背景技术
皮带输送机具有输送能力强，输送距离远，结构简单易于维护，能方便地实行程序化控制和自动化操作。槽式皮带输送机通常设置有多个槽型托辊组，槽型托辊组设置有两个侧辊和一个平托辊，侧辊和平托辊夹角处由于设计不够合理，使用久了常常会对皮带的非工作面造成磨损，减少了皮带的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述不足，提供一种防磨损的皮带输送机。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是按照以下技术方案实施的：
一种防磨损的皮带输送机，包括多个槽型托辊组、皮带，槽型托辊组包括托辊支架、边缘支撑耳、中间支撑耳、侧辊、平托辊，所述侧辊和平托辊滚动边缘设置有环状凸块，侧辊和平托辊夹角处设置有滚轮，滚轮可拆卸连接在中间支撑耳上。
进一步的，所述滚轮通过调节螺栓固定在中间支撑耳上，螺栓上设置有固定螺母。调节螺栓通过固定螺母可以调节滚轮与皮带的间距。
进一步的，所述环状凸块为聚四氟乙烯凸块。聚四氟乙烯凸块具有良好自润滑性，降低侧辊和平托辊夹角处对皮带的磨损。
进一步的，所述侧辊和平托辊设置有包胶层，所述聚四氟乙烯凸块还与侧辊和平托辊的侧面固定连接。包胶层降低各辊与皮带的摩擦，不易磨损皮带，增加皮带使用寿命，聚四氟乙烯凸块与各辊的侧面固定连接有效防止包胶层的脱落。
本实用新型的有益效果为：皮带输送机的皮带不易磨损、皮带与各辊的使用寿命长。

如图1、图2、图3所示的一种防磨损的皮带输送机，包括多个槽型托辊组、皮带8，槽型托辊组包括托辊支架1、边缘支撑耳5、中间支撑耳2、侧辊6、平托辊3，所述侧辊6和平托辊3滚动边缘设置有环状凸块9，侧辊6和平托辊3夹角处设置有滚轮7，滚轮7可拆卸连接在中间支撑耳2上。
所述滚轮7通过调节螺栓4固定在中间支撑耳2上，螺栓4上设置有固定螺母10。所述环状凸块9为聚四氟乙烯凸块。所述侧辊6和平托辊3设置有包胶层11，所述聚四氟乙烯凸块还与各辊的侧面固定连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的皮带输送机，其特征在于：所述滚轮通过调节螺栓固定在中间支撑耳上，螺栓上设置有固定螺母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的皮带输送机，其特征在于：所述环状凸块为聚四氟乙烯凸块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防磨损的皮带输送机，其特征在于：所述侧辊和平托辊设置有包胶层，所述聚四氟乙烯凸块还与侧辊和平托辊的侧面固定连接。
