没有被拦截的情况下，随着所谓的净化风一起飘向室内，造成实质性二次污染，不可避免地被使用净化装置的人吸入呼吸道内，从而影响人体健康。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，包括过滤单元，所述过滤单元包括化学过滤网和物理过滤网，其中所述物理过滤网位于过滤单元的出风位置，且所述物理过滤网能够过滤化学过滤网产生的异味或粉尘颗粒；所述化学过滤网为但不限于活性炭过滤网、分子筛滤网；物理过滤网的滤材为但不限于熔喷布、玻璃纤维、滤纸；所述物理过滤网为但不限于打褶波浪形结构或平面型结构；所述化学过滤网和物理过滤网相互叠加；所述化学过滤网和物理过滤网在边缘位置通过一边框密封成为一体化结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：一种可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，其特征在于：包括过滤单元，所述过滤单元包括化学过滤网和物理过滤网，其中所述物理过滤网位于过滤单元的出风位置，且所述物理过滤网能够过滤化学过滤网产生的异味或粉尘颗粒。本实用新型能拦截空气净化装置工作时化学过滤网中脱落的粉尘颗粒，防止二次空气污染，结构简单，操作实施方便，成本低廉。

具体实施方式
参照图1，图1是本实用新型一个具体实施例的结构示意图，如图所示，一种可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，包括过滤单元1，过滤单元1包括化学过滤网11和物理过滤网12，其中物理过滤网12位于过滤单元1的出风位置，且物理过滤网12能够过滤化学过滤网11产生的异味或粉尘颗粒。在装置运行时，空气经过化学过滤网11之后，再经过物理过滤网12。由于物理过滤网12位于净化单元1的出风位置，物理过滤网12不同程度地拦截了化学过滤网11所产生的异味及其细小粉尘颗粒，从而阻止或减少了因过滤单元中的化学过滤网11本身所导致的异味和细小粉尘颗粒的二次污染的发生。
上述实施例中的化学过滤网11为但不限于活性炭过滤网、分子筛滤网，这些化学过滤网11的特点是在使用过程中有异味产生或被空气吹袭有颗粒脱落。
上述实施例中的物理过滤网12的滤材为但不限于熔喷布、玻璃纤维、滤纸，这些物理过滤网12的特点是能不同程度地拦截化学过滤网11所产生的异味以及细小粉尘颗粒。
优选地，玻璃纤维过滤网12为打褶波浪形结构，玻璃纤维过滤网12的波浪形结构能增大了过滤网与空气的接触面积和接触时间，过滤效果更好。
优选地，活性炭过滤网11和玻璃纤维过滤网12在边缘位置通过一边框3密封成为一体化结构。这种一体化结构方便安装和更换，还能作某种特定的标识表示安装的方向，避免安装或者更换时出错。

3.根据权利要求1所述的可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，其特征在于：物理过滤网(12)的滤材为熔喷布、玻璃纤维、滤纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述物理过滤网(12)为打褶波浪形结构或平面型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可以减少二次污染的空气净化装置，其特征在于：所述化学过滤网(11)和物理过滤网(12)相互叠加。
