本实用新型属于***技术领域,具体涉及一种带有发光组件的***,其包括发光组件、外壳、中框和顶盖,所述发光组件包括灯环支架,以及安装在灯环支架上的发光部件,发光组件装配于中框上,中框、发光组件以及外壳由内向外依次设置,所述顶盖设置在中框和/或外壳的上部,且灯环支架与顶盖位置相邻或相抵;本实用新型的发光组件,被点亮发光时,发光组件的发出的光被外壳以及中框阻挡、向灯环支架的顶部聚集,从而形成灯环支架顶部发光均匀的发光环,还可以起到照明的作用;可以使顶盖也形成一圈可视的光环,灯光均匀漂亮,还可以起到照明的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于***技术领域,具体涉及一种带有发光组件的***。
背景技术
目前,市场上的一些***上已经安装有发光组件,以达到照明以及美化***的目的。但是,市面上传统的安装有发光组件的***,无法形成发光环。
另外,现有技术的***和/或发光组件,均存在发光不均匀以及亮度不足的技术问题。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、合理,安装简易且形成发光环的带有发光组件的***。
本实用新型采取的详细技术方案为:
一种带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:包括发光组件、外壳、中框和顶盖,所述发光组件包括灯环支架,以及安装在灯环支架上的发光部件,发光组件装配于中框上,中框、发光组件以及外壳由内向外依次设置,所述顶盖设置在中框和/或外壳的上部,且灯环支架与顶盖位置相邻或相抵。
当发光组件被点亮发光时,发光组件的发出的光被外壳以及中框阻挡、向灯环支架的顶部聚集,从而形成灯环支架顶部发光均匀的发光环,还可以起到照明的作用。
进一步地,所述灯环支架从中框与外壳之间向上露出,灯环支架为透明材质制成,更有利于提高发光的亮度,以及发光的均匀效果。
进一步地,所述中框和外壳均为不透明材质制成,以免光容易经中框和外壳散走,影响发光的亮度和发光的均匀效果。
进一步地,所述顶盖的周圈为透明或半透明的透光材质制成,顶盖可以起到密封的作用,有利于顶盖形成效果更好的发光环。
进一步地,还包括顶盖,中框的顶端低于外壳的顶端,从而使中框与外壳装配后形成槽;顶盖放置于中框与外壳装配后所形成的槽中。
当发光组件亮起时,灯环支架顶部的灯光可照射于顶盖上,使得顶盖也形成一圈可视的光环,灯光均匀漂亮,还可以起到照明的作用。
优选地,灯环支架整体呈环形且设置有凹槽;发光部件为PCB板,PCB板上设置有与PCB板电性连接的外接导线、以及至少两个发光体;PCB板放置于凹槽内并固定。
优选地,各所述发光体沿所述PCB板均匀分布。
优选地,所述发光体为LED灯。
优选地,所述凹槽内填充导光胶体使所述PCB板固定在所述凹槽内。
可以通过导光胶体使发光体发出的光线沿导光胶体均匀照射出,从而使发光组件均匀地发光。
优选地,所述PCB板为可弯曲式的PCB板。
PCB板放置进凹槽时,可弯曲式的PCB板弯曲所形成的环形的直径可以调整,便于将PCB板放置进凹槽内,从而使发光组件的组装比较方便。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
(1)、当发光组件被点亮发光时,发光组件的发出的光被外壳以及中框阻挡、向灯环支架的顶部聚集,从而形成灯环支架顶部发光均匀的发光环,还可以起到照明的作用;
(2)、可以使顶盖也形成一圈可视的光环,灯光均匀漂亮,还可以起到照明的作用;
(3)、可以通过导光胶体使发光体发出的光线沿导光胶体均匀照射出,从而使发光组件均匀地发光;
(4)、发光组件的组装比较方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2,本实用新型为:一种带有发光组件的***,其包括发光组件1、外壳2、以及中框3。这里,中框3为现有技术中安装有用于净水的零部件的框架。
请参阅图3-图5,发光组件1包括灯环支架11以及发光部件。
灯环支架11整体呈环形、且设置有凹槽111。
发光部件为PCB板12,PCB板12上设置有与PCB板12电性连接的外接导线14、以及至少两个发光体13,各发光体13沿PCB板12均匀分布。优选地,发光体13为LED灯。
PCB板12放置于凹槽111内并固定,从而使各发光体13在凹槽111内均匀分布。优选地,凹槽111内填充导光胶体使PCB板12固定在凹槽111内;可以通过导光胶体使发光体13发出的光线沿导光胶体均匀照射出,从而使发光组件1均匀地发光。
使用时,将外接导线14与电源电性连接,使各发光体13发光,灯环支架11在各发光体13的照射下均匀发光,并且具备较高亮度。
优选地,PCB板12为可弯曲式的PCB板。PCB板12放置进凹槽111时,可弯曲式的PCB板12弯曲所形成的环形的直径可以调整,便于将PCB板12放置进凹槽111内,从而使发光组件1的组装比较方便。
发光组件1装配于中框3上,中框3、发光组件1以及外壳2由内向外依次设置,灯环支架11从中框3与外壳2之间向上露出,灯环支架11为透明材质制成,中框3以及外壳2均为不透明材质制成。当发光组件1被点亮发光时,发光组件1的发出的光被外壳2以及中框3阻挡、向灯环支架11的顶部聚集,从而形成灯环支架11顶部发光均匀的发光环,还可以起到照明的作用。
本实用新型的一种带有发光组件的***还包括顶盖4,中框3的顶端低于外壳2的顶端,从而使中框3与外壳2装配后形成槽;顶盖4放置于中框3与外壳2装配后所形成的槽中。顶盖4可以起到密封的作用。
进一步地,顶盖4的周圈(即从中框3与外壳2之间向上露出的部分在顶盖4上投影形成的区域)为透明或半透明透光材质。当发光组件1亮起时,灯环支架11顶部的灯光可照射于顶盖4上,使得顶盖4也形成一圈可视的光环,灯光均匀漂亮,还可以起到照明的作用。
需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗指所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、为特定的方位构造和操作,因而不能理解为对本发明保护内容的限制。

Claims (10)

1.一种带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:包括发光组件(1)、外壳(2)、中框(3)和顶盖(4),所述发光组件(1)包括灯环支架(11),以及安装在灯环支架(11)上的发光部件,发光组件(1)装配于中框(3)上,中框(3)、发光组件(1)以及外壳(2)由内向外依次设置,所述顶盖(4)设置在中框(3)和/或外壳(2)的上部,且灯环支架(11)与顶盖(4)位置相邻或相抵。
2.如权利要求1所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述灯环支架(11)从中框(3)与外壳(2)之间向上露出,灯环支架(11)为透明材质制成。
3.如权利要求1所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述中框(3)和外壳(2)均为不透明材质制成。
4.如权利要求1所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述顶盖(4)的周圈为透明或半透明的透光材质制成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:还包括顶盖(4),所述中框(3)的顶端低于所述外壳(2)的顶端,从而使中框(3)与外壳(2)装配后形成槽,顶盖(4)放置于中框(3)与外壳(2)装配后所形成的槽中。
6.如权利要求5所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述灯环支架(11)整体呈环形且设置有凹槽(111),所述发光部件为PCB板(12),PCB板(12)上设置有与PCB板(12)电性连接的外接导线(14)、以及至少两个发光体(13),PCB板(12)放置于凹槽(111)内并固定。
7.如权利要求6所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:各所述发光体(13)沿所述PCB板(12)均匀分布。
8.如权利要求6所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述发光体(13)为LED灯。
9.如权利要求7所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述凹槽(111)内填充导光胶体使所述PCB板(12)固定在所述凹槽(111)内。
10.如权利要求7所述带有发光组件的***,其特征在于:所述PCB板(12)为可弯曲式的PCB板。
