本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水***与循环管组合体,属太阳能设备技术领域。
背景技术:
传统的太阳能热水***,一般包括支撑架、联箱、集热管、管托,联箱之间及联箱与循环管道之间胶管、管长及联箱上下两端外相连通的循环管道,循环管道上设有排气管或排气阀。由于传统联箱加工工艺局限,联箱只能生产20-30支管,联箱两端必须焊接管头相连接,联箱之间的活节及转管容易漏水,且造成水流阻力加大,占用有效的采光面积单位能效比降低,增加支架、管道、管件用料,增加材料成本加大了施工难度,因此很有必要对现有的太阳能热水***进行改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服传统太阳能热水***的不足,提供一种结构更合理、安装方便、减少热损,减少水介质阻力,减少材料用料,减少太阳能热水***占用面积,提高单位能效比的太阳能热水***与循环管组合体。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种太阳能热水***与循环管组合体,包括支撑架及设置在支撑架上面的联箱、真空集热管、管托、排气管或排气阀、进水管和出水管。管托包括双面管托和单面管托,管托和联箱交错固定在支撑架上面,在相邻的联箱和管托之间设有若干个真空集热管,在相邻的两个联箱之间的管托为双面管托,能同时托起左右两侧的真空集热管,两外侧为单面管托,各托起一侧的真空集热管。在联箱上下两端的左右面上均留有管道插口,进水管***相邻联箱下端的管道插口内、出水管***相邻联箱上端的管道插口内。进水管与出水管大小一致,结构相同,分别延长连接至***水箱,形成循环管道***。
所述进水管与出水管由内管、外管和伸缩管组成,内管为金属管直通管,内管的外表面设有选择性吸热膜层,能够吸收热量,外管为高硼硅玻璃,在外管两端设有伸缩管,在内管与外管之间设有真空层,能减少损失,达到保温效果。

如图2所示: 一种太阳能热水***与循环管组合体,包括支撑架(1) 及设置在支撑架(1)上面的联箱(2)、真空集热管(3)、管托(4)(5)、排气管或排气阀(6)、进水管(9)和出水管(7)。管托包括双面管托(5)和单面管托(4),管托(4)(5)和联箱(2)交错固定在支撑架(1)上面,在相邻的联箱(2)和管托(4)(5)之间设有若干个真空集热管(3),在相邻的两个联箱(2)之间的管托为双面管托(5),能同时托起左右两侧的真空集热管(3),两外侧为单面管托(4),各托起一侧的真空集热管(3)。在联箱(2)上下两端的左右面上均留有管道插口,进水管(9)***相邻联箱(2)下端的管道插口内,出水管(7)***相邻联箱(2)上端的管道插口内。进水管(9)与出水管(7)大小一致,结构相同,分别延长连接至***水箱,形成循环管道***。
如图3所示,所述进水管(9)由内管(91)、外管(92)、伸缩管(93)组成,内管(91)为金属管直通管,在内管(91)的外表面上设有选择性吸热膜层,能够吸收热量,外管(92)为高硼硅玻璃,两头设有伸缩管(93),在内管(91)与外管(92)之间设有真空层,能减少热损失,达到保温效果。

1.一种太阳能热水***与循环管组合体,包括支撑架及设置在支撑架上面的联箱、真空集热管、管托、排气管或排气阀、进水管和出水管,其特征在于:所述管托包括双面管托和单面管托,管托和联箱交错固定在支撑架上面,在相邻的联箱和管托之间设有若干个真空集热管,在相邻的两个联箱之间的管托为双面管托,能同时托起左右两侧的真空集热管,两外侧为单面管托,各托起一侧的真空集热管;在联箱上下两端的左右面上均留有管道插口,进水管***相邻联箱下端的管道插口内、出水管***相邻联箱上端的管道插口内;进水管与出水管大小一致,结构相同,分别延长连接至***水箱,形成循环管道***。
