一种汽车地毯材料剥离实验夹具，由辊道机构、调节机构和连接机构组成，调节机构固定在辊道机构上端，连接机构固连在辊道机构下端；
辊道机构由机架、第一辊筒和通孔组成，机架两侧开设有通孔，第一辊筒固定在机架通孔上；
调节机构由调节支架、第二辊筒、螺栓、螺母、第一凹槽和第二凹槽组成，调节支架两侧分别开设有第一凹槽和第二凹槽，螺栓安装在第一凹槽内将调节支架与辊道机构连接，第二辊筒通过螺母固定在调节支架第二凹槽内；
连接机构由连接杆和调节螺母组成，连接杆上设置有螺纹，调节螺母安装在连接杆上；
所述的一种汽车地毯材料剥离实验夹具也可以没有调节机构，只由辊道机构与连接机构组成。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本装置结构简单，容易操作，调节支架可以上下移动，第二滚筒可以前后移动，满足了不同厚度尺寸的地毯都可以进行剥离实验。剥离快速、均匀，省力。

请参阅图1、图2和图3所示，一种汽车地毯材料剥离实验夹具，由辊道机构1、调节机构2和连接机构3组成，调节机构2固定在辊道机构1上端，连接机构3固连辊道机构1下端；
辊道机构1由机架10、第一辊筒11和通孔12组成，机架10两侧开设有通孔12，第一辊筒11固定在机架10通孔12上；
调节机构2由调节支架20、第二辊筒21、螺栓22、螺母23、第一凹槽24和第二凹槽25组成，调节支架20两侧分别开设有第一凹槽24和第二凹槽25，螺栓22安装在第一凹槽24内将调节支架20与辊道机构1连接，第二辊筒21通过螺母23固定在调节支架20第二凹槽25内；
连接机构3由连接杆30和调节螺母31组成，连接杆30上设置有螺纹，调节螺母31安装在连接杆30上；
所述的一种汽车地毯材料剥离实验夹具也可以没有调节机构2，只由辊道机构1与连接机构3组成。

辊道机构(1)由机架(10)、第一辊筒(11)和通孔(12)组成，机架(10)两侧开设有通孔(12)，第一辊筒(11)固定在机架(10)通孔(12)上；
调节机构(2)由调节支架(20)、第二辊筒(21)、螺栓(22)、螺母(23)、第一凹槽(24)和第二凹槽(25)组成，调节支架(20)两侧分别开设有第一凹槽(24)和第二凹槽(25)，螺栓(22)安装在第一凹槽(24)内将调节支架(20)与辊道机构(1)连接，第二辊筒(21)通过螺母(23)固定在调节支架(20)第二凹槽(25)内；
连接机构(3)由连接杆(30)和调节螺母(31)组成，连接杆(30)上设置有螺纹，调节螺母(31)安装在连接杆(30)上。
2.一种汽车地毯材料剥离实验夹具，其特征在于：是由辊道机构(1)与连接机构(3)组成，辊道机构(1)由机架(10)、第一辊筒(11)和通孔(12)组成，机架(10)两侧开设有通孔(12)，第一辊筒(11)固定在机架(10)通孔(12)上；连接机构(3)由连接杆(30)和调节螺母(31)组成，连接杆(30)上设置有螺纹，调节螺母(31)安装在连接杆(30)上。
