In addition, the contact area between the suspension cross beam 21c and the rear seats is larger, so that better buffering can be obtained by using the soft rear seats, and better anti-seismic effect is achieved. In order to further improve the anti-seismic effect, the suspension cross member 21c may be supported by a spring.
Also, in the present embodiment, the flexible mat 5 may still be provided between the connecting bracket 21 and the housing of the trunk. The provided flexible mat 5 has a good anti-seismic effect. In particular, for the present embodiment, this flexible mat 5 may be provided at a portion where the suspension cross member 21c contacts the rear seat.
Fifth embodiment
The fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle-mounted projection apparatus and an electronic device mounting apparatus, wherein the fifth embodiment is different from the vehicle-mounted projection apparatus and the electronic device mounting apparatus provided by the third and fourth embodiments, and the main difference lies in that, in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, a connection manner different from relying on a headrest fixing column or a hanging beam 21c is provided.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6a, the connecting bracket 21 is fixedly connected to the protective plate 4 through a prepared hole 41 in the protective plate 4 at the bottom of the housing of the rear compartment.
As a result of research, the inventors have realized that in various models of automobiles of the related art, a protective plate 4 for protecting parts under a trunk is often provided, and for example, in the case of an electric or hybrid automobile type, a protective plate 4 for protecting a battery is provided. A prefabricated hole 41 penetrating the protective plate 4 is often provided in the protective plate 4 of the vehicle body. These prefabricated holes 41 are already provided at the time of shipment, but are not substantially used after shipment.
The present embodiment realizes stable and reliable fixed connection by means of the original prefabricated hole 41 on the protection plate 4 of the vehicle body. Therefore, the present embodiment also has better reliability without damaging the original structure of the vehicle body.
Of course, when the protection plate 4 of the vehicle body itself does not have the prepared hole 41, the prepared hole 41 may be processed for use.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connecting bracket 21 includes: and the connecting cross beam 21d is fixedly connected with the protection plate 4 through at least two prefabricated holes 41 arranged on the protection plate 4 at the bottom of the shell of the rear compartment.
As shown in fig. 6a, it is possible to interconnect the fixing nut 21g on the side of the protection plate 4 facing away from the space in the trunk room with the fixing bolt 21f passing through the through hole 21d3 provided in the protection plate 4. Of course, the stud prefabricated on the connecting beam 21d is also connected to the fixing nut 21g through the prefabricated hole 41. In addition, it is also feasible to directly connect the preformed hole 41 with the clamping column formed on the protective plate 4. There are many specific connection methods, and therefore, they will not be described in detail herein.
The stability can be significantly increased by the connection of the two prefabricated holes 41 to the provided connecting cross beam 21 d. When only one prefabricated hole 41 is provided, the auxiliary connection can be performed in a clamping, abutting and other modes. Moreover, when the electronic device 1 includes the projection mechanism, the projection light emitted by the projection mechanism can be exactly positioned within the interval range of the preferred projection angle by the design of the shape and the structure of the fixing bracket 22 after being fixed through the preformed hole 41, and a good and stable projection effect can be obtained. And a flexible sleeve can be arranged at the position of the connecting beam 21d passing through the prefabricated hole 41 to play a role of shock absorption.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6a, when the protection plate 4 is provided with 4 or more prefabricated holes 41, the number of the connection beams 21d may be correspondingly increased, and the connection stability may be remarkably improved by a plurality of connection beams 21d connected to each other. Of course, when only one prefabricated hole 41 is provided, the technical object of the present invention can be achieved even though the fixing stability is not as good as that of the case of two or more prefabricated holes 41.
Also, in the present embodiment, the flexible mat 5 is provided between the connecting bracket 21 and the housing of the rear compartment. The provided flexible mat 5 has a good anti-seismic effect.
In particular for the present embodiment, this flexible pad 5 may be provided between the connecting beam 21d and the protection plate 4. The fixing clip plate 21h is arranged on one side of the protection plate 4 facing away from the space in the trunk, the fixing screw holes correspond to the prefabricated holes 41, and the connecting beam 21d is provided with through holes 21d3 corresponding to the two prefabricated holes 41.
The fixing bolt 21f passes through the through hole 21d3 and the prefabricated hole 41 in sequence and is connected with the fixing screw hole.
It is clear to a person skilled in the art that the vehicle-mounted projection device and the electronic equipment mounting device belong to additional devices on the vehicle, and therefore, the original structure of the vehicle should not be damaged or modified as much as possible. In the prior art, there are situations where it is difficult, if not impossible, to open the protective panel 4 of a part of the car. At this time, the fixing clip plate 21h can be easily inserted into the slit below the protection plate 4. After the fixing screw holes of the fixing clip plate 21h are aligned with the preformed holes 41 and the through holes 21d3, the fixing can be completed by the fixing bolts 21 f. Therefore, by fixing the fixing clip plate 21h and the bolt, the mounting can be made easier than the fixing of the nut and the bolt.
It is worth mentioning that in order to better place the fixing catch plate 21h under the protection plate 4, i.e. in the slot at the side of the protection plate 4 facing away from the space in the trunk, the shape of the fixing catch plate 21h may be set according to practical requirements, and is not limited to the shape in fig. 6 b. For example, the fixing clip plate 21h may be partially bent to have a cross-sectional shape similar to an "L" shape or a "V" shape. With fixed screw setting in one side of the position of buckling of fixed cardboard 21h, can set up fixed cardboard 21h through handheld opposite side for it is more convenient to install. Still further shapes, such as the "Contraband" font, are also possible.
