Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，包括帐篷架及屋檐杆，该帐篷架包括立杆及篷顶支架，立杆的顶端安装有固定座，立杆的杆身上安装有可沿立杆滑动的滑动座，篷顶支架包括顶模，一端枢接在顶模上的多根顶篷支撑杆，以及与多根顶篷支撑杆对应连接的多根斜支杆，各斜支杆的一端与顶篷支撑杆枢接，另一端枢接在立杆顶部的固定座上，各固定座的顶部还枢接有一套件，所述屋檐杆的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆上，另一端可活动的穿过所述套件。使该帐篷开收时，顶篷支撑杆动作带动屋檐杆伸缩，从而实现帐篷架与屋檐杆同步收折，使用方便。

一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种帐篷，特别是指一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构。
背景技术
现有折叠帐篷屋檐架机构包括帐篷架和屋檐杆。该帐篷架包括立柱、帐篷杆和斜支杆，该立柱顶端设置有固定座，该立柱滑设有可沿着立柱上下滑动的滑座，该帐篷杆的第一端枢接在固定座上，斜支杆的第一端枢接在滑座上，该斜支杆第二端枢接在帐篷杆上，通过滑座沿立柱上下滑动带动帐篷架展开或收折。该屋檐杆滑动连接固定座或帐篷杆以实现屋檐杆展开或者收折。现有的折叠帐篷屋檐架机构存在以下不足：展开时，需要先展开帐篷架，然后再拉出屋檐杆，屋檐杆的开和收需要手动操作，展开或收折帐篷架均需要两步操作，因此这种结构的折叠帐篷屋檐架机构存在使用不便的缺陷。
有鉴于此，本设计人针对帐篷屋檐架机构结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便，而深入构思，且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可连动帐篷架一步即可完成开收的可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，从而方便使用。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：
一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，包括帐篷架及屋檐杆，该帐篷架包括立杆及篷顶支架，立杆的顶端安装有固定座，立杆的杆身上安装有可沿立杆滑动的滑动座，篷顶支架包括顶模，一端枢接在顶模上的多根顶篷支撑杆，分别连接各顶篷支撑杆与各固定座的多根连杆，以及连接连杆与滑动座的多根斜支杆，各固定座的顶部还设有一套件，所述屋檐杆的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆上，另一端可活动的穿过所述套件。
各固定座的顶部往上凸设有一具有枢接槽的枢接块，所述连杆的一端枢接在该枢接槽上，所述套件可转动的设置在该枢接块的一侧上。
所述固定座的顶部往上凸设所述套件，该套件固定在固定座上，该套件内设有一穿孔，帐篷展开时，该穿孔的内顶部与所述顶篷支撑杆连接顶模的一端形成一直线。
所述套件的一侧间隔设有一枢接块，所述连杆的一端枢接在该套件与枢接块之间。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构主要是通过在固定座上设置供屋檐杆穿过的套件，并将屋檐杆的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆上，使该帐篷开收时，顶篷支撑杆动作带动屋檐杆伸缩，从而实现帐篷架与屋檐杆同步收折，使用方便。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案，下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图1至图5所示，本实用新型揭示了一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构的一较佳实施例，其包括帐篷架10及屋檐杆20，该帐篷架10包括立杆11及篷顶支架12，立杆11的顶端安装有固定座13，立杆11的杆身上安装有可沿立杆11滑动的滑动座14，篷顶支架12包括顶模121，一端枢接在顶模121上的多根顶篷支撑杆122，分别连接各顶篷支撑杆122与各固定座13的多根连杆123，以及连接连杆123与滑动座14的多根斜支杆124，各连杆123的一端与顶篷支撑杆122枢接，另一端枢接在立杆11顶部的固定座13上，各固定座13的顶部往上凸设有一具有枢接槽131的枢接块132，所述连杆123的一端枢接在该枢接槽131上，各斜支杆124的一端枢接在滑动座14上，另一端枢接在连杆123的中部位置，各固定座13的顶部还枢接有一套件15，该套件可转动的设置在该枢接块132的一侧上。所述屋檐杆20的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆122上，另一端可活动的穿过所述套件15。
如图1及图2所示，该帐篷展开时，顶篷支撑杆122撑开，由于屋檐杆20枢接在该顶篷支撑杆122上，因此该顶篷支撑杆撑开的同时会将该屋檐杆往固定座13的方向推出，使屋檐杆20的另一端伸出套件15外，形成帐篷屋檐。而欲收折时，如图3至图5所示，将滑动座14往下滑，带动斜支杆124、连杆123及顶篷支撑杆122往下滑动，该顶篷支撑杆122滑动的同时将屋檐杆20的一端往下拉，使屋檐杆20的另一端从套件15往下并往该帐篷的中心方向收靠，直至所有杆件收靠在一起。
如图6至图8所示，为本实用新型第二实施例，其包括帐篷架10及屋檐杆20，该帐篷架10包括立杆11及篷顶支架12，立杆11的顶端安装有固定座13，立杆11的杆身上安装有可沿立杆11滑动的滑动座14，篷顶支架12包括顶模121，一端枢接在顶模121上的多根顶篷支撑杆122，分别连接各顶篷支撑杆122与各固定座13的多根连杆123，以及连接连杆123与滑动座14的多根斜支杆124，各连杆123的一端与顶篷支撑杆122枢接，另一端枢接在立杆11顶部的固定座13上，各固定座的顶部往上凸设有一套件15，该套件15固定在固定座13上，该套件15内设有一穿孔151，帐篷展开时，该穿孔151的内顶部与所述顶篷支撑杆122连接顶模121的一端形成一直线。套件15的一侧间隔设有一枢接块16，所述连杆123的一端枢接在该套件15与枢接块16之间。
如图6及图7所示，该帐篷展开时，顶篷支撑杆122撑开，由于屋檐杆20枢接在该顶篷支撑杆122上，因此该顶篷支撑杆撑开的同时会将该屋檐杆往固定座13的方向推出，使屋檐杆20的另一端伸出套件15外，形成帐篷屋檐。而欲收折时，如图8所示，将滑动座14往下滑，带动斜支杆124、连杆123及顶篷支撑杆122往下滑动，该顶篷支撑杆122滑动的同时将屋檐杆20的一端往下拉，使屋檐杆20的另一端从套件15往下并往该帐篷的中心方向收靠，直至所有杆件收靠在一起。
本实用新型可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构主要是通过在固定座13上设置供屋檐杆20穿过的套件15，并将屋檐杆20的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆122上，使该帐篷开收时，顶篷支撑杆动作带动屋檐杆伸缩，从而实现帐篷架10与屋檐杆20同步收折，使用方便。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本实用新型的产品形态和式样，任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰，皆应视为不脱离本实用新型的专利范畴。

Claims (4)

1.一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，包括帐篷架及屋檐杆，该帐篷架包括立杆及篷顶支架，立杆的顶端安装有固定座，立杆的杆身上安装有可沿立杆滑动的滑动座，篷顶支架包括顶模，一端枢接在顶模上的多根顶篷支撑杆，分别连接各顶篷支撑杆与各固定座的多根连杆，以及连接连杆与滑动座的多根斜支杆，其特征在于：各固定座的顶部还设有一套件，所述屋檐杆的一端枢接在顶篷支撑杆上，另一端可活动的穿过所述套件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，其特征在于：各固定座的顶部往上凸设有一具有枢接槽的枢接块，所述连杆的一端枢接在该枢接槽上，所述套件可转动的设置在该枢接块的一侧上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，其特征在于：所述固定座的顶部往上凸设所述套件，该套件固定在固定座上，该套件内设有一穿孔，帐篷展开时，该穿孔的内顶部与所述顶篷支撑杆连接顶模的一端形成一直线。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种可连动收折的帐篷屋檐结构，其特征在于：所述套件的一侧间隔设有一枢接块，所述连杆的一端枢接在该套件与枢接块之间。
