本实用新型涉及线材技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型头戴耳机线材。
背景技术
随着电子产品的普及,导电线材的应用十分广泛。公知的耳机线材,外被软胶胶料包裹着的铜丝、铝丝或银合金丝等各种不同材料的金属导体,但现有的耳机线材,在整体直径较大,且柔韧性不足,长时间使用容易损坏,给使用者带来很多不便,尤其是在过度摆动或在小体积的头戴耳机上使用的耳机线材,容易导致线材内部折断或是线材体积太大使用不方便等问题存在需要解决。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种柔韧性好,有利于节省空间,通过连接端子替代了现有用点焊连接,提高使用寿命的新型头戴耳机线材。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种新型头戴耳机线材,包括内芯和将内芯包裹的绝缘表皮,所述内芯至少一端从绝缘表皮内露出,所述内芯设有若干条,所述若干条内芯相互交织,所述内芯包括用于连接传输的导体和作用于导体之间绝缘的漆包层,所述漆包层将导体包裹;所述内芯从绝缘表皮内露出一端设有镀锡段,所述镀锡段铆压有连接端子。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述内芯的直径范围在0.3~1.2mm。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述漆包层的厚度范围在0.03~0.2mm。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述若干条内芯呈螺旋状相互交织。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述若干条内芯呈交叉状相互交织。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述绝缘表皮厚度范围在0.3~2.0mm。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述镀锡段将从绝缘表皮内露出的内芯均匀包裹。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述镀锡段厚度范围在0.2~0.5mm。

一种新型头戴耳机线材,一方面,包括内芯和将内芯包裹的绝缘表皮,通过内芯起到连接效果,通过绝缘表皮起到绝缘效果;第二方面,所述内芯至少一端从绝缘表皮内露出,便于内芯连接使用,所述内芯设有若干条,所述若干条内芯相互交织,通过交织能够有效的减少若干条内芯的直径,有利于节省空间;第三方面,所述内芯包括用于连接传输的导体和作用于导体之间绝缘的漆包层,所述漆包层将导体包裹,使用效果好,节省空间;第四方面,所述内芯从绝缘表皮内露出一端设有镀锡段,所述镀锡段铆压有连接端子,通过镀锡段能够使得内芯不会散乱,在铆压连接端子时提高定位精度,便于连接,通过连接端子替代了现有用点焊连接,提高使用寿命。

一种新型头戴耳机线材100,包括内芯110和将内芯110包裹的绝缘表皮120,其特征在于:所述内芯110至少一端从绝缘表皮120内露出,所述内芯110设有若干条,所述若干条内芯110相互交织,所述内芯110包括用于连接传输的导体111和作用于导体111之间绝缘的漆包层112,所述漆包层112将导体111包裹;所述内芯110从绝缘表皮120内露出一端设有镀锡段130,所述镀锡段130铆压有连接端子140。
一方面,包括内芯110和将内芯110包裹的绝缘表皮120,通过内芯110起到连接效果,通过绝缘表皮120起到绝缘效果;第二方面,所述内芯110至少一端从绝缘表皮120内露出,便于内芯110连接使用,所述内芯110设有若干条,所述若干条内芯110相互交织,通过交织能够有效的减少若干条内芯110的直径,有利于节省空间;第三方面,所述内芯110包括用于连接传输的导体111和作用于导体111之间绝缘的漆包层112,所述漆包层112将导体111包裹,使用效果好,节省空间;第四方面,所述内芯110从绝缘表皮120内露出一端设有镀锡段130,所述镀锡段130铆压有连接端子140,通过镀锡段130能够使得内芯110不会散乱,在铆压连接端子140时提高定位精度,便于连接,通过连接端子140替代了现有用点焊连接,提高使用寿命。
若干条内芯110呈螺旋状相互交织,在使用过程中使得本实用新型更具柔韧性,且若干条内芯110之间更稳定,连接效果更好。
若干条内芯110呈交叉状相互交织,在制造过程中更简单,造价成本低,且在使用过程中更稳定,连接效果更好。
内芯110的直径范围在0.3~1.2mm,优选为0.7mm,能够起到节省成本,制造方便,同时在使用过程中连接效果好等效果。
漆包层112的厚度范围在0.03~0.2mm,优选为0.08mm,能够起到节省成本,绝缘效果好,制造简单等效果。
镀锡段130将从绝缘表皮120内露出的内芯110均匀包裹,首先,能够有效的防止内芯110分叉和错乱等效果,其次是在制造过程中更方便。
镀锡段130厚度范围在0.2~0.5mm,优选是0.3mm,便于连接端子140铆压,提高连接效果,降低制造成本。
本实用新型制造过程是:
剥外皮-处理线-镀锡-铆压端子-检验端子-测试-安装使用。
具体是,先将线材一端的绝缘外皮剥离,将内芯110分离处理,将分离的内芯110一端镀锡,在镀锡段130上铆压连接端子140,通过端子对整条线材进行检验,测试线材是否合格,测试成品后安装连接。

1.一种新型头戴耳机线材,包括内芯和将内芯包裹的绝缘表皮,其特征在于:所述内芯至少一端从绝缘表皮内露出,所述内芯设有若干条,所述若干条内芯相互交织,所述内芯包括用于连接传输的导体和作用于导体之间绝缘的漆包层,所述漆包层将导体包裹;所述内芯从绝缘表皮内露出一端设有镀锡段,所述镀锡段铆压有连接端子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述内芯的直径范围在0.3~1.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述漆包层的厚度范围在0.03~0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述若干条内芯呈螺旋状相互交织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述若干条内芯呈交叉状相互交织。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述绝缘表皮厚度范围在0.3~2.0mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述镀锡段将从绝缘表皮内露出的内芯均匀包裹。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型头戴耳机线材,其特征在于:所述镀锡段厚度范围在0.2~0.5mm。
