本实用新型是一种能显示充电状态并进行监控的电动车辆智能充电器。本实用新型的目的是针对现有的充电器的不足之处,提供一种电动车辆智能充电器。本实用新型包括壳体、主板、显示屏和蓝牙模块,主板与蓝牙模块设在壳体内,显示屏设在壳体上,显示屏显示充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间等信息;主板上设有电路,对充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间和电池健康状态进行检测;蓝牙模块与主板之间通过串口协议完成数据通讯,并将通讯数据以蓝牙的方式发送给外部客户端,方便用户进行远程监控。本实用新型与现有的充电器相比,具有更智能、更安全的特点。

本实用新型涉及电动车辆充电技术领域,特别是一种能显示充电状态并进行监控的电动车辆智能充电器。
背景技术
电动车充电器是用来把市电220V转换成电池电压给电池充电的能量转换器件,其能量转换效率直接影响充电速度、充电效率等,同样充电器的功能也直接影响到用户使用的便利性和体验。目前市场上普遍使用的充电器成本较低,不带任何充电状态显示或只有4颗LED灯粗略显示电池容量。由于无法直观、全面了解充电的状态,容易造成用户过分充电,导致电池充鼓,影响电池使用寿命;另外,由于无法清楚了解电池已充电量和预计完成充电时间,造成用户使用车辆的不便利。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的充电器的不足之处,提供一种电动车辆智能充电器。
本实用新型是通过如下方式完成的:一种电动车辆智能充电器,该电动车辆智能充电器包括壳体、主板、显示屏和蓝牙模块,主板与蓝牙模块设在壳体内,显示屏设在壳体上,显示屏显示充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间等信息;主板上设有电路,对充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间和电池健康状态进行检测;蓝牙模块与主板之间通过串口协议完成数据通讯,并将通讯数据以蓝牙的方式发送给外部客户端,方便用户进行远程监控。
在所述的一种电动车辆智能充电器中,所述的显示屏采用液晶显示屏。
在所述的一种电动车辆智能充电器中,所述的外部客户端为手机app。
本实用新型在充电过程中能够详细显示充电相关参数,如充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间等信息,方便用户掌握充电状况;上述参数还可通过蓝牙传输至外部客户端,如手机app,有效防止过度充电影响电池的使用寿命,便于用户养成合理充电的习惯,极大得提升充电体验,通过了解已充电量和预计完成充电时间,合理安排出行计划。
本实用新型与现有的充电器相比,具有更智能、更安全的特点。

1.一种电动车辆智能充电器,其特征在于该电动车辆智能充电器包括壳体、主板、显示屏和蓝牙模块,主板与蓝牙模块设在壳体内,显示屏设在壳体上;主板上设有电路,对充电电流、电池电压、温度、电池容量、预计完成充电时间和电池健康状态进行检测;蓝牙模块与主板之间通过串口协议完成数据通讯,并将通讯数据以蓝牙的方式发送给外部客户端;所述的外部客户端为手机app。
