现有潜水泵在水下工作,其连接电缆会吸入水气进入电缆导体,导致产生短路,潜水泵不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,使潜水泵连接电缆的导体密实封闭,杜绝水气进入潜水泵,防止产生电器短路的潜水泵电缆防水结构。

一种潜水泵电缆防水结构,包括电缆铜芯导体,其特征是:在每股铜芯导体表面设有搪锡层,搪锡层外设置压注成型的绝缘橡皮层,在多股铜芯导体的绝缘橡皮层外套装压注成型的护套橡皮层。
在护套橡皮层外表面设置隔离防水圈。
本实用新型结构合理,具有潜水泵用电缆防水气功能,解决了潜水泵因电缆浸入的水气而导致电器短路的故障。

一种潜水泵电缆防水结构,包括电缆铜芯导体1,在每股铜芯导体表面设有搪锡层2,搪锡层外设置压注成型的绝缘橡皮层3,在多股铜芯导体的绝缘橡皮层外套装压注成型的护套橡皮层4。在护套橡皮层外表面设置隔离防水圈5。
制作时,将潜水泵防水电缆的(三芯或四芯)绝缘线橡皮剥掉,在铜丝导体内注入锡膏,再将单股导体芯线搪锡定型。再在单股导体外部压制绝缘橡皮,同时在绝缘线芯(三股或四股)外部压制护套橡皮定型,包括隔离防水圈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的潜水泵电缆防水结构,其特征是:在护套橡皮层外表面设置隔离防水圈。
