本实用新型涉及一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头。
背景技术
目前装净水机的时候需要在前面接一个三通,尤其在使用到RO机的时候,由于机子的特性,进水电磁阀装置在水路的最前面,水中的杂质(泥沙,铁锈等)容易堵住机子的进水电磁阀,低压开关等元器件,造成产品失效。现有的解决方案是是在三通的活接位置加一个滤网,但是缺点是:1.当个别用户家是外螺纹端接进水的时候无法对***起到保护左右;2.当时间久了,泥沙沉积在滤网上,需要拆开清洗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,不仅结构简单,而且无论那边进水都可以实现过滤。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,包括三通接头本体,所述三通接头本体内设置有与出水方向相平行的管状滤网组件。
进一步地,所述管状滤网组件包括周壁具有镂空部的卡接式骨架或插销式骨架,所述卡接式骨架或插销式骨架的外周套置有一管状过滤网。
进一步地,所述卡接式骨架由上骨架和下骨架组成,所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的卡接部,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
进一步地,所述插销式骨架由上骨架和下骨架组成,所述所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的插接部,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
进一步地,所述管状过滤网为不锈钢编织网,所述上密封端和下密封端外分别套置有密封圈。
进一步地,所述管状滤网组件包括由不锈钢管的侧壁经腐蚀成细孔制成的管状过滤网,所述管状过滤网上下端分别设置有管状端盖,所述管状端盖上套置有密封圈。
进一步地,所述三通接头本体的进、出水端分别设置有螺纹连接部,连接于三通接头本体侧壁的净水机出水管上设置有启闭阀。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:无论那边进水均可实现过滤,保护***;在过滤的同时,由于水流的冲刷作用,会把滤网拦截下的杂质带走,不易污堵;过滤面积增大;延长RO机的前置滤芯寿命。

一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,包括三通接头本体100,所述三通接头本体内设置有与出水方向相平行的管状滤网组件200,水进过管状滤网组件由内往外过滤。
本实施例中,所述管状滤网组件包括周壁具有镂空部201的卡接式骨架或插销式骨架210,所述卡接式骨架或插销式骨架的外周套置有一管状过滤网220。
本实施例中,所述卡接式骨架由上骨架211和下骨架212组成,所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端213,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的卡接部,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端215,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
本实施例中,所述插销式骨架由上骨架211和下骨架212组成,所述所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端213,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的插接部214,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端215,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
本实施例中,所述管状过滤网为不锈钢编织网,所述上密封端和下密封端外分别套置有密封圈216。
本实施例中,所述三通接头本体的进、出水端分别设置有螺纹连接部,连接于三通接头本体侧壁的净水机出水管110上设置有启闭阀111。
本实施例中,所述管状滤网组件包括由不锈钢管的侧壁经腐蚀成细孔制成的管状过滤网220,所述管状过滤网上下端分别设置有管状端盖217,所述管状端盖上套置有密封圈216,参考图4。

1.一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,包括三通接头本体,其特征在于,所述三通接头本体内设置有与出水方向相平行的管状滤网组件;所述管状滤网组件包括周壁具有镂空部的卡接式骨架或插销式骨架,所述卡接式骨架或插销式骨架的外周套置有一管状过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,其特征在于,所述卡接式骨架由上骨架和下骨架组成,所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的卡接部,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自清洗过滤的三通接头,其特征在于,所述插销式骨架由上骨架和下骨架组成,所述上骨架的上端设置有上密封端,上骨架的下端设置有与下骨架的上端相配合的插接部,所述下骨架的下端设置有下密封端,所述管状过滤网夹设于上密封端和下密封端之间。
