背景技术
钢化玻璃膜是专为保护手机屏幕而设计的高科技保护膜,是目前对手机屏幕具有较强保护作用的高端新产品,能将原有的屏幕面完全覆盖,防止受到外力的损害外,更增加了冲击吸收性,比PET膜的标准高5倍,不会影响屏幕的视频效果,可做到主屏防碎裂,抗划痕和刮伤,其坚韧程度也足以保护手机显示屏免受重压,当手机掉地上,承受的冲击力很大,张力过大屏就碎了,钢化玻璃膜韧性低,当手机传出张力时膜就会承受张力,这样大大减少了主屏承受的张力,目前的钢化玻璃保护膜主要为平面型,主要针对屏幕为平面型的手机。
三星公司创新的曲面屏手机如Galaxy Edge系列,已经推出多款,曲屏设计已经成为引爆智能手机未来发展方向的潮流,申请人之前申请了款专利CN201620686193.5,其结构上,在曲面钢化玻璃片下表面贴合有第一粘胶层,第一粘胶层的下表面贴合有边框基材层,所述边框基材层上表面的四周边缘通过电镀工艺形成一有色边框层,所述边框基材层的下表面设置有抗蓝光层,所述抗蓝光层为两层结构,包括上下层叠设置的OCA光学胶层和抗蓝光PET基材层,OCA光学胶层粘合于边框基材层,所述抗蓝光层下表面设有第二粘胶层,第二粘胶层的尺寸和形状与有色边框层相同,第二粘胶层的中部对应手机的显示区域为中空区域,这种结构在与手机屏幕贴合时,主要是通过第二粘胶层的作用,使整个钢化玻璃保护膜贴合在手机屏幕上,由于第二粘胶层的中部是空的,也就是说产品与手机屏幕贴合的中间区域是中空的,隔空气,透过率不佳,且非全胶全贴合,手指对触摸屏操作起来,触控感不是很好。

一种全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,适配于侧边为弧面的手机屏幕,包括曲面钢化玻璃片,曲面钢化玻璃片的左右两侧边经过热弯工艺成型为与手机屏幕相配的弧面边缘,所述曲面钢化玻璃片朝向手机屏幕的下表面贴合有防爆粘胶层,所述防爆粘胶层包括从上到下依次设置的OCA光学胶层、PET基材层和硅胶层,其中,OCA光学胶层与曲面钢化玻璃片粘贴,硅胶层在使用时与手机屏幕粘贴,所述防爆粘胶层的形状和大小与曲面钢化玻璃片完全相配,在曲面钢化玻璃片的上表面还贴合有第一离型保护膜,在硅胶层的下表面贴合有第二离型保护膜,第一离型保护膜和第二离型保护膜的边缘粘贴有用于方便手撕的第一标签和第二标签。

本实用新型的有益效果在,本实用新型适配于曲面屏手机,贴合在手机上,由于曲面钢化玻璃片两侧边为曲面,可以全面地覆盖手机触摸屏的正面和两侧边,有效地保护了触摸屏;同时曲面钢化玻璃膜通过全硅胶与手机屏幕贴合,气密性良好,贴合吸附效果佳,手指操作起来,触控感更好,优选的,选用一个与曲面钢化玻璃膜配套使用的辅助PET膜,在贴膜时,首先将辅助PET膜贴合在手机屏幕上,再将曲面钢化玻璃膜贴合在辅助PET膜上,避免了手机屏幕过于光滑时造成的贴膜不牢;另外,由于曲面屏手机的两侧为斜面(弧面),从正面看,两侧容易产生反光,因此在PET基材层两侧边缘对应手机屏幕弧面的位置设置有两个防眩微米涂层长带,这样从正面看不会发反光,显示比较清晰,另外这两个防眩微米涂层长带是通过CVD(化学气相沉积)方法加工到PET基材层上的的派瑞林涂层,比一般的哑面处理或AG喷涂效果更好,颗粒更加细腻,厚度也比较均匀,防眩效果明显,优选的,PET基材层上表面还设置有二氧化钛纳米层、钕镨混合物纳米层和氧化铁纳米层,能够起到较好的防蓝光的作用。

所述PET基材层24两侧边缘对应手机屏幕弧面的位置设置有两个防眩微米涂层长带240,所述防眩微米涂层长带240的厚度优选为10um,所述防眩微米涂层长带240为派瑞林涂层,这种派瑞林涂层(Parylene)是一种高分子材料,中文名为聚对二甲苯,它利用真空气相沉积法进行加工镀膜制得,Parylene活性分子的良好穿透力能在PET基材层24两侧边缘表面(加工时将其它面进行遮掩)形成无针孔,厚度均匀的涂层,形成一种类似哑光的效果,具有防眩的作用,但是由于其比较均匀细腻,其防眩效果明显大于普通的防眩涂层,由于它的作用,人眼正面直视手机时,两侧弧面边缘不会产生反光的效果。
优选的,所述PET基材层24上表面、OCA光学胶层23下表面、两个防眩微米涂层长带240之间从上到下依次覆盖有二氧化钛纳米层、钕镨混合物纳米层和氧化铁纳米层(图中未示出),所述二氧化钛纳米层、钕镨混合物纳米层和氧化铁纳米层的厚度比例为1:1:1,这三种涂层主要起防蓝光的作用,其为现有技术,其原理在此不做赘述。
一种全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜的实施例二,它不仅包括实施例一所述的特征,还包括一个与实施例一可配套选用的辅助PET贴膜(图中未示出),所述辅助PET贴膜与手机屏幕相配,所述辅助PET贴膜在使用时先粘胶到手机屏幕上,然后再将实施例一粘贴在所述辅助PET贴膜上,这种方案主要适用于手机屏幕非常光滑的情况,在这种情况下,直接将实施例一贴到手机屏幕上可能容易脱离,因此需要在手机屏幕上预先贴一个辅助PET贴膜,再将实施例一贴到辅助PET贴膜上,这种结构可以使实施例一与手机屏幕更好的贴合,而不会脱离。
虽然以上描述了本实用新型的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本实用新型的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本实用新型的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,适配于侧边为弧面的手机屏幕,其特征在于,包括曲面钢化玻璃片,曲面钢化玻璃片的左右两侧边经过热弯工艺成型为与手机屏幕相配的弧面边缘,所述曲面钢化玻璃片朝向手机屏幕的下表面贴合有防爆粘胶层,所述防爆粘胶层包括从上到下依次设置的OCA光学胶层、PET基材层和硅胶层,其中,OCA光学胶层与曲面钢化玻璃片粘贴,硅胶层在使用时与手机屏幕粘贴,所述防爆粘胶层的形状和大小与曲面钢化玻璃片完全相配,在曲面钢化玻璃片的上表面还贴合有第一离型保护膜,在硅胶层的下表面贴合有第二离型保护膜,第一离型保护膜和第二离型保护膜的边缘粘贴有用于方便手撕的第一标签和第二标签。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,还包括一个与所述曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜配套使用的辅助PET贴膜,所述辅助PET贴膜与手机屏幕相配,所述辅助PET贴膜在使用时先粘胶到手机屏幕上,所述曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜再粘贴在所述辅助PET贴膜上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,防爆粘胶层的厚度为30um~1mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,第一离型保护膜和第二离型保护膜均为厚度在0.05~1mm的PET薄膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述PET基材层两侧边缘对应手机屏幕弧面的位置设置有两个防眩微米涂层长带,所述防眩微米涂层长带的厚度为1~50um,所述防眩微米涂层长带为派瑞林涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述PET基材层上表面、OCA光学胶层下表面、两个防眩微米涂层长带之间从上到下依次覆盖有二氧化钛纳米层、钕镨混合物纳米层和氧化铁纳米层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的全胶全贴合的曲面屏手机钢化玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛纳米层、钕镨混合物纳米层和氧化铁纳米层的厚度比例为1:1:1。
