In this embodiment, when the air inlet grille 21 is installed, under the guidance of the guide groove 11, the air inlet grille is pushed backward until the abutting portion 321 of the slider 32 abuts against, and the slider 32 moves backward and drags the clasping block 33 to move backward; under the action of the guide block 312, the free ends of the two clasping blocks 33 move towards the direction close to each other, so as to lock the lock head 213 on the ejector rod 212, in the process, the first elastic member 35 and the second elastic member 36 accumulate elastic potential energy, when the air inlet grille 21 reaches the installation position, the hook 341 of the locking member 34 is hooked on the hanging groove 322, at this time, although the first elastic member 35 has the elastic force for resetting the slider 32 from back to front and the second elastic member 36 has the elastic force for opening the clasping block 33, the slider 32 cannot move from back to front due to the limit of the hook 341, and meanwhile, since the lock head 213 of the ejector rod 212 is locked by the clasping block 33, the air inlet grille 21 cannot directly move from back to front. When the air inlet grille 21 needs to be disassembled, on the basis of the previous operation, when the air inlet grille 21 continues to be pushed backwards for a preset distance, the hook 341 of the locking member 34 is separated from the hanging groove 322, the elastic potential energy of the first elastic member 35 is released to drive the sliding block 32 to reset, and meanwhile, the elastic potential energy of the second elastic member 36 is released to open the two clasping blocks 33, and the lock head 213 is released. At this time, a pulling force is applied from the rear to the front, so that the grille 21 is pulled out of the guide groove 11.
In this embodiment, the locking member 34 is used to limit the slider 32 or release the slider 32 in a predetermined direction by engaging and disengaging the hook 341 with and from the engaging groove 322. The hook 341 is not necessarily hooked in this role, as long as it can be restricted or limited. For example, the positioning pin may be used as the hook 341, and in this case, the positioning pin may be driven by electromagnetic driving. The first elastic element 35 and the second elastic element 36 may be elastic members such as elastic sheets and compression springs for providing elastic restoring force when being bent/stretched/compressed. Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to prevent the components provided on the base 31 from being loosened, the latch assembly 3 further includes a cover 37 covering the upper side of the base 31.
Further, the locking member 34 is an elastic deformation member, and the locking member 34 is in an elongated shape; the locking piece 34 is in a free bending state when in a locking position hooked with the hanging groove 322;
the hanging groove 322 is arranged on the top surface of the slide block 32, the top surface of the slide block 32 is also provided with a common groove 323, a going groove 324 and a returning groove 325 which extend along the front and back direction; the front ends of the outbound slot 324 and the return slot 325 are converged to the hanging slot 322, and the rear ends are converged to the front end of the common slot 323; wherein,
the hanging groove 322 and the common groove 323 are positioned in the extending direction of the locking position, and the common groove 323 and the return groove 325 are respectively positioned at the two sides of the extending direction of the locking position, which are deviated from or close to the air inlet grille 21;
the hanging groove 322 comprises a concave arc surface 322a abutting against the hook 341 and a branch surface 322b opposite to the concave arc surface 322a, and the branch surface 322b is used for guiding the hook 341 to the return groove 325; a first step surface 32a is formed at the connection part of the hanging groove 322 and the return groove 325, and the high point of the first step surface 32a is positioned at the bottom surface of the hanging groove 322.
In the present embodiment, when the free end of the locking member 34 deviates from the locking position, the locking member 34 generates an elastic force to return to the locking position.
Taking the latch assembly 3 shown in fig. 14 as an analysis object, and taking the view angle shown in fig. 14 as a standard, when the hook 341 is in the common groove 323, the slider 32 is pushed from front to back, because the forward stroke groove 324 and the backward stroke groove 325 are obliquely intersected to the common groove 323, in order to realize unidirectional circular motion, the hook 341 of the lock 34 is firstly guided to the forward stroke groove 324, and after entering the forward stroke groove 324, the lock 34 has an elastic force that makes the hook 341 swing right, therefore, when the hook 341 moves to and approaches the hook groove 322 relative to the slider 32, the hook 341 automatically slides into the hook groove 322, and the hook 341 slides right into the hook groove 322 and is hooked with the hook groove 322.
On the basis of the previous operation, the sliding block 32 is continuously pushed backwards, the branch surface 322b is abutted to the hook 341, the hook 341 deviates from the locking position leftwards and slides into the return groove 325 from the high point of the first step surface 32a, and under the limiting action of the first step surface 32a, the hook 341 is ensured to only swing rightwards in the process.
When the sliding block 32 is released, the sliding block 32 moves from back to front under the action of the second elastic piece 36, and the hook 341 slides to the common groove 323 along the return groove 325; although the forward groove 324 and the return groove 325 meet at the rear end of the common groove 323, since the forward groove 324 is inclined at a portion adjacent to the common groove 323, the forward groove 324 slides into the common groove 323 under the guiding action of the groove wall surface of the forward groove 324 even if the hook 341 abuts against the groove wall surface of the forward groove 324 in the process of moving the hook 341 backward with respect to the slider 32.
Further, the common groove 323 is smoothly connected with the bottom surface of the going groove 324, a second step surface 32b is formed at the connection part of the going groove 324 and the hanging groove 322, and the high point of the second step surface 32b is located on the bottom surface of the going groove 324; a third step surface 32c is formed at a junction of the return groove 325 and the common groove 323, and a high point of the third step surface 32c is located at a bottom surface of the return groove 325.
In this embodiment, the second step surface 32b can ensure that the hook 341 does not retreat into the going groove 324 after sliding into the hanging groove 322; the third stepped surface 32c functions such that even if the elastic force of the lock member 34 is insufficient or the relative movement of the hook 341 and the slider 32 is too fast, the hook 341 can be guided to the forward-movement groove 324 by the third stepped surface 32c without sliding from the common groove 323 into the return-movement groove 325.
Further, the height of the bottom surface of the trip groove 324 is gradually increased from the back to the front; the height of the bottom surface of the return groove 325 is gradually increased from front to back.
In this embodiment, since the free end of the hook 341 slides against the bottom surfaces of the common groove 323, the going groove 324, the hanging groove 322, and the returning groove 325, the height of the groove bottom gradually changes to ensure smooth sliding, and the height gradually increases in opposite directions to ensure the total height change of the free end to be kept at a minimum, so that the free end of the hook 341 can contact the groove bottom with an average minimum elastic force and be kept in the above-mentioned respective grooves.
Further, a baffle 313 is disposed at the rear end of the sliding slot 311 on the base 31, the first elastic member 35 is a compression spring, and one end of the first elastic member 35 abuts against the baffle 313 and the other end abuts against the slider 32.
In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 35 can utilize the space of the sliding slot 311 by providing the baffle 313, so that the structure of the latch assembly 3 is more compact.
Further, a notch 326 is arranged at the rear corner of the sliding block 32; a positioning column 327 is disposed on a wall surface of the notch 326 in the front-back direction, and an end of the first elastic member 35 abutting against the slider 32 is sleeved on the positioning column 327.
In this embodiment, the positioning pillar 327 is used to ensure the connection between the first elastic element 35 and the slider 32, so as to ensure that the slider 32 can be correctly reset.
Further, the second elastic member 36 is a torsion spring, one end of the second elastic member 36 is fixed to the slider 32, and a main body of the second elastic member 36 is fixed to the clasping block 33.
In this embodiment, since the main movement of the hugging block 33 is rotation, it is more appropriate to select a torsion spring, for example, the main body of the second elastic body can be embedded in the hugging block 33. Preferably, in order to better prevent the locking head 213 of the push rod 212 from being released, the free end of the clasping block 33 is provided with a clamping groove 331 with a shape matched with the peripheral surface of the push rod 212.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the bottom surface of the accommodating groove 12 is provided with a stopper 121 abutting against the front end of the base 31, and a buckle 122 for vertically clamping the base 31.
In this embodiment, the base 31 is detachably connected to the face frame 1, so that the detachable connection of the snap assembly 3 to the face frame 1 is realized. Therefore, the assembly is facilitated, and the disassembly and maintenance in the future are facilitated.
