Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种扬声器,其包括具收容空间的外壳、设置在所述外壳内的挡墙,所述挡墙围成一端具有开口的用于收容吸声材料的容纳腔,所述开口上盖设有滤声网,还包括对应安装在所述滤声网外周的支撑环,所述滤声网夹设在所述支撑环与所述挡墙之间,或者所述支撑环夹设在所述滤声网与所述挡墙之间。本实用新型提供的扬声器通过支撑环间接封装滤声网,避免了由于壳体熔点过高无法直接热熔封装滤声网的问题,减少了对滤声网的污染和损坏,保证了扬声器的声学性能。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及声电转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
【背景技术】
现有的扬声器中通常通过设置吸音腔来滤掉杂音提高声音性能。相关技术的扬声器包括壳体、设于所述壳体上用于收容吸音材料的容纳腔和滤声网,所述容纳腔设有开口,所述滤声网封装固定于开口周缘的侧壁上并覆盖整个开口。通常所述滤声网与侧壁的封装固定,采用局部加热,使侧壁顶部熔融,冷却后使所述滤声网与侧壁紧密结为一体。但是,采用这种热熔封装固定方式主要存在以下缺点:1、热熔封装固定的前提条件为:滤声网熔点>热压温度>壳体熔点,若壳体的熔点过高,则无法实现热熔封装滤声网;2、热熔封装过程中易对滤声网造成不可逆损害,如污染、压碎等,从而影响发声单体的发声性能。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器,其用于解决现有扬声器热熔封装滤声网时由于部分壳体熔点过高无法安装或者损坏滤声网的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器,其包括具收容空间的外壳、自所述外壳内表面延伸出的挡墙,所述挡墙围成一端具有开口的用于收容吸声材料的容纳腔,所述开口上盖设有滤声网,还包括对应安装在所述滤声网外周的支撑环,所述滤声网夹设在所述支撑环与所述挡墙之间,或者所述支撑环夹设在所述滤声网与所述挡墙之间。
优选地,所述挡墙端面凹陷形成有台阶部,所述滤声网及所述支撑环安装在所述台阶部上,所述滤声网的周缘夹设于所述台阶部与所述支撑环之间,所述挡墙端面设有热熔柱,所述支撑环通过所述热熔柱受热熔化固定在所述挡墙上。
优选地,所述支撑环与所述滤声网之间胶粘固定,所述支撑环为金属环或塑料环。
优选地,所述挡墙包括朝向所述容纳腔的内侧面、与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面及连接所述内侧面和所述外侧面的上表面,所述台阶部形成于所述内侧面与所述上表面的连接处。
优选地,所述支撑环远离所述容纳腔底部的表面与所述上表面处于同一水平面。
优选地,所述热熔柱设置在所述上表面上。
优选地,所述支撑环的内径小于所述开口的大小,其外径大于所述开口的大小。
优选地,所述滤声网为无纺布、尼龙编织网、羊毛编织网、金属网或纸张。
优选地,所述挡墙围成的容纳腔呈矩形,所述热熔柱的数量为四个,分别位于所述容纳腔的四个角。
优选地,所述滤声网和所述支撑环均设有避让所述热熔柱的缺口部。
本实用新型提供的扬声器具有以下有益效果:
所述防尘结构包括滤声网和与所述滤声网粘接固定的支撑环,滤声网直接由支撑环固定,通过所述支撑环间接封装所述滤声网于吸声材料容纳腔开口上方,避免了由于壳体熔点过高无法直接热熔封装滤声网的问题;
进一步地,所述滤声网先与所述支撑环粘接固定,再通过热熔柱将所述支撑环与挡墙固定,可以避免直接在所述挡墙上热熔或打胶,减少对滤声网或容纳腔内填充的吸声材料的污染和损坏,保护整体吸声结构的性能不被破坏,从而保证扬声器的声学性能;
此外,所述挡墙末端还设有台阶部,所述滤声网和所述支撑环周缘夹设于所述台阶部上并与其抵接,只需局部烫点压住所述支撑环,即可形成有效密封,加工便利。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参考图1,其中图1为本实用新型的扬声器的一较佳实施例的立体分解示意图,图2为图1所示扬声器的剖视图。本实用新型提供一种扬声器100,其包括具收容空间的外壳1、设置于所述收容空间内并与所述外壳1一体成型的挡墙2和隔离结构3。所述挡墙2围成一端呈开口的用于收容吸音材料的容纳腔20,在容纳腔20内填充吸音材料,例如吸音棉,吸音颗粒等。所述隔离结构3覆盖整个所述开口。
隔离结构3包括滤声网31和支撑环32,支撑环32对应安装在滤声网31外周,在本实施例中支撑环32压置于滤声网31外缘,即,滤声网31夹设在支撑环32与挡墙2之间。滤声网31与支撑环32粘接固定,挡墙2端面直接与支撑环32的外周固定即可。在其他优选的实施例中,支撑环32也可以夹设在滤声网31与挡墙2之间,支撑环32的上下两端分别与挡墙2及滤声网31固定,避免了滤声网31与挡墙2的直接固定对滤声网31的损坏。如图1所示,挡墙2与外壳1一体成型。应当理解,挡墙2可以单独形成收纳吸音材料的容纳腔,再插置于外壳1内。滤声网31可以是无纺布、尼龙编织网、羊毛编织网、金属网、纸张等。支撑环31可以是金属环、塑料环等。
如图1-2所示,在本实用新型的优选的实施例中,所述挡墙2末端设有多个热熔柱21和台阶部22。具体的,所述挡墙2包括朝向所述容纳腔20的内侧面、与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面及连接所述内侧面和所述外侧面的上表面。所述热熔柱21设于所述上表面。所述台阶部22形成于所述内侧面和所述上表面的连接处。在本实施例中,所述挡墙2围成的所述容纳腔20呈矩形,所述热熔柱21的数量为四个,分别位于所述容纳腔20的四个角。
所述隔离结构3包括依次叠设于所述台阶部22上的滤声网31和支撑环32。所述滤声网31周缘夹设于所述台阶部22与所述支撑环32之间且其与所述支撑环32粘接固定。所述支撑环32通过所述热熔柱21受热熔化固定在所述挡墙2上。所述滤声网31和所述支撑环32周缘架设于所述台阶部22上并与其抵接,使得所述防尘结构3与所述挡墙2形成有效的密封结构。所述支撑环32远离所述容纳腔20底部的表面与所述上表面处于同一水平面。优选的,所述支撑环32的内径小于所述开口的大小,其外径大于所述开口的大小。所述滤声网31的大小与所述支撑环32的外径尺寸一致。
进一步的,所述滤声网31和所述支撑环32均设有避让所述热熔柱21的缺口部。在本实施例中,所述滤声网31和所述支撑环32均为矩形,所述缺口部设于所述滤声网31和所述支撑环32的四个角。
更一步的,所述滤声网31与所述支撑环32通过胶水粘合固定。
本实用新型提供的扬声器100具有以下有益效果:
所述防尘结构3包括滤声网31和与所述滤声网31粘接固定的支撑环32,通过所述支撑环32间接封装所述滤声网31,避免了由于壳体熔点过高无法直接热熔封装滤声网的问题;
进一步地,所述滤声网31先与所述支撑环32粘接固定,再通过热熔柱21将所述支撑环32与挡墙2固定,可以避免直接在所述挡墙2上热熔或打胶,减少对所述滤声网31的污染和损坏,保护所述滤声网31的性能不被破坏,从而保证扬声器的声学性能;
所述挡墙2末端还设有台阶部22,所述滤声网31和所述支撑环32周缘夹设于所述台阶部22上并与其抵接,只需局部烫点压住所述支撑环32,即可形成有效密封,加工便利。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种扬声器,其包括具收容空间的外壳、设置在所述外壳内的挡墙,所述挡墙围成一端具有开口的用于收容吸声材料的容纳腔,所述开口上盖设有滤声网,其特征在于,还包括对应安装在所述滤声网外周的支撑环,所述滤声网夹设在所述支撑环与所述挡墙之间,或者所述支撑环夹设在所述滤声网与所述挡墙之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述挡墙端面凹陷形成有台阶部,所述滤声网及所述支撑环安装在所述台阶部上,所述滤声网的周缘夹设于所述台阶部与所述支撑环之间,所述挡墙端面设有热熔柱,所述支撑环通过所述热熔柱受热熔化固定在所述挡墙上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑环与所述滤声网之间胶粘固定,所述支撑环为金属环或塑料环。
4.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述挡墙包括朝向所述容纳腔的内侧面、与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面及连接所述内侧面和所述外侧面的上表面,所述台阶部形成于所述内侧面与所述上表面的连接处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑环远离所述容纳腔底部的表面与所述上表面处于同一水平面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述热熔柱设置在所述上表面上。
7.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑环的内径小于所述开口的大小,其外径大于所述开口的大小。
8.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述滤声网为无纺布、尼龙编织网、羊毛编织网、金属网或纸张。
9.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述挡墙与所述外壳一体成型。
10.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述滤声网和所述支撑环均设有避让所述热熔柱的缺口部。
