Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种快餐盒的改进，采用了新的铰链形式来代替原产品中半圆形铰链形式，解决了原铰链回弹性太强的问题。并且采用了二个凹凸台阶的自锁结构代替了原产品的平面吻合，使得现产品合起来后，不靠外力自行不可能打开，并改善了密封性能，克服了原产品盖合后自动弹开的问题，达到了使用要求。

一种带有自锁性能的塑料吸塑快餐盒
目前广泛使用的食品包装盒（指快餐盒）主要有如下几种材料制成，可发性聚苯乙烯，无毒聚氯乙烯，聚丙烯塑料，它们的共同特点是盖体和盒体都是通过自身铰链联在一起，其中除聚苯乙烯材料的快餐盒设计有盖合锁住结构外，其余的都因材料的性能以及加工不便等原因，都没有自锁结构，就是聚苯乙烯的快餐盒所带的锁住结构也不老靠，给日常使用造成许多不便，而且聚苯乙烯材料由于材料本身问题也不符合食品包装卫生标准。
本实用新型是对原有快餐盒进行改进，并不影响原来的成型工艺，同时克服了原产品的缺点。

附图说明：整个饭盒是用具有一定弹性的塑料片材吸塑成型由于采用了新的铰链形式来代替原产品半圆形铰链形式，解决了原铰链回弹性太强的问题。并且用二个凹凸台阶的自锁结构（3）代替了原产品的平面吻合，使得现产品合起来后，不靠外力自行不可能打开，而保持密封状态，达到了使用要求。

1、一种塑料吸塑快餐盒，包括铰链(4)，自锁结构部分(3)，其特征是：盒盖(1)和盒身(2)的连接铰链是由二个或二个以上的正反圆弧光滑连接而成。
2、根据权利要求1改进后的塑料吸塑快餐盒，其特征在于自锁结构是由二个凹凸台阶组成。
