本实用新型公开了一种防碰撞的电动升降桌控制器,包括MCU,电机驱动电路,电机电流取样电路,电流放大电路,HALL脉冲产生器和HALL滤波器,MCU控制电机驱动电路,HALL脉冲产生器传来的信号,通过HALL滤波器送到MCU,电机电流经电机电流取样电路取样后,经电流放大电路送入MCU,用于侦测电流变化,还包括震动开关,震动开关设置在控制器外部与MCU连接,或者设置在控制器内部。本实用新型采用电流侦测加震动侦测相结合的方式,提高了防碰撞保护的灵敏度和可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动升降桌领域,具体是一种防碰撞的电动升降桌控制器。
背景技术
伏案工作者常常久坐不动,很容易对脊椎颈椎等身体部位造成伤害;能调节高度的电动升降桌可帮助人们坐久时选择站立工作,既不耽误工作,也不影响健康。因而电动升降桌受到越来越多人的关注,特别是得到办公室人员的喜爱。
电动升降桌带给人们方便和健康的同时,也存在一些潜在的危害。电动升降桌运行过程中可能会无意碰撞到其他物体或者人体,造成对物体的损伤或对人体的伤害。
为了解决所述的潜在危害,通常在控制器中设计防碰撞保护功能。当电动升降桌运行过程中受到碰撞,电机电流就会发生变化,控制盒侦测到电流变化,立即停止升降桌的动作或停止后再向反方向退行一段距离。
上述防碰撞保护方式,是靠侦测电流的变化来实现的。若保护设置的太灵敏,即电流变化很小就要起保护,就会造成升降桌运行时,即使没有受到碰撞,也会因电机本身的电流波动而误停止;若保护设置的太迟钝,即电流变化较大才起保护作用,就会造成受到碰撞并产生很大挤压力后才保护,但这时可能已经造成了物体的损坏和人体的伤害。特别是升降桌在负重下降运行时,即使受到较大碰撞阻力,电流变化也不明显,这时该方案的缺陷就更突出。
实用新型内容
为了现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种防碰撞的电动升降桌控制器,包括MCU,电机驱动电路,电机电流取样电路,电流放大电路,HALL脉冲产生器和HALL滤波器,MCU控制电机驱动电路,HALL脉冲产生器传来的信号,通过HALL滤波器送到MCU,电机电流经电机电流取样电路取样后,经电流放大电路送入MCU,用于侦测电流变化,还包括震动开关,震动开关设置在控制器外部与MCU连接,或者设置在控制器内部。
本实用新型采用电流侦测加震动侦测相结合的方式,提高了防碰撞保护的灵敏度和可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-5所示,本实用新型的防碰撞的电动升降桌控制器,包括MCU,电机驱动电路,电机电流取样电路,电流放大电路,HALL脉冲产生器和HALL滤波器,MCU控制电机驱动电路,通过PWM方式调节电机速度,HALL脉冲产生器传来的信号,通过HALL滤波器滤除马达的杂信,送到MCU,HALL信号反映电机转动的圈数,从而MCU能得知电机速度和位置,电机电流经电机电流取样电路取样后经电流放大电路送入MCU,用于侦测电流变化。还包括震动开关,震动开关设置在控制器外部与MCU连接,或者设置在控制器内部。
电动升降桌正常运行时,运行平稳,不会震动,不会触发保护;当升降桌运行过程中受到碰撞,就会产生震动,震动传递到震动开关,震动开关触发MCU进行保护。
电动升降桌通常由两个或三个电动升降柱组成,这几个升降柱必须保持同步运行,才能保证桌面水平运行。所以在运行过程中,每个电动升降柱必须及时调整速度来达到同步运行,一般都采用PWM的方式进行速度的改变,相当于改变电机的供电电压来改变速度。通常的调整方式是这样的:当A落后于B,就加大A的电压(实际上是增加PWM的DutyCycle,下同),减小B的电压,A就快于B;当A超过B,这时又要减小A的电压,增加B的电压;如此周而复始不断调节AB的电压来实现同步运行。因为每个电动升降柱的电机电压在不断变化,其电流自然就会不断变化。在这种情况下,为了不出现误保护,只能增大起保护时电流变化的阈值(超过电流波动值),从而造成保护更加迟钝,即需要更大的碰撞力才能保护。
本申请在同步处理上采用PID自动控制技术,通过该控制技术,每个升降柱能自动按设定的速度和设定的目标位置保持匀速运行,将两个或三个升降柱设定成相同的速度和相同的目标位置,就能实现同步运行。运行中只要升降柱的负重不发生变化,电机的电压(实际上是PWM的Duty Cycle)就不会再进行调整,也就是不会反复变化,相应地,电流就不会反复变化。这种同步控制方式,电流平稳,不会增加额外的电流波动,因而能提高电流侦测的灵敏度。

1.一种防碰撞的电动升降桌控制器,包括MCU,电机驱动电路,电机电流取样电路,电流放大电路,HALL脉冲产生器和HALL滤波器,MCU控制电机驱动电路,其特征在于:HALL脉冲产生器传来的信号,通过HALL滤波器送到MCU,电机电流经电机电流取样电路取样后,经电流放大电路送入MCU,用于侦测电流变化,还包括震动开关,震动开关设置在控制器外部与MCU连接,或者设置在控制器内部。
