本实用新型公开了一种用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置，包括锁定轴固定板、锁定销组件、活动块和活动架；吊臂端部安装有锁定轴固定板，锁定轴固定板上安装有锁定销组件；吊臂端部还安装有可绕转轴转动的活动架；活动架一端通过固定轴安装有活动块和摩擦片，活动块与锁定销组件的位置相邻；活动架另一端安装有吊钩。本实用新型利用机械偏心力自动收钩并锁定，不会对钢丝绳和卷扬装置造成拉力，延长了钢丝绳和卷扬装置的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置。
背景技术
目前，市面上的随车起重运输车，有的没有安装自动收钩装置，依靠手工放置一块木头夹紧吊钩，以防止行驶过程中吊钩晃动。有的虽然安装了收钩装置，但卷扬和钢丝绳需要承载收钩产生的拉力,相应地会缩短钢丝绳和卷扬装置的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种具有机械锁定功能的、用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置，其特征在于，包括锁定轴固定板、锁定销组件、活动块和活动架；吊臂端部安装有锁定轴固定板，锁定轴固定板上安装有锁定销组件；吊臂端部还安装有可绕转轴转动的活动架；活动架一端通过固定轴安装有活动块和摩擦片，活动块与锁定销组件的位置相邻；活动架另一端安装有吊钩。
所述锁定销组件包括套、弹簧、销轴、盖板、固定螺钉、固定架、滚轴和滚轮，套内安装有销轴，销轴上安装有弹簧，套的一端通过固定螺钉安装有盖板，盖板为环形结构，当销轴在套中左右运动时，盖板可以防止销轴从套中滑出；套的下部设有固定架，固定架上设有滚轴，滚轴上安装有滚轮。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：利用机械偏心力自动收钩并锁定，不会对钢丝绳和卷扬装置造成拉力，延长了钢丝绳和卷扬装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施阐述如下：
如图1所示，用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置包括锁定轴固定板6、锁定销组件1、活动块2和活动架8；吊臂端部安装有锁定轴固定板6，锁定轴固定板6上安装有锁定销组件1；吊臂端部还安装有可绕转轴5转动的活动架8；活动架8一端通过固定轴3安装有活动块2和摩擦片4，活动块2与锁定销组件1的位置相邻；活动架8另一端安装有吊钩9。
如图4所示，锁定销组件1包括套10、弹簧11、销轴12、盖板13、固定螺钉14、固定架15、滚轴16和滚轮17，套10内安装有销轴12，销轴12上安装有弹簧11，套10的一端通过固定螺钉14安装有盖板13，盖板13为环形结构，当销轴12在套10中左右运动时，盖板13可以防止销轴12从套10中滑出；套10的下部设有固定架15，固定架15上设有滚轴16，滚轴16上安装有滚轮17。
需要解除吊钩锁定时，如图2所示，稍稍拉起吊钩9，活动块2随着活动架8上抬，被锁定销组件1的固定架15上的滚轮17顶起，此时活动块2越过了销轴12的位置，完成解锁，吊钩9可自由操作吊装作业，如图3所示。吊装作业完毕，收钩，当活动架8运动到水平位置，复位块7外压活动块2复位，活动块2依靠摩擦片4提供的阻尼，推动锁定销组件1中的销轴12向套10内运动，当活动块2超过销轴12的位置后，销轴12依靠弹簧11弹出顶住活动块2，实现机械锁定的活动架8和吊钩9的目的，如图1所示。

1.一种用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置，其特征在于，包括锁定轴固定板、锁定销组件、活动块和活动架；吊臂端部安装有锁定轴固定板，锁定轴固定板上安装有锁定销组件；吊臂端部还安装有可绕转轴转动的活动架；活动架一端通过固定轴安装有活动块和摩擦片，活动块与锁定销组件的位置相邻；活动架另一端安装有吊钩。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于随车起重运输车的自动收钩装置，其特征在于，所述锁定销组件包括套、弹簧、销轴、盖板、固定螺钉、固定架、滚轴和滚轮，套内安装有销轴，销轴上安装有弹簧，套的一端通过固定螺钉安装有盖板，盖板为环形结构，当销轴在套中左右运动时，盖板可以防止销轴从套中滑出；套的下部设有固定架，固定架上设有滚轴，滚轴上安装有滚轮。
