背景技术
MWT背接触光伏组件的加工过程中,通过复合将铜(铝)箔复合在背板,通过印刷导电胶会导致溢胶的现象,印刷过程中,电极点处高低不平产生溢胶的现象,致使成品组件易出现各类不良。因此,要提供一种适用于防印刷溢胶的工装。

实用新型目的:针对现有技术的印刷过程中存在导电胶溢胶的现象,本实用新型提供一种MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装,克服电极电点处高低不平产生溢胶的现象和成品组件易出现各类不良的问题。
技术方案:一种MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装,包括用于粘在导电芯板上的美纹胶带,所述美纹胶带上贴有背板冲孔预留下的小圆片,小圆片与导电芯板的电极点完全重合。
MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装的制作过程为:
1.将复合好的导电芯板平方在工作台上。
2.将背板冲孔预留下的小圆片通过平铺的方式将小圆片摆放在美纹胶带上。
3.将贴好小圆片的美纹胶带对应导电芯板电极点处逐一贴合,使贴好美纹胶带的小圆片能与导电芯板电极点处完全重合。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型所提供的MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装,制作简单、实用、不耗材耗能,大大减少了组件印刷时溢出的导电胶,避免了在印刷过程中溢出的导电胶,提升了成品组件的质量和效率。

如图1所示,MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装,包括用于粘在导电芯板上的美纹胶带1,美纹胶带1上贴有背板冲孔预留下的小圆2片,小圆片2与导电芯板的电极点完全重合。
MWT背接触光伏组件防溢胶工装的制作过程为:
1.将复合好的导电芯板平方在工作台上。
2.将背板冲孔预留下的小圆片2通过平铺的方式将小圆片2摆放在美纹胶带1上。
3.将贴好小圆片2的美纹胶带1对应导电芯板电极点处逐一贴合,使贴好美纹胶带1的小圆片2能与导电芯板电极点处完全重合。
