背景技术
软包锂离子电池加保护板的常见加工方式是加锡焊接及单双针点焊两种方式,加锡焊接方式效率较低,成本较高,且在加工过程容易出现连锡短路的现象,单双针点焊,作业效率高,成本较低,不容易在加工过程中出现短路现象,但此种加工方式对保护板、电芯极耳的中心距要求较高,不得不改成加锡焊接的加工方式。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术性问题是提供一种软硬板相结合的软锂离子电池,可用单双针方式进行加板,作业效率高,并且此种电池对电芯极耳的中心距要求不高,降低了电芯制作难度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种软硬板相结合的软包锂离子电池,其包括:电芯及保护板,所述的电芯为长方形,电芯的头部焊接有保护板,所述的保护板焊接于电芯头部,所述的保护板呈T形状,保护板由软板与硬板组成,硬板上只贴有两个极耳焊盘,焊盘与焊盘之间相隔2mm-3mm,软板上有保护电路。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:保护板分成软板与硬板,硬板上只有焊盘,加大了焊盘的面积,保证了硬板的平整性,更方便单双针点焊,提高作业效率。

如图1、2及3所示,电芯1及保护板2,所述的电芯1为长方形,电芯1的头部焊接有保护板2,所述的保护板2焊接于电芯1头部,所述的保护板2呈T形状,保护板由软板21与硬板22组成,硬板22上只贴有两个极耳焊盘,软板21上有保护电路。
