本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样实现的:一种节水灌溉自动报警控制***,包括泵房及与泵房连接的主管,其特征在于:所述主管末端连接有若干根支管,该支管上分别依次设置有电磁阀和流量计,且支管末端均连接有若干根分流管;所述分流管上等距离设置有流量计,所述该流量计通过信号线与报警器相连接,该报警器配合连接有控制装置。

如图1所示,一种节水灌溉自动报警控制***,包括泵房1及与泵房1连接的主管3,该主管3末端连接有若干根支管6,该支管6上分别依次设置有电磁阀5和流量计8,且支管6末端均连接有若干根分流管7;分流管7上等距离设置有流量计8,该流量计8通过信号线与报警器4相连接,该报警器4内设定有与每一个流量计8相对应的数值范围,且配合连接有控制装置2。
使用时,根据流量配比,在报警器4内设置好每一流量计8所对应的数值范围,通过控制***2打开支管上的电磁阀5,将定量的清水由泵房1通过主管3和支管6泵入至分流管7内,分流管7通过滴头将清水输送至作物根区,过程中,每根支管6上的流量计8分别计量对应支管6内的水体流量,并将数据实时传递给报警器4,当支管6中水体流量与设定流量不一致时,报警器4发出警报并通过控制***2进行相应调整,确保支管6中的流量与设定流量相一致;分流管7上的流量计8计量分流管7不同区间段分流管7内的相应流量,并将数据实时传递给报警器4,当分流管7某一区间段出现管道破裂或分流管7上的滴头出现堵塞发生异常时,该区间段后段对应区间的流量发生突变,流量计8计量的数据超出与之对应的数值范围,报警器4发出警报,并显示出异常区域,工作人员根据报警器4显示的区域可以在现场快速找到故障点进行相应维修和调整。
