背景技术：
目前为了存放和运输，常将控制柜设置成几个相互独立的模块，然后在使用时，独立的柜体模块依次并排放置并组成控制柜结构。现有的相邻的两控制柜之间没有紧固结构连接，而是直接通过在每个柜体上设置地脚螺栓来固定，其装卸麻烦，若不采用地脚螺栓来固定柜***置，由于部分使用场地存在大型机械，因此使用场地的地面会产生微小震动情况，因此相邻柜体之间会发生位移串动的情况，进而会影响电连接。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种模块化控制柜。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有：一种模块化控制柜，包括柜体、垫块和连接块，若干个柜体通过连接块依次相连，在每个柜体的底面上固定连接两个垫块；
所述连接块包括连接边和限位边，所述连接边与限位边垂直固定，在连接边上设有螺纹通孔，在限位边的两端面上对称设有限位孔；
在柜体的侧壁上设有限位销。
进一步地，所述垫块采用槽钢，垫块与柜体之间通过螺钉固定连接，在垫块上设有减重孔。
进一步地，所述柜体的侧壁上设有过线孔。
进一步地，所述柜体的顶面上设有散热孔和吊扣。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：本实用新型采用连接块将相邻的柜体固定连接，柜体上的限位销与连接块上的限位孔配合使用，能够有效的避免柜体之间发生移位、串动的现象。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3，本实用新型公开一种模块化控制柜，包括柜体11、垫块12和连接块13，若干个柜体11通过连接块13依次相连，在每个柜体11的底面上固定连接两个垫块12。
连接块13包括连接边131和限位边132，连接边131与限位边132垂直固定，在连接边131上设有螺纹通孔133，在限位边132的两端面上对称设有限位孔134。
在柜体11的侧壁上设有限位销111，该限位销111与限位孔134相适配。
在将相邻的两柜体11相连时，将柜体11上的限位销111置于连接块13的限位孔134内，通过螺钉将连接块13中的连接边131固定于两柜体11上，进而将两柜体11固定连接。限位销111与限位孔134配合使用，能够有效的避免柜体之间发生移位、串动的现象。
垫块12采用槽钢，垫块12与柜体11之间通过螺钉固定连接。在垫块12上设有减重孔121。垫块12的使用能够避免车间地面上的潮气进入柜体内。
为便于各个柜体11的电路相连，在柜体11的侧壁上设有过线孔。
在柜体11的顶面上设有散热孔115和吊扣116。

所述连接块(13)包括连接边(131)和限位边(132)，所述连接边(131)与限位边(132)垂直固定，在连接边(131)上设有螺纹通孔(133)，在限位边(132)的两端面上对称设有限位孔(134)；
在柜体(11)的侧壁上设有限位销(111)。
2.如权利要求1所述的模块化控制柜，其特征在于：所述垫块(12)采用槽钢，垫块(12)与柜体(11)之间通过螺钉固定连接，在垫块(12)上设有减重孔(121)。
3.如权利要求1所述的模块化控制柜，其特征在于：所述柜体(11)的侧壁上设有过线孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的模块化控制柜，其特征在于：所述柜体(11)的顶面上设有散热孔(115)和吊扣(116)。
