Abstract

本实用新型为一种线缆连接器组件,其包括电连接头、电路板及线缆,所述电连接头固定有导电端子,所述电路板具有相对的第一表面及第二表面,所述电连接头安装在所述电路板的第一表面;所述电路板的第一表面在其一末端处设有三个接地孔,第二表面设有导电垫片;所述线缆包括焊接在所述导电垫片的芯线、包覆芯线的编织层及包覆编织层的外皮以及金属夹,所述金属夹包括夹持在所述编织层的环状部及自所述环状部延伸的接地部,所述接地部具有分别***上述三个接地孔的三个接地脚。相较于现有技术,本实用新型的金属夹具有固持与电路板的三个接地脚,使得其与电路板之间的固持力更加稳定,同时也可以保证本组件在传输高电流时的温升要求。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
本申请人的中国专利申请公开第CN105990726A号揭示了一种插头连接器组件,该插头连接器组件包括印刷电路板及线缆,线缆焊接在电路板。线缆的遮蔽层套接有一个金属件,金属件具有两个焊接在电路板的接脚。但是,仅具有两个接脚的固持效果不好。
鉴于以上问题,有必要提供一种新的线缆连接器组件以改善上述不足之处。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于提供一种线缆连接器组件,其能加强线缆与电路板的固持力,以及改善温升效果。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括电连接头、电路板及线缆,所述电连接头固定有导电端子,所述电路板具有相对的第一表面及第二表面,所述电连接头安装在所述电路板的第一表面;所述电路板的第一表面在其一末端处设有三个接地孔,第二表面设有导电垫片;所述线缆包括焊接在所述导电垫片的芯线、包覆芯线的编织层及包覆编织层的外皮以及金属夹,所述金属夹包括夹持在所述编织层的环状部及自所述环状部延伸的接地部,所述接地部具有分别***上述三个接地孔的三个接地脚。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的金属夹具有固持于电路板的三个接地脚,使得其与电路板之间的固持力更加稳定,同时也可以保证本组件在传输高电流时的温升要求。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型公开了一种线缆连接器组件100,其包括电连接头10、电路板20及线缆30,所述电连接头10固定有导电端子11,所述电路板具有相对的第一表面201及第二表面202,所述电连接头10安装在所述电路板的第一表面201。所述电路板20的第一表面201在其一末端处设有三个接地孔21,三个接地孔呈门字型排列,第二表面202设有导电垫片22。所述线缆30包括焊接在所述导电垫片22的芯线32、包覆芯线的编织层33及包覆编织层的外皮34以及金属夹31。所述金属夹31包括夹持在所述编织层33的环状部311及自所述环状部延伸的接地部312,所述接地部312具有分别***上述三个接地孔21的三个接地脚331、332、333。所述接地部312包括自环形部31向电路板20延伸的弹性臂341、自弹性臂前缘横向延伸的连接部342,所述连接部的横向两个末端垂直弯折出第一接地脚331、第二接地脚332,所述连接部342的前缘垂直弯折出第三接地脚333,第三接地件333与第一、第二接地脚呈相互垂直关系。本实用新型的接地部具有三个接地脚,使得其与电路板之间的固持力更加稳定,同时也可以保证本组件在传输高电流时的温升要求。
下面大致介绍插头连接器组件100的其他零组件。
所述插头连接器组件100还包括一绝缘外壳40,所述电路板20以及线缆30的一端均收容在绝缘外壳40内,所述电连接头10则穿过绝缘外壳40而裸露于外。所述电路板具有垫片22,导电端子通过表面焊接技术焊接在电路板的垫片。绝缘外壳的一端设有供线缆穿过的线缆通孔41,其尺寸小于电路板20对应的尺寸,但与线缆的尺寸相同。
所述电连接头20为舌板状,其垂直地安装在所述电路板20,所述导电端子分别裸露在舌板的相对两面且所述导电端子10位于舌板每一面的两端而在其中间呈凹陷状。
所述电路板20的第一表面201还安装有两个磁性组件4,磁性组件分别位于电连接头10的两端。
所述电路板的第二表面还安装有一对LED灯61、传输LED灯发出光的导光件62及覆盖LED灯及导光件的罩体63,所述导光件及罩体均位于绝缘外壳内。绝缘外壳在相对线缆的另一端安装有前塞70。

Claims (8)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括电连接头、电路板及线缆,所述电连接头固定有导电端子,所述电路板具有相对的第一表面及第二表面,所述电连接头安装在所述电路板的第一表面;其特征在于:所述电路板的第一表面在其一末端处设有三个接地孔,第二表面设有导电垫片;所述线缆包括焊接在所述导电垫片的芯线、包覆芯线的编织层及包覆编织层的外皮以及金属夹,所述金属夹包括夹持在所述编织层的环状部及自所述环状部延伸的接地部,所述接地部具有分别***上述三个接地孔的三个接地脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接地部包括自环形部向所述电路板延伸的弹性臂、自弹性臂前缘横向延伸的连接部,所述连接部的横向两个末端垂直弯折出第一、第二接地脚,所述连接部的前缘垂直弯折出第三接地脚,第三接地脚与第一、第二接地脚呈相互垂直关系。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括一绝缘外壳,所述电路板以及线缆的一端均收容在绝缘外壳内,所述电连接头则穿过绝缘外壳而裸露于外。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘外壳的一端设有供线缆通过的线缆通孔,其尺寸小于所述电路板的对应尺寸,但与所述线缆的尺寸相同。
5.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接头为舌板状,其垂直地安装在所述电路板,所述导电端子分别裸露在舌板的相对两面且所述导电端子位于舌板每一面的两端而在其中间呈凹陷状。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电路板具有垫片,所述导电端子通过表面焊接技术焊接在电路板的垫片。
7.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电路板的第一表面还安装有两个磁性组件,所述磁性组件分别位于所述电连接头的两端。
8.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电路板的第二表面还安装有一对LED灯、传输LED灯发出光的导光件及覆盖LED灯及导光件的罩体,所述导光件及罩体均位于绝缘外壳内。
