本实用新型公开了一种电源的电路板与输出端的连接结构以及电源,包括壳体、尾盖、具有控制电路的电路板,壳体的一端具有开口,所述电路板的至少一部分安装在壳体的腔体中,在尾盖上设有输出端子,该输出端子至少包括导电引脚,还包括导电的插接部件,插接部件固定在电路板的输出端,所述尾盖与壳体的开口端合盖时,导电引脚的端部与插接部件形成插接以使电路板与输出端子电连接。本实用新型具有便于快速装配的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电源的电路板与输出端的连接结构以及电源。
背景技术
在一些节日或喜庆日,通常需要用到LED灯串来点缀,以增加现场的喜庆气氛。LED灯串需要采用驱动电源来驱动,以使LED灯发出各种不同闪烁模式的灯光,现有的驱动电源分为立式和卧式电源,如公开号为CN 105338703 A的发明专利所公开的灯具的立式驱动电源,如图1和图2所示,其包括整体成型的壳体1、尾盖2,壳体1的一端封闭另一端具有开口,尾盖2与壳体1的开口端固定连接,尾盖2上设有孔,还包括一块具有控制电路的电路板3、用于产生脉冲信号的开关4以及密封件5,所述电路板3的至少一部分安装在壳体1的腔体中,所述开关4的一端焊接固定在电路板3上,开关4的另一端为自由端,所述密封件5安装在尾盖上的孔中后对该孔形成密封,尾盖2与壳体1固定后,密封件5与开关4的自由端形成抵顶,密封件5的一端暴露在空气中。
在上述的驱动电源中,在尾盖2上设有输出防水插座2a,防水插座2a中设有导电引脚,从图2中可以直接看到,导电引脚通过导线与电路板3的输出端电连接,虽然这样的连接方式达到了导电的目的,但是,在装配时,由于导电引脚与防水插座2a先固定成一体,然后再通过导线与电路板3的输出端进行焊接,显然地,导线的长度不能过长,这样,电路板3与导盖2之间的空间被压缩得较小,在该较小的空间中进行焊接,不但会增加操作人员的操作难度,而且还费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新目的是提供一种电源的电路板与输出端的连接结构以及电源,本实用新型具有便于快速装配的优点。
电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,包括壳体、尾盖、具有控制电路的电路板,壳体的一端具有开口,所述电路板的至少一部分安装在壳体的腔体中,在尾盖上设有输出端子,该输出端子至少包括导电引脚,还包括导电的插接部件,插接部件固定在电路板的输出端,所述尾盖与壳体的开口端合盖时,导电引脚的端部与插接部件形成插接以使电路板与输出端子电连接。
插接部件包括本体,本体的一端设有与电路板连接的插脚,本体上设有供导电引脚的端部***的连接部件。
导电引脚***到连接部件中后将连接部件胀紧。
连接部件包括第一夹块和第二夹块,第一夹块和第二夹块相对布置在本体上且互不平行,第一夹块和第二夹块的一端分别与本体连接,第一夹块和第二夹块的另外一端为自由端。
所述第一夹块和第二夹块以呈八字的形式布置在本体上。
所述本体上设有缺口,连接部件位于所述缺口处。
连接部件位于本体的另一端。
所述本体的截面呈V形或U形。
所述输出端子还包括与尾盖固定为一体的插接座,所述导电引脚的另一端设有插槽,所述导电引脚上设有齿状部件,插接座通过注塑成型在导电引脚的齿状部件上以及具有插槽的端部。
一种电源,包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的连接结构。
本实用新型的优点在于:在尾盖与壳体的开口端合盖时,导电引脚的端部与插接部件形成插接以使电路板与输出端子电连接,这样,由于插接部件的连接在电路板上直接完成,无需涉及到与导电引脚,因此,插接部件连接在电路板上不受空间的限制,而导电引脚与插接部件以插接的形式完成连接,具有快速以及操作简单的特点,因此,这样结构使得装配的工作效率得到了提高。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本实用新的型的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,包括壳体11、尾盖12、具有控制电路的电路板13,壳体11的一端具有开口,所述电路板13的至少一部分安装在壳体11的腔体中,电路板13上的控制电路可以采用公开号为CN105338703A中所公开的任意一种,也可以采用如专利申请号为2016212323770的电路等。在尾盖12上设有输出端子,该输出端子至少包括导电引脚14,所述输出端子还包括与尾盖固定为一体的插接座15,所述导电引脚14的另一端设有插槽14a,所述导电引脚14上设有齿状部件14b,插接座15通过注塑成型在导电引脚的齿状部件14b上以及具有插槽14a的端部,通过齿状部件14b,使得导电引脚14与插接座15结合得非常牢固,可以防止导电引脚14相对插接座15产生相对运动。
还包括导电的插接部件16,插接部件16固定在电路板的输出端,所述尾盖12与壳体11的开口端合盖时,导电引脚14的端部与插接部件16形成插接以使电路板13与输出端子电连接。插接部件包括本体16a,所述本体的截面呈V形。本体16a的一端设有与电路板13连接的插脚16b,插脚16b插在电路板13上以后,通过焊接将插脚16b与电路板13固定,这样,使得插接部件16整体与电路板13固定为一体。本体16a上设有供导电引脚14的端部***的连接部件,所述本体16a上设有缺口,连接部件位于所述缺口处。优选地,导电引脚14***到连接部件中后将连接部件胀紧。连接部件包括第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d相对布置在本体16a上且互不平行,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d的一端分别与本体16a连接,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d的另外一端为自由端。第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d均具有自由端的因素,当导电引脚14***到第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d之间的间隔时,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d会产生弹性形变,而由于第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d互不平行的关系,使得第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d之间具有夹角,这样,导电引脚14对连接部件更容易形成胀紧的作用,反过来说,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d更容易将导电引脚14夹紧,从而可确保电信号的传递。第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d互不平行的关系,其优选的方式是,所述第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d以呈八字的形式布置在本体16a上,也就是说,第一夹块16c和第二夹块16d是以镜像对称的方布布置在本体16a上的。

本实用新型不限于上述实施方式,如图8所示,插接部件16包括本体16a,在本体16a上设有插孔16f,插孔16f包括锥孔段,插孔16f还可以包括与锥孔段连接的直孔段,当插孔16f只有锥孔段时,锥孔段用于导电引脚14的导向及胀紧,当插孔16f由锥孔段和直孔段组成时,锥孔段用于导电引脚14的导向,而直孔段用于导电引脚14的胀紧。
如图3和图4所示,本实用新型的电源,包括上述实施方式中的任意一种连接结构。本实用新型的电源可以应用于LED灯或者LED灯串的驱动,以使LED灯或者LED灯串发出不同闪烁模式的灯光。

1.电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,包括壳体(1)、尾盖(2)、具有控制电路的电路板(3),壳体(1)的一端具有开口,所述电路板(3)的至少一部分安装在壳体(1)的腔体中,在尾盖(2)上设有输出端子,该输出端子至少包括导电引脚,其特征在于:还包括导电的插接部件,插接部件固定在电路板的输出端,所述尾盖(2)与壳体(1)的开口端合盖时,导电引脚的端部与插接部件形成插接以使电路板(3)与输出端子电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:插接部件包括本体,本体的一端设有与电路板连接的插脚,本体上设有供导电引脚的端部***的连接部件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:导电引脚***到连接部件中后将连接部件胀紧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:连接部件包括第一夹块和第二夹块,第一夹块和第二夹块相对布置在本体上且互不平行,第一夹块和第二夹块的一端分别与本体连接,第一夹块和第二夹块的另外一端为自由端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:所述第一夹块和第二夹块以呈八字的形式布置在本体上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:所述本体上设有缺口,连接部件位于所述缺口处。
7.根据权利要求2所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:连接部件位于本体的另一端。
8.根据权利要求2所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:所述本体的截面呈V形或U形。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电源的电路板与输出端子的连接结构,其特征在于:所述输出端子还包括与尾盖固定为一体的插接座,所述导电引脚的另一端设有插槽,所述导电引脚上设有齿状部件,插接座通过注塑成型在导电引脚的齿状部件上以及具有插槽的端部。
