本实用新型涉及LED灯具领域,目的在于提供一种LED面板灯,所述LED面板灯,包括LED光源和导光板,所述LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁设置,所述导光板的顶面为反光面,所述导光板的底面为出光面,所述出光面上设有向下凸起的导光条,所述导光条由第一侧面、第二侧面和第三侧面围合而成,所述第三侧面的两端分别与第一侧面和第二侧面相连,所述导光条向出光面一侧弯曲偏转。本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过对导光条的结构进行设计,使得LED光源经由导光条后,实现角度控制;将焦点照明与泛光照明结合,实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求。

一种LED面板灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯具领域,特别涉及一种LED面板灯。
背景技术
一般已知导光板,大多为搭配发光二极管的侧向式导光板架构,其出光角度皆为固定且由导光板上的微结构所控制。目前导光板应用在灯具上多数为平面导光板,在应用于天花板上的灯时,例如面板灯,就会导致墙面及角落形成暗区,所以一些空间(例如办公空间/商场/教室/图书馆等等)就需要多安装筒射灯等其他灯型的灯来补足这部分暗区的亮度,然而这却导致天花板区域的灯排布凌乱不一致,不能保持统一的灯型照明,在整洁及美观程度上大打折扣。
因此,亟需提供一种可实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求的LED面板灯。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服了上述缺陷,提供一种出光效率高,一灯多角度发光的LED面板灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种LED面板灯,包括LED光源和导光板,所述LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁设置,所述导光板的顶面为反光面,所述导光板的底面为出光面,所述出光面上设有向下凸起的导光条,所述导光条由第一侧面、第二侧面和第三侧面围合而成,所述第三侧面的两端分别与第一侧面和第二侧面相连,所述导光条向出光面一侧弯曲偏转。
进一步的,所述导光板与导光条通过挤塑工艺一体成型。
进一步的,所述导光条为与第一侧壁延伸的方向平行的条形结构。
进一步的,所述第一侧面包括反射段及折射段,所述反射段用于朝向第三侧面反射光线并使光线经第三侧面射出,所述折射段用于朝外部折射光线,所述折射段设置在反射段与该第三侧面之间。
进一步的,所述反射段与出光面形成的锐角夹角大于折射段与出光面形成的锐角夹角。
进一步的,所述LED光源平行于导光板的一侧壁设置成条状排布。
进一步的,所述导光板的反光面上设有激光打点。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁安装,LED光源发出的光经由导光条后从出光面导出;导光条的结构可根据需要进行改变,进而可控制光线离开导光板的出光角度,使得导光板在应用于灯具上时可以实现角度控制,将焦点照明与泛光照明结合,实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求;根据需要排布LED面板灯,摒弃天花板上凌乱不一的灯型出现,提升环境的整洁及美观度;同时最大限度的利用导光板这块导光材料,实现可控角度导光材料的更大价值。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本实用新型最关键的构思在于:通过对导光条的结构进行设计,使得LED光源经由导光条后,实现角度控制;将焦点照明与泛光照明结合,实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求。
请参阅图1-6所示,本实施例的LED面板灯,包括LED光源2和导光板3,所述LED光源2相对于导光板3的一侧壁设置,所述导光板3的顶面为反光面,所述导光板3的底面为出光面,所述出光面上设有向下凸起的导光条7,所述导光条7由第一侧面9、第二侧面10和第三侧面11围合而成,所述第三侧面11的两端分别与第一侧面9和第二侧面10相连,所述导光条7向出光面一侧弯曲偏转。
本实用新型的工作过程为:在导光板3的出光面上设置导光条7,导光条7根据实际生活场景中的发光需要经过光学设计,形成一定形状的凸起,在导光板3的表面形成相应的纹理,在导光板3纹理所朝的方向一侧壁的相对位置放置LED光源2,LED光源2发出的光从与LED光源2相对的侧壁进入导光板3,经过导光板3上的导光条7形成的光学纹理,形成特定角度的光;在导光板3的反光面上从下到上依次固定有反光纸4、EVA垫5和背板6;最后将铝框1的两端套设在背板6和导光条7上,并通过螺栓固定,形成完整的面板灯结构。
从上述描述可知,本实用新型的有益效果在于:根据照明需求对导光条进行光学纹理设计,设计成一定的结构;LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁安装,LED光源发出的光经由导光条后实现面板灯出光角度的准确控制,将焦点照明与泛光照明的结合,实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求;根据需要排布LED面板灯,摒弃天花板上凌乱不一的灯型出现,提升环境的整洁及美观度;同时最大限度的利用导光板这块导光材料,实现可控角度导光材料的更大价值。
进一步的,所述导光板3与导光条7通过挤塑工艺一体成型。
由上述描述可知,导光板与导光条通过挤塑工艺一体成型,可根据实际照明需要形成各种经过光学设计的纹理,结构简单稳定,且易于加工。
进一步的,所述导光条7为与第一侧壁延伸的方向平行的条形结构。
由上述描述可知,条形结构的导光条具有更好的多角度发光能力,使得出光率效果更好。
进一步的,所述第一侧面9包括反射段92及折射段91,所述反射段92用于朝向第三侧面11反射光线并使光线经第三侧面11射出,所述折射段91用于朝外部折射光线,所述折射段91设置在反射段92与该第三侧面11之间。

综上所述,本实用新型提供的LED面板灯,导光板与导光条通过挤塑工艺一体成型,根据照明需求在导光板表面形成经过光学设计的纹理的导光条;通过改变导光条上第三侧面与出光面间的夹角可使得光线的角度发生改变;也可改变导光条在导光板上的设置位置的,使得从出光面上导出的光线符合照明需求;LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁安装,且LED光源成条状排布,因而能够发散更多的能量,使得照明效果更好;光从一侧进入导光板,经过光学纹理,形成特定角度的光,垂直导光板纹理截面的方向,就是光线的大致方向。LED光源发出的光经由导光条后实现面板灯出光角度的准确控制,将焦点照明与泛光照明的结合,实现一灯多角度发光,从而达到最大的照明需求;条形结构的导光条具有更好的多角度发光能力,使得出光率效果更好;通过设置反射段和折射段使得焦点照明与泛光照明的结合效果更好;激光打点能高效地将点光源或线光源转化为各种形状的面光源,照明效果更好。根据需要多角度排布LED面板灯,符合照明需求,摒弃天花板上凌乱不一的灯型出现,提升环境的整洁及美观度;同时最大限度的利用导光板这块导光材料,实现可控角度导光材料的更大价值。

1.一种LED面板灯,其特征在于:包括LED光源和导光板,所述LED光源相对于导光板的一侧壁设置,所述导光板的顶面为反光面,所述导光板的底面为出光面,所述出光面上设有向下凸起的导光条,所述导光条由第一侧面、第二侧面和第三侧面围合而成,所述第三侧面的两端分别与第一侧面和第二侧面相连,所述导光条向出光面一侧弯曲偏转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于:所述导光板与导光条通过挤塑工艺一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于:所述导光条为与第一侧壁延伸的方向平行的条形结构。
