Description
本实用新型涉及一种往鱼肉类食品中注入调料汁的器具。
烹调鱼肉类食品时，调料味很难渗入较厚的部位中，使人吃起来感觉到乏味。目前市场上尚未出现这类专用器具。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种往鱼肉类食品较厚部位中注入调料汁的器具，它能将配制好的调料汁注入待烹调的鱼肉类食品较厚的部位中，使烹调制品里外味道均匀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在其内装有推塞的管体的端部有多个***，***上装有针头。使用时，拉起推塞，通过针头将过滤好的调料汁吸入管体中，对准待烹调的鱼肉类食品的较厚部位，插进针头，推入推塞，将调料汁均匀注入。
本实用新型因为符合鱼肉类食品烹调原理，设计合理，易于制做，使用方便。

该器具由带***(4)和刻度(5)的管体(1)、推塞(2)和针头(3)组成，推塞(2)装入管体(1)中，针头(3)装在***(4)上，针头(3)采用标准件，带***(4)和刻度(5)的管体(1)和推塞(2)用玻璃或工程塑料注塑制成。使用时，拉起推塞(2)，通过针头(3)将过滤好的调料汁吸入管体(1)中，对准待烹调的鱼肉类食品的较厚部位，插进针头(3)，推入推塞(2)，将调料汁均匀注入。
