Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种包装用泡沫垫板，其包括泡沫垫板本体，所述泡沫垫板本体的正面轮廓与产品的端部轮廓适配，所述泡沫垫板本体的背面的孔洞处覆设有一层支撑层，所述支撑层上覆设有一层塑料膜，所述支撑层、所述塑料膜与所述泡沫板的底部端面紧密贴合。本实用新型的包装用泡沫垫板具有较好的防潮、防水、耐磨、耐热、耐寒、耐油和良好的耐化学药品性能，其抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般包装材料要高的多，更优于纸板的性能，且尺寸稳定，能够提高包装效率，并能反复使用，且能增强泡沫垫板底部孔洞处的支撑强度，有效解决孔洞位置塑料膜容易破损的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装技术领域，特别是涉及一种包装用泡沫垫板。
背景技术
家电产品在包装时一般均需在产品的底部和上部设置一个泡沫板，以起到防震、支撑的作用，确保产品在运输过程中安全。而泡沫板由于材质较软，容易破损，一般包装时均采用泡沫加纸板组合的形式进行包装，也即在泡沫板的底部铺设一层纸板以防止泡沫板破损。由于纸板的防潮、防水、耐磨性等性能较差，很难对泡沫板和产品起到较好的保护作用，一旦遇到潮湿、渗水的情况，纸板会立即损坏，因此有必要研发一种新型的包装垫板。且为了减少泡沫板的自身重量并节省材料，在泡沫板的底部一般均会设置若干个孔洞，在孔洞位置更容易破损。
实用新型内容
为此，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有家电产品在包装时包装材料存在的上述不足，进而提供一种防潮性能好、耐磨性能高，且包装稳定性好的包装用泡沫垫板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种包装用泡沫垫板，其包括泡沫垫板本体，所述泡沫垫板本体的正面轮廓与产品的端部轮廓适配，所述泡沫垫板本体的背面的孔洞处覆设有一层支撑层，所述支撑层上覆设有一层塑料膜，所述支撑层、所述塑料膜与所述泡沫板的底部端面紧密贴合。
优选的，所述支撑层为支撑网或牛皮纸或纺织布或薄板。
优选的，所述支撑网为纤维网或钢丝网。
优选的，所述支撑层胶接或烫压到所述泡沫垫板本体的背面上。
优选的，所述塑料膜的水平投影尺寸大于所述泡沫垫板本体的水平投影尺寸，所述塑料膜与所述泡沫垫板本体背面的中心正对贴合，所述塑料膜宽于所述泡沫垫板本体背面的部分形成折边，所述折边向所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面弯折并与所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面紧密贴合。
优选的，所述塑料膜与所述支撑层通过胶接连接或烫压贴合。
优选的，所述塑料膜为PET膜或OPP膜或PS膜。
优选的，所述塑料膜向所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面弯折贴合部分的宽度大于等于5毫米。
优选的，所述塑料膜的位于所述泡沫垫板本体的水平投影外的四个角处设置有缺口。
优选的，所述塑料膜为喷塑成型或滚胶成型。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型的包装用泡沫垫板具有较好的防潮、防水、耐磨、耐热、耐寒、耐油和良好的耐化学药品性能，其抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般包装材料要高的多，更优于纸板的性能，且尺寸稳定，结构简单，能够提高包装效率，并能反复使用，且能增强泡沫垫板底部孔洞处支撑强度，有效解决孔洞位置塑料膜容易破损的问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2，一种包装用泡沫垫板，其包括泡沫垫板本体1，所述泡沫垫板本体1的正面11轮廓与产品的端部轮廓适配，所述泡沫垫板本体1的背面12覆设有一层支撑层3，所述支撑层3上覆设有一层塑料膜2，所述支撑层3、所述塑料膜2与所述泡沫板本体1的底部端面紧密贴合。所述支撑层3为支撑网或牛皮纸或纺织布或薄板等，其只要在泡沫垫板底部将孔洞4覆盖并对塑料膜起到支撑作用即可，支撑层3可以仅仅将孔洞4覆盖，支撑层3的长宽尺寸大于孔洞4的尺寸，此时覆盖形式可以节省支撑层的用料，进而节省成本；支撑层3也可以将整个泡沫垫板的底部覆盖，这种全覆盖的方式便于铺设支撑层，同时其支撑强度更好、更稳定。本实施例的所述支撑层优选支撑网，支撑网的材质可为纤维网或钢丝网等。所述支撑层3可采用胶接或烫压的方式帖附到所述泡沫垫板本体的背面上。通过设置支撑层，能够有效提高塑料膜在孔洞位置的覆盖强度，防止使用过程中塑料膜在孔洞位置下陷破损，进而提高了本包装用泡沫垫板的使用寿命和包装可靠性。
参见图2-5所述塑料膜2与所述泡沫板的背面12通过胶接连接或烫压贴合的方式紧密贴合。所述塑料膜2的水平投影尺寸大于所述泡沫垫板本体1的水平投影尺寸，所述塑料膜2与所述泡沫垫板本体1背面的中心正对贴合，所述塑料膜2宽于所述泡沫垫板本体1背面的部分形成折边21，所述折边21向所述泡沫垫板本体1的侧面13弯折并与所述泡沫垫板本体1的侧面紧密贴合，塑料膜2与泡沫板本体1的具体贴合顺序为图3至图4至图5至图2。所述塑料膜2为PET膜(耐高温聚酯薄膜)或OPP膜(OPP保护膜是以OPP(双向拉伸聚丙烯)为基材，单面涂布亚克力胶水并贴合离型膜而成(单层的不贴合离型膜)的塑料薄膜)或PS膜(聚苯乙烯膜)，当然也可以采用其他具有类似性能的塑料膜。为克服传统包装纸板的防潮、防水以及耐磨性能较差的问题，本实用新型的包装用泡沫垫板采用PET膜或OPP膜或PS膜与泡沫垫板进行贴合，塑料膜的材料厚度在0.05mm-0.25mm之间，采用胶合和烫压等工艺来实现PET膜或OPP膜或PS膜与包装泡沫进行复合，因为PET膜、OPP膜、PS膜的机械性能良好，其韧性是塑料中最好的，抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般包装材料要高的多，更优于纸板的性能，且尺寸稳定，具有良好的耐热、耐寒、耐油和良好的耐化学药品性能，更加适用于对产品进行保护。另外，由于本实用新型的塑料膜与泡沫垫板本体通过胶合或烫压后形成一体结构，在支撑层的支撑作用下便于搬运，并能有效防止泡沫垫板在移动过程中的损坏，相比传统纸板与泡沫板分离式的包装设计，本实用新型的包装用泡沫垫板能够大大提高包装效率，并降低了包装成本，且由于PET膜和OPP膜、PS膜的机械性能较好，能够反复使用。
本实施例中，所述折边21的宽度大于等于5毫米，可将泡沫垫板本体的侧面全部覆盖，设置覆盖至泡沫垫板本体的正面，以进一步提高其防水、防潮性能。当然，基于成本和使用习惯考虑，折边的宽度一般在2-5厘米即可。
参见图6，为了便于塑料膜向泡沫垫板本体的侧面13折边，所述塑料膜2的位于所述泡沫垫板本体的水平投影(图中虚线部分)外的四个角处设置有缺口22，所述缺口22的具体结构形式不限，只要便于进行折边即可。
在其他实施例中，所述塑料膜2还可以采用喷塑成型或滚胶成型等薄膜成型工艺。

1.一种包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：包括泡沫垫板本体，所述泡沫垫板本体的正面轮廓与产品的端部轮廓适配，所述泡沫垫板本体的背面的孔洞处覆设有一层支撑层，所述支撑层上覆设有一层塑料膜，所述支撑层、所述塑料膜与所述泡沫垫板的底部端面紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述支撑层为支撑网或牛皮纸或纺织布或薄板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述支撑网为纤维网或钢丝网。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述支撑层胶接或烫压到所述泡沫垫板本体的背面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜的水平投影尺寸大于所述泡沫垫板本体的水平投影尺寸，所述塑料膜与所述泡沫垫板本体背面的中心正对贴合，所述塑料膜宽于所述泡沫垫板本体背面的部分形成折边，所述折边向所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面弯折并与所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面紧密贴合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜与所述支撑层通过胶接连接或烫压贴合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜为PET膜或OPP膜或PS膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜向所述泡沫垫板本体的侧面弯折贴合部分的宽度大于等于5毫米。
9.根据权利要求8所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜的位于所述泡沫垫板本体的水平投影外的四个角处设置有缺口。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包装用泡沫垫板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜为喷塑成型或滚胶成型。
