Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型风力发电装置,它属于竖直轴发电装置,由沿竖直轴旋转的叶轮及数个聚风片1组成,具有可聚风发电、在任何风向和风速下均可起动的特点,且结构简单、制造、安装工艺要求低、风能利用率高。

本实用新型涉及一种新型风力发电装置。
现在普遍应用的风力机可分为两种类型:一种是绕水平轴旋转的翼式风力机,另一种是绕竖直轴旋转的风力机,这一种主要有偏导器式风力机,我国古代的风车,戴瑞斯式风力机等。带有螺旋浆的翼式风力机(水平轴)广泛地被用作中、小型风力机,很经济实用。而对大型风力机而言,对材料特别是叶片材料及施工技术的要求都相当高,使成本大大提高,且由于体积大、跟踪方向灵活性降低,可运行风速受限制,因而限制了它的普及。现在世界各国都在寻求竖直轴风力机来代替沿水平轴旋转的翼式风力机作大型风机。戴瑞斯式风机就是人们寻求的大型风力机中较好的一种,它结构简单,风能利用率高,但运行风速范围窄,不能自行起动,使得应用范围受到了限制。
风经过较窄的地方时风速要变大,偏导器式风力机就是根据这个原理制成的,它有一个喇叭筒式的聚风装置,来提高风速,使风能利用率大大提高。但它结构复杂,且只能利用一个方向的风。我国传统的风车可自行起动,可在各种风速下运行,但它的效率较低,现已基本淘汰。
本实用新型的目的是在综合现有技术的基础上提出一种新型风力发电装置,具有可聚风发电,在任何风速下均可起动的特点,且结构简单、风能利用率高。
下面参照附图,说明一下本实用新型的目的是如何实现的。

图中,1是聚风片,2是叶片,3是叶片轴,4是叶轮。
参照附图,本实用新型由由竖直的叶片轴3,连在叶片轴3上的数个叶片2组成的叶轮及均匀地排列在叶轮之外的数个聚风片1组成,聚风片1为相互之间呈等夹角但不相接的矩形平板,各聚风片1的平面距叶片轴3等距,它们的内竖边棱离叶片轴3等距,叶片2呈园弧状,其弧背对向由两聚风片1形成的进风口。
本实用新型使用非常简单,只需把叶片轴3连在发电机轴上即可使用。当有风时,不论从各个方向来的风,均可进入聚风片1之间的空间1进行加速,然后高速吹到叶片2上,推动叶轮4旋转,进进行发电。
本实用新型有着明显的优点,本聚合式风力机属绕竖直轴旋转的风力机,它有着偏导器式风力机的聚风装置,且具有全方向性,在各种风向和风速条件下均可起动。它结构简单,所用材料要求低,制造工艺亦简单,但它的风能利用率却不低。另外它的发电传动机构在地面,便于安装、检修,给使用带来了方便。

1、一种新型聚合式风力机,由由竖直的叶片轴3、连在叶片轴3上的数个叶片2组成的叶轮4及均匀地排在叶轮4之外的数个聚风片1组成,其特征在于聚风片1为相互之间呈等夹角但不相接的竖直矩形平板,各聚风片1的平面距叶片轴3等距,它们的内竖边棱离叶片轴3等距,叶片2呈弧状,其弧背对向由两聚风片1形成的进风口。
