技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于形成包装的成形装置,特别是用于形成从包装材料管获得的可倾倒食品包装的成形装置。
背景技术
众所周知,诸如果汁、UHT(超高温处理过的)牛奶、葡萄酒、番茄酱等的许多液体或可倾倒的食物产品以由无菌包装材料制成的包装出售。
典型的例子是称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒食品的平行六面体形包装,其通过折叠和密封层压条包装材料而制成。包装材料具有多层结构,其包括例如纸或矿物填充的聚丙烯的基层、以及覆盖基层两侧的许多热封塑料材料层(例如,聚乙烯薄膜)。
在用于长期储存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括氧气阻隔材料层,例如,铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH),其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,并且又用形成最终与食品接触的包装内表面的另一热封塑料材料层覆盖。
如已知的那样,这种包装通常在全自动包装机中生产,其中由包装材料卷材形成连续的管。包装材料卷材在包装机中例如通过使用诸如过氧化氢溶液之类的化学灭菌剂被灭菌,一旦灭菌完成,例如通过加热蒸发将该化学灭菌剂从包装材料的表面除去。
经灭菌的包装材料卷材保持在封闭的无菌环境中,并且被折叠成圆柱体并纵向密封以形成管。
特别地,包装机器包括密封单元,在密封单元中包装材料卷材的第一纵向边缘与包装材料卷材的与第一纵向边缘相对的第二纵向边缘叠置。密封单元包括密封装置,该密封装置将第一纵向边缘密封到第二纵向边缘以形成管的纵向密封件。
该管在平行于其轴线的竖直方向上进给,并且用经灭菌或无菌处理的食品连续填充。
包装机包括成形装置,该成形装置与管相互作用以热密封管,并且按等间隔的横截面切割管,从而形成枕形包装。
然后将包装传送到下游折叠装置,在折叠装置中折叠它们以产生相应的包装件。
成形装置包括第一链式输送机和第二链式输送机,所述第一链式输送机和第二链式输送机限定各自的环形路径并分别装配有多个钳和相对钳(counter-jaw)。两条路径包括基本上彼此面对并且相互平行的相应的分支,并且包装材料管在其间进给。在其中一个链式输送机(例如第一链式输送机)上的设置有相应加热元件的钳沿着相应路径的上述分支与另一个链式输送机(例如第二链式输送机)上的设置有相应压力元件的对应相对钳配合。通过这种方式,加热元件和相应的压力元件在多个连续的横截面处夹紧管并且因此密封包装。
成形装置还包括多个成形构件。每个成形构件包括两个成形半壳,其中一个半壳由钳支承,另一个半壳由相应的相对钳支承。
特别地,每个成形半壳被铰接到相应的钳或相对钳。
两个成形半壳在打开位置和关闭位置之间循环地移动,在打开位置它们与管分离,在关闭位置它们接触管并且折叠管的在两个连续的密封部之间的部分以限定并控制正在形成的包装的体积。
第一链式输送机围绕布置在第一链式输送机的一端处的一对第一齿轮以及布置在第一链式输送机的与上述端部相对的另一端处的第一引导装置循环。特别地,第一齿轮的齿与形成第一链式输送机的链节相啮合。
第一齿轮安装在第一轴上,第一轴由成形单元的主体可旋转地支撑。
类似地,第二链式输送机围绕布置在第二链式输送机的一端处的一对第二齿轮以及布置在第二链式输送机的与上述端相对的另一端处的第二引导装置循环。特别地,第二齿轮的齿与形成第二链式输送机的链节相啮合。
第二齿轮安装在第二轴上,该第二轴由成形单元的主体可旋转地支撑。
马达连接到第一轴并驱动第一链式输送机。第一链式输送机通过联接装置联接到第二链式输送机。这样,当马达通过第一轴驱动第一链式输送机时,第一链式输送机又通过联接装置驱动第二链式输送机。
马达可设置成处于其中马达驱动第一轴的工作配置中以及处于其中马达不驱动第一轴的休息配置中。当马达处于休息配置时,第一链式输送机(和与其联接的第二链式输送机)空转(idle)。
当马达处于休息配置时,可能需要驱动第一链式输送机(和与其联接的第二链式输送机)以执行清洁、设置、校准和其他类似的维护活动。
特别地,可能有必要以低速度和高精度驱动第一链式输送机(和与其联接的第二链式输送机)。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是改进用于形成包装的成形装置,特别是用于形成从包装材料管获得的可倾倒食品包装的成形装置。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种设置有至少一个链式输送机的成形装置,当成形装置处于维护模式时,所述链式输送机能够以简单且可靠的方式被手动驱动。
根据本实用新型,提供了一种成形装置,该成形装置包括第一链式输送机和第二链式输送机,所述第一链式输送机和所述第二链式输送机彼此面对并且布置成与包装材料管相互作用以形成并密封所述管以获得包装,所述第一链式输送机具有与安装在第一轴上的至少第一轮相啮合的多个链节,所述成形装置还包括具有直接连接到所述第一轴的驱动轴的马达,所述成形装置还包括安装在所述第一轴上的齿轮以及设置有与所述齿轮啮合的齿轮元件的可移除曲柄,所述曲柄能够可选择性地连接到所述第一链式输送机,以便交替地布置成处于接合配置和分离配置,在所述接合配置中,所述曲柄容纳在所述成形装置的相应底座中并且所述齿轮元件联接到所述齿轮,在所述分离配置中,所述曲柄从所述底座中抽出并且所述齿轮元件不与所述齿轮联接。
特别地,当成形装置停止并且必须执行维护活动时,曲柄处于接合配置。相反,当成形装置正在工作并且正在生产包装时,曲柄处于分离配置。
由于本实用新型,可以以非常可控的方式手动驱动第一链式输送机来执行维护活动。
特别地,具有齿轮元件的曲柄和齿轮形成驱动装置,该驱动装置允许以非常精确和可靠的方式手动驱动第一链式输送机。
由于当成形装置运行时,具有齿轮元件的曲柄从成形装置中移除,所以可以尽可能地限制驱动装置的运动部件。实际上,永久安装在第一轴上的驱动装置的唯一部件是齿轮。因此,由于本实用新型,可以在成形装置停止时精确控制第一链式输送机——并且同时——在成形装置工作时使机械效率最大化,这种最大化通过限制与运动部件的重量相关联的能量耗散来获得。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮元件是蜗杆并且齿轮是蜗轮。蜗杆与蜗轮配合以产生不可逆/自锁定运动(kinematic)。
在这种情况下,该驱动装置也用作安全装置。事实上,当曲柄处于接合配置时,蜗杆与蜗轮的相互作用防止了第一链式输送机无意中移动,特别是防止了其在自身重量的作用下移动而无需操作者旋转曲柄。换言之,当曲柄处于接合配置时,第一链式输送机(和与其连接的第二链式输送机)不是空转的。以这种方式,操作者可以在第一链式输送机(和与之连接的第二链式输送机)上执行维护活动,而不会由于第一链式输送机(和与其连接的第二链式输送机)的意外自动运动而受伤。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了用于从包装材料的管14生产包含可倾倒食品(例如巴氏消毒或UHT牛奶、果汁、酒等)的密封包装2的包装机1。
管14具有纵向轴线A,并且以已知的方式通过纵向折叠和密封包装材料卷材而形成,并且在上游填充有经过灭菌或无菌处理的食品。
特别地,管14通过将包装材料的第一纵向边缘叠置在包装材料的第二纵向边缘上并且通过密封装置(未示出)将第一纵向边缘密封到第二纵向边缘以获得纵向密封件而获得。
包装机1包括成形装置100,成形装置100具有由第一侧壁4和第二侧壁5以及第一横向壁6和第二横向壁7限定的框架3(图1),第一横向壁6和第二横向壁7刚性地安装在第一侧壁4和第二侧壁5上并且与第一侧壁和第二侧壁5一起限定开口8。
成形单元100还包括第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机11。
第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机11彼此面对并且布置在管14的相对侧上。
第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机11装配到框架3上并分别包括彼此配合以与沿着穿过开口8的竖直路径供给的管14相互作用的钳12(图1中仅示出一个)和相对钳13(图1中仅示出一个)。
在实践中,每个钳12和相应的相对钳13可在它们夹持管14的横截面的夹持位置和它们从管14释放的释放位置之间循环地移动。
第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机11分别限定第一环形路径P和第二环形路径Q,钳12和相对钳13沿着第一环形路径P和第二环形路径Q被进给,并且第一环形路径P和第二环形路径Q分别围绕第一壁6和第二壁7延伸。

在包装机1的工作阶段期间,如图2中的箭头所示,第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机11以相反的方向旋转,使得从相应路径P,Q的路径部分P1,Q1的一端并且沿着路径部分P2,Q2,根据由凸轮50,51的轮廓限定的运动,每个钳12和相应的相对钳13与管14配合。
在管14被接触并被逐渐压缩并且包装材料局部折叠以形成横向于管14延伸的扁平密封条88的第一阶段之后,钳12和相应的相对钳13分别到达部分50b,51b(图2),其中最大夹持压力被施加到管14并且密封元件29与压力元件协作以在密封条88处横向密封管14。
同时,成形半壳46从打开位置朝向管14移动,到达关闭位置。
一旦成形半壳46围绕管14闭合并且密封元件29被激活,则成形半壳46控制随着管14横向地热密封而形成的包装2的体积和形状。
一旦完成密封,致动切割构件(未示出),以沿着密封条88切割管14,以将形成的包装2与管14的其余部分分离。
在一个实施方式中,切割构件可以是布置在成形装置100下游的切割装置的一部分。
在此阶段,成形半壳21例如在弹簧的作用下远离管2移动,直到它们到达打开位置。
在包装机1的工作阶段期间,曲柄64保持在分离配置D中。
在包装机1的休息阶段期间,可能需要手动驱动第一链式输送机10和第二链式输送机。
在这种情况下,曲柄64设定为接合配置E。
当曲柄64处于接合配置E时,操作者可通过手柄70旋转轴元件67。齿轮元件65与齿轮63啮合并因此驱动链式输送机10,链式输送机10进而驱动第二链式输送机11。
由于本实用新型,在包装机1的休息阶段期间,第一链式输送机10可以以精确的方式被驱动以执行维护活动。
特别地,由轮元件63和曲柄64的齿轮元件65形成的驱动装置80允许手动控制第一链式输送机10。
另外,由于齿轮63是永久安装在第一轴40上的驱动装置80的唯一部件,所以成形装置100的效率非常高。在包装机100的工作阶段消耗能量的驱动装置80的移动部分的数量实际上保持为最小,同时驱动装置80保证在包装机1的休息阶段期间对第一链式输送机10(以及连接到第一链式输送机10的第二链式输送机11)的极其有效的控制。
另外,当传动元件65是蜗杆并且齿轮63是蜗轮时,可以获得非常安全的成形装置100。
在这种情况下,事实上,当曲柄64处于接合配置E时,蜗杆和蜗轮限定不可逆且自锁定运动,其将第一链式输送机10(和连接到其上的第二链式输送机11)保持在稳定位置。由于第一链式输送机10(和与其连接的第二链式输送机11)保持静止,因此第一链式输送机10(和连接到其上的第二链式输送机11)的意外的不期望的移动可能会伤害维修机器的操作员的风险大大降低。
显然,可以对本文所描述和示出的成形装置进行改变,然而不脱离所附权利要求书中限定的范围。

Claims (50)
