Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种单一组件线对板连接端子,应用于夹持导体,包括基部、侧板、悬空弹臂,基部上形成供导体穿设的穿置通道,并于基部前方二侧为弯折有侧板,由二侧板朝后方相对朝内斜伸出一悬空弹臂,由其中一悬空弹臂处朝横向折弯延伸有一弹臂限位部,且基部于后侧设有导体定位部。当想使导体脱离端子,透过则按压弹臂限位部使悬空弹臂朝外变形张开,则导体脱离悬空弹臂夹持,而弹臂限位部亦能减少悬空弹臂过度开张造成变形,达到减少成本、操作方便、预防变形及缩小体积的效果,防止导体过***过深或歪斜造成夹持导体于错误位置,故使导体受导引至正确默认位置避免脱出或歪斜的功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电连接器产品技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于电路板以电性连接导体进行导通的连接端子。
背景技术
目前现有的一种线对板连接端子,尤其是一种供电子零件连接导线的线对板连接端子,该端子罩设有绝缘外壳用以保护、避免线缆及端子受到灰尘、水气污染,及该绝缘外壳另一目的在于可设有复数端子,避免端子之间过近或因电势差太大产生相互干扰的影响,而端子主要是用来连接电子零件与电子零件之间的金属导线(俗称电线),或者连接电子零件与电路板之间的导线,该电子零件包括电阻、电容、电感、LED、变压器、液晶面板、触控面板…等等,藉以传输电源或电子信号,以方便电子产品、电子设备内部电路板与电子零件之间的安装及配置。
然而,电子产品于使用环境与结构设计并非均需要上述此种具有绝缘外壳的端子及复数端子的设置,例如当较薄结构电子产品其所需要空间较少,绝缘外壳设置于端子之外,造成其整体高度上有所限制,如复数端子设置于上述绝缘外壳则使整体宽度变宽,再者,增加绝缘外壳直接影响的是生产成本与制造成本增加,而具绝缘外壳的复数端子应用于单极导通可能会造成空间及成本上的浪费。
因此,如何解决前述缺陷,即为业界相关厂商所亟欲研究改善的方向所在。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构更简洁、成本更低、装设更方便、结构更稳固的单一组件线对板连接端子。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种单一组件线对板连接端子,应用于夹持导体,包括基部、侧板、悬空弹臂,其特征在于:该基部上形成供导体穿设的穿置通道,并于基部前方二侧为弯折有侧板,由二侧板朝后方相对朝内斜伸出一悬空弹臂,由其中一悬空弹臂处朝横向折弯延伸有一弹臂限位部,且基部于后侧设有导体定位部。
其中另一悬空弹臂处折弯有一弹臂限位部。
其中该弹臂限位部设有朝后向下斜伸的抵压片。
悬空弹臂设有夹持于导体的夹持部及由夹持部朝前向上斜伸的挡止部。
其中二侧板前后方向长度彼此不相等,而各侧板所延伸的悬空弹臂彼此前后方向的长度亦不相等。
其中弹臂限位部由悬空弹臂处朝横向弯折延伸再向下弯折形成概呈ㄇ形(也可以说是门框形或者倒U形),且该弹臂限位部与悬空弹臂相接处为固定端,而另一端为具有按压部的活动端。
其中基部中间为呈朝上悬空状,而基部于前侧及后侧二端为设有焊接部,且基部于悬空弹臂间设有弹臂定位部。
其中导体定位部与基部相连且向上弯折形成有一导体止档面,该导体止档面左、右及上方三侧朝前弯折有止档片形成防止导体脱出的盒状结构。
其中二侧板上方分别折弯有卡扣凸部与卡扣凹部,卡扣凸部卡合卡扣凹部形成一顶板衔接于二者间。
本实用新型取消传统绝缘外壳的设置,端子单独配置于电路版或其他装置上,包括基部、侧板、悬空弹臂,基部形穿置通道,基部前方二侧为弯折有侧板,由二侧板朝后方相对朝内斜伸出一悬空弹臂,由其中一悬空弹臂处折弯有一用以限制弹臂过度张开之弹臂限位部,当导体已***端子穿置通道受悬空弹臂所夹持定位,当想使导体脱离端子,透过则按压弹臂限位部使悬空弹臂朝外变形张开,则导体脱离悬空弹臂之夹持,而弹臂限位部亦能减少悬空弹臂过度开张造成变形,达到减少成本、操作方便、预防变形及缩小体积的效果。
另外,弹臂限位部设有朝后向下斜伸的抵压片,或者由夹持部朝前向上斜伸之挡止部以防止导体朝上方空隙穿出,并于悬空弹臂间系设有弹臂定位部使悬空弹臂对正藉以导正导体,而该导体定位部与基部相连且向上弯折形成有一导体止档面,该导体止档面左、右及上方三侧朝前弯折有止档片防止导体过***过深或歪斜造成夹持导体于错误位置,故使导体受导引至正确默认位置避免脱出或歪斜的功效。

具体实施方式
实施例1,参照图1、图2和图3,由图中可知,所述单一组件线对板连接端子1设于默认一电路板3,其用以夹持线材2,其中包括有基部11、侧板12、悬空弹臂13,故就本案之主要构件及特征详述如后,其中:
该单一组件线对板连接端子的基部11上形成有穿置通道10,各基部11于中央处形成有一向下的段差110,即该基部11中间为呈朝上悬空状,并于前后侧皆于基部11设有焊接部111,而基部11前方二侧弯折有侧板12,并由各侧板12朝后方水平伸出一悬空弹臂13,然二侧板12前后方向的长度彼此不相等,而各该侧板12所延伸的悬空弹臂13彼此前后方向的长度亦不相等,该悬空弹臂13朝悬空方向设立有夹持部130,而其中一悬空弹臂13处朝横向折弯延伸有一弹臂限位部131,该弹臂限位部131由悬空弹臂处13朝横向弯折延伸再向下弯折形成概呈ㄇ形,而该弹臂限位部131与悬空弹臂13相接处为固定端1310,而另一端为具有按压部132的活动端1311,且该弹臂限位部131设有朝后向下斜伸的抵压片133,另于该二侧板12上方分别折弯有卡扣凸部1340与卡扣凹部1341,卡扣凸部1340卡合卡扣凹部1341形成一顶板134衔接于二者间,而基部11于悬空弹臂13间设有供悬空弹臂13内侧壁面弹性抵持的弹臂定位部135,基部11于后侧设有导体定位部136,并于该导体定位部136与基部11相连且向上弯折形成有一导体止档面1360,该导体止档面1360左、右及上方三侧朝前弯折有止档片1361形成防止导体21脱出的似盒状的结构。
线材2的中央为一导体21,外面披覆有绝缘层22,但本实用新型的线材2亦可为一般如插头导电片或导电端子等具有电性传导特性的导体21即可,此种简易均等变化与修饰,仍应包含于本实用新型所涵盖范围内。
参照图2至图6,操作时,该单一组件线对板连接端子1的较佳实施方式,其以焊接部111设于电路板3上,而单一组件线对板连接端子1的基部11上形成有穿置通道10,该穿置通道10一侧为供线材2进入穿设,线材2的中央导体21沿着夹持端子2的穿置通道10进入依序推挤悬空弹臂13的弹臂限位部131上所设抵压片133及侧板23的二夹持部2312朝外弹性变形,而藉以弹臂限位部131活动端1311的内侧面抵靠一侧悬空弹臂13外侧面,使悬空弹臂13弹性变形于预定位置停止,减少因过度撑开悬空弹臂13导致超过降伏点而造成悬空弹臂13变形,而基部21于悬空弹臂13间邻近夹持部130的位置,为设有供悬空弹臂13内侧壁面弹性抵持的弹臂定位部135,使悬空弹臂13上所设夹持部130定位于基部11上较佳的默认位置,较佳预定位置是指二夹持部130间所形成的间隙较佳地设置于靠近基部11轴向中心位置,且可藉由抵压片133及二夹持部13的之复位弹性力来将中央导体21以多方向夹持定位,进而使单一组件线对板连接端子1与导体41产生多触点电性连接,弹臂定位部135的设置以避免线材2的中央导体21***后发生,因悬空弹臂13偏移导致***深度不足而松脱的情况,而于此较佳实施例中的弹臂定位部135为朝上形成凸起成纵断面概呈半圆状的圆形凸点,惟本实用新型的弹臂定位部135亦可为一般如朝上形成凸起状横断面形状为圆形、椭圆、菱形或其他任何形状之柱体(图面未示)或朝上形成凸起状横断面形状为圆形、椭圆、菱形或其他任何形状的锥体(图面未示)即可,然中央导体21***后经上述结构对正方向,基部11后侧所设导体定位部136,导体止档面1360左、右及上方三侧朝前弯折有止档片1361形成防止导体21脱出的似盒状的结构,形成多方向挡止定位导体21***深度与防止导体21部分脱出端子外。
当操作者欲移除导体21时,其中弹臂限位部131于活动端1311设有按压部132,操作者施以一作用力推移弹臂限位部131活动端1311之按压部132,弹臂限位部131固定端1310连接悬空弹臂13使其朝外变形,又二侧板12前后方向的长度彼此不相等,且而各该侧板12所延伸的悬空弹臂13彼此前后方向的长度亦不相等,使得各该悬空弹臂13与侧板12上形成变形的支点不同,则具有弹臂限位部131的悬空弹臂13其变形量大于另一悬空弹臂13,藉以达到使得用以夹持开合的夹持部130为释放状态,使导体21向外移除脱离该端子便于操作的功效。
实施例2,参照图7,第二较佳实施例并无第一较佳实施例中位于弹臂限位部131所设的抵压片133,故于第二较佳实施例中于夹持部130处则设有朝前向上斜伸的挡止部137,该档止部137用以防止导体21朝上方空隙穿出亦具导向的功能。
实施例3,参照图8,第三较佳实施例与第二较佳实施例不同处在于:第二较佳实施例的弹臂限位部131由其中一侧悬空弹臂13处延伸,于此实施例中另一悬空弹臂13亦能延伸有另一弹臂限位部131,利用二弹臂限位部131使悬空弹臂13的夹持口130同时朝左、右方向弹性变形使导体(图面未示)脱离,但上述第三较佳实施例的弹臂限位部131,在实际应用时不限于一个或二个,而包含二个以上之设置。
以上已将本实用新型做一详细说明,以上所述,仅为本实用新型之较佳实施例而已,当不能限定本实用新型实施范围,即凡依本申请范围所作均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种单一组件线对板连接端子,应用于夹持导体,包括基部、侧板、悬空弹臂,其特征在于:该基部上形成供导体穿设的穿置通道,并于基部前方二侧为弯折有侧板,由二侧板朝后方相对朝内斜伸出一悬空弹臂,由其中一悬空弹臂处朝横向折弯延伸有一弹臂限位部,且基部于后侧设有导体定位部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中另一悬空弹臂处折弯有一弹臂限位部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中该弹臂限位部设有朝后向下斜伸的抵压片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中该悬空弹臂设有夹持于导体的夹持部及由夹持部朝前向上斜伸的挡止部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中该悬空弹臂设有夹持于导体的夹持部及由夹持部朝前向上斜伸的挡止部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中二侧板前后方向长度彼此不相等,而各侧板所延伸的悬空弹臂彼此前后方向的长度亦不相等。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中弹臂限位部由悬空弹臂处朝横向弯折延伸再向下弯折形成概呈ㄇ形,且该弹臂限位部与悬空弹臂相接处为固定端,而另一端为具有按压部的活动端。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中基部中间为呈朝上悬空状,而基部于前侧及后侧二端为设有焊接部,且基部于悬空弹臂间设有弹臂定位部。
9.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中导体定位部与基部相连且向上弯折形成有一导体止档面,该导体止档面左、右及上方三侧朝前弯折有止档片形成防止导体脱出的盒状结构。
10.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的单一组件线对板连接端子,其中二侧板上方分别折弯有卡扣凸部与卡扣凹部,卡扣凸部卡合卡扣凹部形成一顶板衔接于二者间。
