现有的极片压片装置，都是采用整体按压，但是在极片的加工和切割过程中，由于有毛刺的存在，按压极片的时候，容易造成毛刺刺穿隔膜，导致电池短路甚至烧坏的现象。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锂电池叠片机的压片装置，结构简单，避免压片与极片的边缘接触，避免按压毛刺。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案是：包括压片本体，所述压片本体前部等距设置有按压体，所述按压体上下两面分别开设有平面，所述平面和压片本体之间开设有凹槽，所述平面上开设有按压块，所述按压块上开设有通气孔，所述压片本体上开设有安装孔。

所述按压体至少为三个。
所述按压块的宽度小于平面的宽度。

所述按压体2上的上下两个按压块5的通气孔6相贯通。
所述按压体2至少为三个。
所述按压块5的宽度小于平面3的宽度。
在使用的时候，通过压片本体1上的安装孔7，将压片本体1固定在叠片机的压紧装置上，使两块压片本体1相互配合，使按压块5和极片8接触，同时，使极片8的边缘位于凹槽4内，防止按压时遇到毛刺等将隔膜刺穿，引起电池短路的现象。
本实施例的一种锂电池叠片机的压片装置，结构简单，避免压片与极片的边缘接触，避免按压毛刺。
