Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型散热式地埋灯，包括预埋件、散热片、密封条、不锈钢面板、LED光源、透镜和压板，所述的预埋件内设有卡勾，散热片固定安装在预埋件上的卡勾内，LED光源固定安装在散热片上，散热片顶端设有凹槽，压板底部设有内卡勾，压板通过内卡勾固定安装在散热片的外部，密封条固定安装在散热片上的凹槽里，不锈钢面板通过螺钉固定安装在压板上，透镜安装在不锈钢面板的中心孔里且透镜底面卡在密封条上的凹槽里。本实用新型结构简单且成本低，通过将LED光源直接在散热片上且增大散热片的散热面积，提高了地埋灯的散热效果，散热效果好，LED光源通过密封条密封在散热片和透镜内，密封性能好。

技术领域
本实用新型属于灯具的技术领域，具体涉及一种一种新型散热式地埋灯。
背景技术
地埋灯，因其埋在地面供人照明因而得名。地埋灯因为其体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、坚固耐用、安装方便且造型别致优雅等优点被广泛地应用于广场、酒楼、私人别墅、会议室、旅游景点等场所的灯光装饰。
然而现有的地埋灯在安装完毕后，其照射角度和照射光圈都固定不变，且由于地埋灯被埋入地下，散热性能均不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足提供一种可以直接在流态污水中采集一定时间内单位面积流态污水表面的挥发气体，并进行原位检测的检测装置。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：
一种新型散热式地埋灯，其中：包括预埋件、散热片、密封条、不锈钢面板、LED光源、玻璃和压板，所述的预埋件内设有卡勾，所述的散热片固定安装在预埋件上的卡勾内，所述的LED光源固定安装在散热片上，所述的散热片顶端设有凹槽，所述的压板底部设有内卡勾，所述的压板通过内卡勾固定安装在散热片的外部，所述的密封条固定安装在散热片上的凹槽里，所述的不锈钢面板通过螺钉固定安装在压板上，所述的玻璃安装在不锈钢面板的中心孔里且玻璃底面卡在密封条上的凹槽里。
为优化上述技术方案，采取的具体措施还包括：
上述的预埋件采用耐腐蚀材料制作而成。
上述的散热片位于预埋件内。
上述的压板采用“丁”形结构形式。
上述的玻璃与散热片之间通过密封条进行防水。
上述的压板与散热片扣合，其压力通过玻璃传至密封条。
本实用新型结构简单且成本低，通过将LED光源直接在散热片上且增大散热 片的散热面积，提高了地埋灯的散热效果，散热效果好，LED光源通过密封条密封在散热片和玻璃内，密封性能好。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作出进一步说明：
一种新型散热式地埋灯，其中：包括预埋件1、散热片2、密封条3、不锈钢面板4、LED光源5、玻璃6和压板7，所述的预埋件1内设有卡勾，所述的散热片2固定安装在预埋件1上的卡勾内，所述的LED光源5固定安装在散热片2上，所述的散热片2顶端设有凹槽，所述的压板7底部设有内卡勾，所述的压板7通过内卡勾固定安装在散热片2的外部，所述的密封条3固定安装在散热片2上的凹槽里，所述的不锈钢面板4通过螺钉固定安装在压板7上，所述的玻璃6安装在不锈钢面板4的中心孔里且玻璃6底面卡在密封条3上的凹槽里。
实施例中，预埋件1采用耐腐蚀材料制作而成。
实施例中，散热片2位于预埋件1内。
实施例中，压板7采用“丁”形结构形式。
实施例中，玻璃6与散热片2之间通过密封条进行防水。
实施例中，压板7与散热片2扣合，其压力通过玻璃6传至密封条3。

1.一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：包括预埋件(1)、散热片(2)、密封条(3)、不锈钢面板(4)、LED光源(5)、玻璃(6)和压板(7)，所述的预埋件(1)内设有卡勾，所述的散热片(2)固定安装在预埋件(1)上的卡勾内，所述的LED光源(5)固定安装在散热片(2)上，所述的散热片(2)顶端设有凹槽，所述的压板(7)底部设有内卡勾，所述的压板(7)通过内卡勾固定安装在散热片(2)的外部，所述的密封条(3)固定安装在散热片(2)上的凹槽里，所述的不锈钢面板(4)通过螺钉固定安装在压板(7)上，所述的玻璃(6)安装在不锈钢面板(4)的中心孔里且玻璃(6)底面卡在密封条(3)上的凹槽里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：所述的预埋件(1)采用耐腐蚀材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：所述的散热片(2)位于预埋件(1)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：所述的压板(7)采用“丁”形结构形式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：所述的玻璃(6)与散热片(2)之间通过密封条(3)进行防水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型散热式地埋灯，其特征在于：所述的压板(7)与散热片(2)扣合，其压力通过玻璃(6)传至密封条(3)。
