本实用新型实施例公开了一种硅胶刷毛棉头，包括硬胶骨架以及包覆于所述硬胶骨架外周的硅胶刷毛，所述硅胶刷毛呈径向分布。采用本实用新型，通过在硬胶骨架设置硅胶刷毛，产品组合装配牢固，不易脱落，且能够延长产品使用寿命、能够保证产品的安全性，硅胶表面粘附性强，提高膏体的附着度，且可反复清洗，替代现有技术中的表面植毛类产品，颠覆现有技术中的常规做法。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种化妆用棉头，尤其涉及一种硅胶刷毛棉头。
背景技术
在各类彩妆产品中，植绒棉头已得到十分广泛的使用，棉头作为整个产品里的最重要组成部分，直接与人体接触，其实用性、舒适性、安全性关系到整个唇彩的成否。
现阶段市面常规棉头多为TPU/TPEE两种材质的塑胶棉头，经过加工在表面植一层纤维绒毛，以此在粘附膏体进行使用；这类常规棉头缺点甚多：
1.材质偏硬，使用舒适度不够；
2.表面植毛非常容易脱落，已经严重影响产品的安全性，直接将绒毛涂
抹于嘴唇以及吸食进体内；
3.此类棉头不宜清洗，不可重复使用等诸多缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种硅胶刷毛棉头。可使化妆用的棉头舒适度适当、刷毛不会脱落且可清洗重复使用。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型实施例提供了一种硅胶刷毛棉头，包括硬胶骨架以及包覆于所述硬胶骨架外周的硅胶刷毛，所述硅胶刷毛呈径向分布。
进一步地，所述硅胶刷毛通过注塑方式包覆于所述硬胶骨架外周。
进一步地，所述硬胶骨架具有安装接头，所述安装接头具有中部的凹环。
进一步地，所述硬胶骨架末端具有一斜面。
实施本实用新型实施例，具有如下有益效果：本实用新型通过在硬胶骨架设置硅胶刷毛，产品组合装配牢固，不易脱落，且能够延长产品使用寿命、能够保证产品的安全性，硅胶表面粘附性强，提高膏体的附着度，且可反复清洗，替代现有技术中的表面植毛类产品，颠覆现有技术中的常规做法。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地详细描述。
如图1、图2所示的结构示意图。
本实用新型实施例的一种硅胶刷毛棉头，包括了硬胶骨架1以及硅胶刷毛2，硅胶刷毛2包覆于硬胶骨架1的外周，且硅胶刷毛2呈现径向的分布。
在本实施例中，硅胶刷毛2通过注塑方式包覆于硬胶骨架1外周，当然硅胶刷毛2也可以紧密套装于硬胶骨架1外周，本实用新型在此不为限。
为了方便使用，硬胶骨架1末端具有一斜面11，使使用本实用新型更具有灵活性。
硬胶骨架1具有安装头12，安装头12具有中部的凹环13，使本实用新型可拆装设置于刷杆的下端。
本实用新型具有如下优点：
1.刷毛材料为硅胶，将软\硬两种成分二次注塑组合完成，杆柄部分偏硬材料，刷头部分使用偏胶软料；杆柄硬度高，产品组合装配牢固度好，不会容易脱落，延长产品使用寿命；刷头部分使用全新硅胶材料，优点在于硅胶本色环保，质软，粘附性好，硅胶通常为食用级原材料，用于制作棉头，突出产品的安全性，避免棉头于不同膏体产生化学反应；硅胶材质柔软，刷头直接与嘴唇接触，柔软的材质大大提升了化妆过程的舒适性；硅胶表面粘附性强，增加了膏体的附着度，提高了唇彩便捷度。
2.在刷头表面直接制作出纤细绒毛，此结构配合硅胶的高附着度，有效的粘附唇彩膏体，完全可替代掉原来表面植毛类产品，颠覆了市场常规做法，杜绝了绒毛脱落是误食以及残留在嘴唇表面，使产品的安全性，实用性大大提升。
3.使用硅胶棉头，棉头可反复清洗不脱毛、不变形，材料稳定，棉头可循环使用。
4.本实用新型可塑性强，可根据不同需求设计各类形状的刷头。
当然上述实施例只为说明本实用新型的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本实用新型的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本实用新型的保护范围。凡根据本实用新型主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰，都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种硅胶刷毛棉头，其特征在于，包括硬胶骨架以及包覆于所述硬胶骨架外周的硅胶刷毛，所述硅胶刷毛呈径向分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶刷毛棉头，其特征在于，所述硅胶刷毛通过注塑方式包覆于所述硬胶骨架外周。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的硅胶刷毛棉头，其特征在于，所述硬胶骨架具有安装接头，所述安装接头具有中部的凹环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硅胶刷毛棉头，其特征在于，所述硬胶骨架末端具有一斜面。
