本实用新型属于封头制造领域，具体涉及一种偏心锥体装置。
背景技术
偏心锥体又称马蹄封头，是由于长得像马蹄而得名，主要使用在换热器、石化公司的催化裂变装置等机械上。传统的偏心锥体都是不进行翻边的，近年来，出于焊接方面的考虑，有些企业要求对偏心锥体进行翻边，而对偏心锥体的放样、下料、焊接、翻边就是制作偏心锥体的几个需要克服的困难。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种偏心锥体装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种偏心锥体装置，包括偏心锥体和三角支撑，所述三角支撑位于偏心锥体下侧，且三角支撑通过机械臂控制推动，所述机械臂固定在一组滚轮上，滚轮沿着轨道做水平位移。
其中，所述三角支撑支撑偏心锥体的一侧边，在该侧边上进行上下位移支撑。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，可以使与偏心锥体及三角支撑一同保持在同一水平面上，偏心锥体在连接时无需悬空或额外制作支撑部件，大大降低了设备的出料难度以及施加在设备上的负载和应力，还能节约成本。

如图1所示的一种偏心锥体装置，包括偏心锥体1和三角支撑2，所述三角支撑2位于偏心锥体1下侧，且三角支撑2通过机械臂3控制推动，所述机械臂3固定在一组滚轮4上，滚轮4沿着轨道5做水平位移，所述三角支撑2支撑偏心锥体1的一侧边，在该侧边上进行上下位移支撑。

1.一种偏心锥体装置，其特征在于，包括偏心锥体（1）和三角支撑（2），所述三角支撑（2）位于偏心锥体（1）下侧，且三角支撑（2）通过机械臂（3）控制推动，所述机械臂（3）固定在一组滚轮（4）上，滚轮（4）沿着轨道（5）做水平位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏心锥体装置，其特征在于，所述三角支撑（2）支撑偏心锥体（1）的一侧边，在该侧边上进行上下位移支撑。
