本实用新型公开了一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,包括上下对置的压板及设置在压板背面的气囊,所述压板的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,所述夹板上设置一安置气囊的连接板,连接板中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁,夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,横梁与围栏围成两个长形的气囊安置空间,所述气囊为长条形,两个气囊安置空间中分别安置一个气囊。本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,以保证压板所受压力均衡,保证皮带接驳的质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及皮带接驳机技术领域,具体涉及一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机。
背景技术
皮带接驳机是一种对两段皮带进行热压连接的设备,使两段独立的皮带能能实现无痕连接。
现有的皮带接驳机一般都包括上压板和下压板,皮带在上压板和下压板之间完成压接操作,其中上压板和下压板中均设有加热片作为热源,其中上压板受气囊驱动,气囊充气后膨胀来驱使上压板移动,现有的皮带接驳机的压板都是由单个气囊来驱动的,单个气囊的驱动容易造成压板受力不均的情况发生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,以保证压板所受压力均衡,保证皮带接驳的质量。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,包括上下对置的压板,位于上侧的压板的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,其特征在于:所述夹板上设置一安置气囊的连接板,连接板中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁,夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,横梁与围栏围成两个长形的气囊安置空间,所述气囊为长条形,两个气囊安置空间中分别安置一个气囊。
本实用新型还进一步设置为,所述气囊安置空间的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块和下夹持块,上夹持块和下夹持块的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿,上夹持块和下夹持块通过螺钉固定连接。
本实用新型还进一步设置为,还包括支座,气囊被安置在支座与夹板之间,夹板与支座固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型所提供的具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,其通过双气囊来对压板施压,使压板整体受力均衡,保证皮带压接的质量。由于气囊充气后,其中间会先膨胀起来,且气囊边缘会上翘,这样就会造成压板的边缘受力不均,而本申请中气囊在压板宽度方向分布,对压板的施力较均衡,气囊也可设置更多个,使压板的受力更均衡。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
以下参考图1至图6对本实用新型进行说明。
一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,包括上下对置的压板1,两个压板1分别固定安装在上下两个支座a9上,两个支座a9之间通过导向杆形成可上下移动调节的活动连接,位于上侧的压板1的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片3、夹板2、气囊a3,夹板2与压板1固定连接,并把加热片3夹持在其中,所述夹板2上设置一安置气囊a3的连接板a1,连接板a1为长条形,连接板a1中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁a2,夹板2宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏a4,围栏a4也与支座a9固定连接,横梁a2与围栏a4围成两个长形的气囊安置空间a5,所述气囊a3为长条形,两个气囊安置空间a5中分别安置一个气囊a3,气囊a3被安置在支座a9与夹板2之间。
连接板a1与气囊a3接触的面为平面,可在该接触面上设置凹凸的纹路a10,使气囊与压板的接触更稳定,不会发生打滑。
气囊安置空间a5的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,气囊夹持装置与支座a9固定连接,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7,上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿a8,上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7通过螺钉固定连接。
本实用新型所提供的具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,其通过双气囊a3来对压板1施压,使压板1整体受力均衡,保证皮带压接的质量。由于气囊a3充气后,其中间会先膨胀起来,且气囊a3边缘会上翘,这样就会造成压板1的边缘受力不均,而本申请中气囊a3在压板1宽度方向分布,对压板1的施力较均衡,气囊a3也可设置更多个,使压板1的受力更均衡。

1.一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,包括上下对置的压板,位于上侧的压板的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,其特征在于:所述夹板上设置一安置气囊的连接板,连接板中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁,夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,横梁与围栏围成两个长形的气囊安置空间,所述气囊为长条形,两个气囊安置空间中分别安置一个气囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述气囊安置空间的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块和下夹持块,上夹持块和下夹持块的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿,上夹持块和下夹持块通过螺钉固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多气囊的皮带接驳机,其特征在于:还包括支座,气囊被安置在支座与夹板之间,夹板与支座固定连接。
