Abstract

背景技术
特定类型的LED灯使用LED灯丝,即,条状LED元件,条状LED元件通常包括在条状载体(例如,金属、玻璃、或者蓝宝石材料)上布置成行的多个LED。LED可以由涂层涂敷,涂层用于将由LED产生的光转变到期望波长范围。多个LED灯丝通常布置在灯的灯泡(例如,具有爱迪生灯座的LED改进灯,诸如E27或者E14)内部。通常将LED灯丝布置为基本平行于灯的纵轴。为了最小化阴影的产生,可以将灯中的LED灯丝布置为与所述纵轴方向稍微偏离,从而使得不是所有LED灯丝都彼此平行定位。
LED通常呈现朗伯光分布,即,朝向主方向(通常与LED的表面垂直)发出最高强度,强度随着其它方向与主方向之间的角度的余弦沿其它方向减小。因此,沿LED灯丝的纵轴方向的光发射非常有限。相应地,这样的灯的光分布是不均匀的。特别地,沿灯的纵轴方向比沿横向发出少很多的光。如果例如使用LED灯丝的灯正悬挂在天花板上(例如,悬挂在桌子上方),则灯正下方的区域接收的光比灯旁边的区域接收的光少很多。
这样不均匀的光分布通常是不期望的,并且例如是获得EnergyStar认证的障碍,所述EnergyStar认证要求在垂直平面内测量的强度值的90%与所有平面内的所有测量值的平均值相差不超过25%。
实用新型内容
考虑到已知现有技术,本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED灯丝,该LED灯丝允许LED灯的设计改进光分布的均匀性,诸如,全向LED灯,尤其是改进LED灯。
该目的通过根据独立权利要求所述的LED灯丝实现。优选实施方式由从属权利 要求给出。
相应地,根据本实用新型的LED灯丝包括纵向第一灯丝部和纵向第二灯丝部,每个灯丝部设置有多个LED。纵向被理解为是指灯丝部沿一个方向的延伸大于沿垂直方向的延伸。通常,在已知LED灯丝中,LED被定位成一行,相邻LED彼此电连接。可以使用相同设计用于将LED定位在两个灯丝部的每个上。实质上,每个灯丝部对应于已知LED灯丝的灯丝部,尽管它将更短。
柔性连接部导电连接第一灯丝部和第二灯丝部。相应地,两个灯丝部经由柔性连接部彼此连接。因为柔性连接部是柔性的,即,可以通过手或者机器使它弯折成不同形状以产生独创性LED灯丝,所以可以调节两个灯丝部之间的相对定位(并且尤其是角度)。优选地,在已经变形成期望形状之后,柔性连接部将保持它的形状。
柔性连接部能够至少部分地位于第一灯丝部和第二灯丝部之间,使得这两个灯丝部彼此间隔一距离,该距离等于或者小于柔性连接部的长度。另选地,柔性连接部能够附接到灯丝部,使得在柔性连接部的未弯折状态下,第一灯丝部的一个端部和第二灯丝部的一个端部彼此相邻定位,从而呈现出具有单个灯丝部的传统LED灯丝的外观。
优选地,每个灯丝部包括基板,其中,每个灯丝部的LED被安装在各自基板上。该基板可以由玻璃、蓝宝石、PCB材料、塑料、金属或者适于用作LED基板的任何其它材料制成。
第一灯丝部和第二灯丝部中的至少一个可以包括施加在多个LED上以用于在操作期间转换由LED发出的光的颜色的转换层。这允许根据期望参数选择由LED灯丝发出的光的颜色。这样的转换层可以包括例如磷光体。特别地,LED灯丝可以发出白光。这可以通过例如LED发出蓝光并且磷光层将所发出的蓝光的一部分转换成黄光来实现。直接发出的蓝光和转换的黄光的混合呈现白色。
每个灯丝部可以包括电连接器,电连接器位于灯丝部的、与具有柔性连接部(内端部)的端部相反的端部(外端部)处。因而,该独创性LED灯丝可以以相同方式被使用并且用于与已知LED灯丝相同的应用,尤其是,该独创性LED灯丝的总长度基本上等于已知LED灯丝的长度。
根据本实用新型的LED灯丝可应用在已知应用中,也可应用在利用已知LED灯丝不可能或者至少很难实现的应用中。因为柔性连接部可以弯折成不同形状,所以不 同结构的LED灯丝都是可能的,甚至在不需要额外光学元件(诸如透镜或者反射器)的情况下也允许多种灯设计。
在优选实施方式中,柔性连接部由与电连接器相同的材料制成。这允许用于将电连接器附接到灯丝部的方法也被用于将柔性连接部连接到灯丝部。这简化了该独创性LED灯丝的制造。
柔性连接部可以包括或甚至仅由金属线或者金属薄片构成。这将进一步简化该独创性LED灯丝的制造。
本实用新型进一步涉及包括半透明(优选透明)灯泡、灯座以及根据本实用新型如上所解释的一个或多个LED灯丝的灯。优选地,LED灯丝附接到保持器上,保持器将LED灯丝保持在彼此的期望相对取向上。LED灯丝可以以直线结构、弯折结构、或者二者的组合被使用。保持器还可以包括可以用于向LED灯丝40供电的电导体。灯座可以是任何已知灯座,诸如螺纹爱迪生灯座(例如E14、E27)、卡口型灯座、双插针型灯座等。灯泡可以由塑料或者玻璃或者其它任何适合的半透明(优选透明)材料制造。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图描述本实用新型的优选实施方式。在多个附图中,相同或相似元件或者具有相同效果的元件采可以由相同附图标记指示。可以省略重复这样的元件的描述以防止冗余描述。
图1a中示出根据本实用新型的LED灯丝的第一实施方式的示意图。LED灯丝 包括第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20这两个灯丝部,每个灯丝部包括基板1,基板1上具有多个LED2。LED 2被安装在基板1上并且以与用于已知LED灯丝相同的方式设置有电连接。磷光体转换层3被施加在LED 2之上并且将由LED 2发出的光转换成期望波长。
第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20通过包括金属线的柔性连接部4彼此机械和电连接。在与连接到柔性连接部的端部相反的端部上,第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20中的每一个设置有包括金属线的电连接器5。
图1a示出为直线结构的LED灯丝,其中第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20基本上沿相同方向延伸。在图1b中,示出为成角结构的LED灯丝的相同实施方式,其中柔性连接部4弯折,以使得第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20沿不同方向延伸,在它们之间形成角度。
在图2a中示出根据本实用新型的LED灯丝的第二实施方式的示意图。LED灯丝包括第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20这两个灯丝部,第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20中的每一个与第一实施方式的第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20类似地布置。第一实施方式与第二实施方式之间的不同在于,LED 2被定位在基板1上直到接近基板1设置有柔性连接部4的端部。因此,在图2a中示出的直线结构中,第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20中的每一个上的最里面LED 2’之间的间隙比第一实施方式中的相应间隙小很多。因此,根据第二实施方式的LED灯丝的光分布与已知“一片式”LED灯丝的光分布类似。甚至在图2b中示出的弯折结构中,最里面LED 2’之间的距离也非常小,确保更加均匀的光分布。
图3示出根据本实用新型的灯的实施方式。灯包括安装到爱迪生型灯座31上的透明玻璃灯泡30。在灯泡30内侧,根据本实用新型的多个LED灯丝40被固定到保持结构32上。灯可以包括2个、3个、4个、5个、6个、7个、8个或者其它任何数量的LED灯丝40。为了允许更好地理解附图,图3中仅示出两个LED灯丝40。每个LED灯丝40包括通过柔性连接部4电连接的第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20这两个灯丝部。柔性连接部4弯折,使得第一灯丝部10、第二灯丝部20被布置为小于45°的角度。相应地,LED灯丝40不仅朝向灯的侧部发光,而且还沿纵轴方向(由纵轴A指示)发光,产生比使用已知LED灯丝的灯的光分布更加均匀的光分布。
保持结构32被安装到插座33上,插座33依次被安装到灯座31上。用于LED 灯丝40的驱动器可以布置在灯座31内侧并且在图3中不可见。根据LED灯丝40的数量和工作参数,可能不必须要求驱动器。插座33和保持器32还包括用于向LED灯丝40供电的电连接。
图4示出使用根据本实用新型的4个LED灯丝的如图3中所示的灯的模拟光分布图。图中在极坐标中示出所发射光沿不同方向的相对强度。模拟强度值在图4中示出,以用于包括灯的纵轴的单个平面。因为由LED灯丝发出的光被灯座遮挡,所以对于Θ<20°而言,强度非常小。从Θ=20°开始直到Θ=180°,强度很高,并且仅稍微改变,因而实现了EnergyStar要求,即,在垂直平面内测量的强度值的90%与所有测量值的平均值相差不超过25%。
尽管通过上面解释的实施方式详细地示出和描述了本实用新型,但是本实用新型并不限于这些实施方式。在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的前提下,可以由本领域技术人员进行其它改变。

Claims (14)
1.一种LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述LED灯丝包括:纵向第一灯丝部(10),所述第一灯丝部(10)包括多个LED(2);纵向第二灯丝部(20),所述第二灯丝部(20)包括多个LED(2);以及柔性连接部(4),所述柔性连接部(4)导电连接所述第一灯丝部(10)和所述第二灯丝部(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述第一灯丝部(10)和所述第二灯丝部(20)均包括基板(1),其中,所述第一灯丝部(10)和所述第二灯丝部(20)中的每一个的所述LED(2)被安装在各自基板(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述第一灯丝部(10)和所述第二灯丝部(20)中的至少一个包括转换层(3),所述转换层(3)被施加在所述多个LED(2)之上以用于在操作期间转换由所述LED(2)发出的光的颜色。

8.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述柔性连接部(4)包括金属线或者一块金属片。
