背景技术
现有的极片压片装置,都是采用整体按压,但是在极片的加工和切割过程中,由于有毛刺的存在,按压极片的时候,容易造成毛刺刺穿隔膜,导致电池短路甚至烧坏的现象。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锂电池叠片机的压片装置,结构简单,避免压片与极片的边缘接触,避免按压毛刺。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:包括压片本体,所述压片本体前部等距设置有按压体,所述按压体上下两面分别开设有平面,所述平面和压片本体之间开设有凹槽,所述平面上开设有按压块,所述按压块上开设有通气孔,所述压片本体上开设有安装孔。
所述按压体上的上下两个按压块的通气孔相贯通。
所述按压体至少为三个。
所述按压块的宽度小于平面的宽度。

如图1-3所示一种锂电池叠片机的压片装置,包括压片本体1,所述压片本体1前部等距设置有按压体2,所述按压体2上下两面分别开设有平面3,所述平面3和压片本体1之间开设有凹槽4,所述平面3上开设有按压块5,所述按压块5上开设有通气孔6,所述压片本体1上开设有安装孔7。
所述按压体2上的上下两个按压块5的通气孔6相贯通。
所述按压体2至少为三个。
所述按压块5的宽度小于平面3的宽度。
在使用的时候,通过压片本体1上的安装孔7,将压片本体1固定在叠片机的压紧装置上,使两块压片本体1相互配合,使按压块5和极片8接触,同时,使极片8的边缘位于凹槽4内,防止按压时遇到毛刺等将隔膜刺穿,引起电池短路的现象。
本实施例的一种锂电池叠片机的压片装置,结构简单,避免压片与极片的边缘接触,避免按压毛刺。
