本实用新型的目的是提供一种圆形管状结构产品加工夹具，本实用新型结构紧凑，操作简单。
一种圆形管状结构产品加工夹具，包括：底座、轮子、滑动丝座、丝杆卡槽、丝杆、行走电机、上夹板、下夹板、连接螺杆、拧紧螺母、夹具、孔；底座下方装有轮子，底座上设有丝杆卡槽，丝杆卡槽上端与行走电机连接，丝杆卡槽内侧装有丝杆，丝杆贯穿滑动丝座，滑动丝座上下两端与上夹板和下夹板连接，上夹板和下夹板贯穿着连接螺杆，连接螺杆上设有拧紧螺母，连接螺杆上连接夹具，夹具中间设有孔。
本实用新型的工作原理：底座装有四个轮子，可以随意移动；行走电机可以带动滑动丝座在丝杆上上下移动，从而使夹具上下移动，可根据加工需要，调节产品的上下位置；滑动丝座与上夹板和下夹板通过焊接方式连接起来；上下夹板之间可装有多个夹具；连接螺杆贯穿上夹板和下夹板与夹具连接，通过转动拧紧螺母来拆卸和固定夹具，管状结构产品可通过孔穿入进行固定。
