背景技术
目前国内纯电动车车用储能电池组受天气影响较大,磷酸铁锂在低温的情况下需要加热才能使用,三元电池在加热的情况下行驶里程更远。
而市场上出现的电池包基本上都是采用风冷方式,同时集成固体加热器,比如金属加热膜片或PTC板式加热器。或者采用液冷***,要么没有加热功能,要么需要采用加热棒进行加热。若无加热功能则导致限制了电池的应用。若采用加热棒或其他类型加热器,而这些加热器的电能都来源电池自身,则会消耗电池***的能量,导致电动车辆的纯电动行驶里程降低缺点,极大降低了电池包续航里程使用能量所占的有效比例。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电池加热***,以克服上述缺陷。

本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种可以使用简单的结构提高电池的即热性、并且可以更均匀地对电池进行加热的纯电动车用储能电池组接触式加热***。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种纯电动车用储能电池组接触式加热***,包括一条状加热片;所述加热片具有位于不同竖向平面的两端部,在两端部之间设有数排分别具有上、下折弯部的折弯模;所述储能电池组分别安装在所述折弯部内且与折弯部相接触。
优选的,相邻排的所述折弯模的上、下折弯部相对设置。
优选的,所述上、下折弯部分别为倒U型结构、U型结构。
优选的,所述加热片是采用钼合金制成的加热片。

如附图1、2所示,本实用新型所述的纯电动车用储能电池组接触式加热***,包括一条状加热片;所述加热片的两端部1处于前后不同的竖向平面,由数排且具有多个上、下折弯部2,3构成的折弯模4首尾串联而成,储能电池5分别安装在上、下折弯部内且直接与折弯部相接触,其中上折弯部2为倒U型结构,下折弯部3为U型结构,上折弯部2和下折弯部3首尾串联,相邻排的上折弯部2与相邻排的下折弯部3相对设置,使电池组安装紧凑,减少占用空间,另外该种加热片结构提高了电池的即热性,并且可以更均匀地对电池进行加热,所需材料较少,节约了生产成本。
本实施例的加热片应用了广泛应用于锅炉,航空、军事等高温高精度场所的钼合金,其经久耐用,不易折断,且造价低廉,从而延长了电池组加热片的使用寿命,降低了维护成本。
