本实用新型涉及一种防水透气环保面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对面料的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性，人们更希望能享受进一步的功能。窗帘布和沙发布作为人们生活中最熟悉的纺织品之一，广泛使用于现代生活中，然而作为传统窗帘面料和沙发布面料的织物在使用时，虽然美观但是不具备防水、防油的防污特性，从而减少了窗帘和沙发等的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足，而提供一种设计合理、结构简单、防水防污的防水透气环保面料。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种防水透气环保面料，包括基布层、防水PU树脂层，所述基布层通过呈点状分布的热溶胶层与防水PU树脂层复合，所述基布层为经纱纬纱编织结构，所述经纱加捻有纳米纤维，纬纱加捻有竹炭纤维，所述PU树脂层上设置有微型孔。纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维，尼龙纤维使得面料表面能够成一层稳定的气体薄膜，形成双疏性界面，可防水，又可防油等污渍，竹炭纤维使得面料具有良好的透气性能，热溶胶层呈点状分布，PU树脂层上设置有微型孔，面料即防水又透气。
作为优选，所述纳米纤维为尼龙纤维。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维，尼龙纤维使得面料表面能够成一层稳定的气体薄膜，形成双疏性界面，可防水，又可防油等污渍，竹炭纤维使得面料具有良好的透气性能，热溶胶层呈点状分布，PU树脂层上设置有微型孔，面料即防水又透气。

参见图1，本实施例中的防水透气环保面料，包括基布层1、防水PU树脂层2，基布层1通过呈点状分布的热溶胶层3与防水PU树脂层2复合，基布层1为经纱纬纱编织结构，经纱加捻有纳米纤维，纬纱加捻有竹炭纤维，PU树脂层2上设置贯通的有微型孔4。纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维，尼龙纤维使得面料表面能够成一层稳定的气体薄膜，形成双疏性界面，可防水，又可防油等污渍，竹炭纤维使得面料具有良好的透气性能，热溶胶层呈点状分布。
