Abstract

本实用新型的保温空心砌块,属建筑材料,它是 在砌块孔洞与热流方向垂直的内壁面上覆有反射材 料,例如用DS胶贴覆辐射系数小的铝箔等。本实用 新型的空心砌块热阻大,保温性能好,是减少通过建 筑物外墙的耗热量,实现节能的理想建筑材料。

Description

本实用新型属建筑材料,主要涉及用于建筑外墙的一种空心砌块。
目前,我国现产的空心砌块,一般孔洞内壁不覆任何材料,存在着保温性能差,不能满足建筑物外墙的保温要求,增加了建筑物的能耗。
本实用新型目的是提出一种保温性能好的保温空心砌块,减少通过建筑物外墙的耗热量,节省通过建筑物外墙的能耗。
空心砌块的保温性能取决于孔洞的热阻,孔洞的热阻取决于孔洞两个界面上的边界层厚度和其间的辐射换热强度。一般空心砌块的孔洞,在总的传热量中,辐射换热占的比例通常在70%以上。本实用新型的技术方案在空心砌块孔洞内壁涂覆反射材料,有效地阻止孔洞内的辐射换热,从而增大空心砌块的热阻,提高空心砌块的保温性能,减少通过建筑物外墙的耗热量,实现节能的目的。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明:
根据图1所示,图中1是矩形空心砌块体,2是砌块体上的矩形园角竖向孔洞,3是与热流方向垂直的孔洞内壁面,内壁面3上覆有反射材料,以阻止孔洞内的辐射换热,提高空心砌块的保温性能。所说的内壁面上覆有反射材料,可以是一个内壁面上覆有反射材料,为了进一步提高空心砌块的热阻效果,也可以是孔洞与热流方向垂直的两个内壁面上覆有反射材料。所说的覆有反射材料可以是内壁面直接涂覆反射材料,例如涂覆铝粉漆等,也可以是在内壁面上贴覆反射材料。如图2所示,孔洞内壁3上用胶粘剂贴覆有反射材料5,例如铝箔、纸、橡木等,这些反射材料都具有降低孔洞内辐射换热的明显作用,但以铝箔效果最佳。由于铝箔往往受空心砌块材料的腐蚀,而一般胶粘剂又不具备隔腐作用,所以本实用新型的孔洞内壁上是采用既有胶粘作用又具有隔腐作用的DS胶贴覆铝箔。据测定,空心砌块孔洞不覆反射材料热阻值为0.181m2·K/W,单面用DS胶贴覆铝箔,热阻值为0.499m2·K/W,是不覆反射材料的2.76倍,双面用DS胶贴覆铝箔,热阻值为0.705m2·K/W,是不覆反射材料的3.9倍。
本实用新型的空心砌块,与一般空心砌块相比只在其孔洞与热流方向垂直的内壁面上覆有一层反射材料,生产工艺简单,却大大地增加了热阻,对于提高空心砌块的保温性能,减少通过建筑物外墙耗热量,实现节能具有重大意义。

Claims (4)

1、一种保温空心砌块,砌块内部有矩形园角竖向孔洞,其特征是孔洞与热流方向垂直的内壁面上覆有反射材料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的空心砌块,其特征是所说的孔洞与热流方向垂直的内壁面上覆有反射材料,是与热流垂直的两个内壁面上都覆有反射材料。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的空心砌块,其特征是所说的覆有反射材料是用胶粘剂贴覆的反射材料。
4、根据权利要求3所述的空心砌块,其特征是所说的胶粘剂是DS胶,所说的反射材料是铝箔。
